Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Sunday the U.S. was considering an embargo of Russian oil imports “in coordination” with European and NATO allies in response to Moscow’s unprovoked invasion of Ukraine. Meanwhile, Bloomberg reported on Sunday that Saudi Arabia raised prices for all regions, hiking its Arab Light crude for next month’s shipments to Asia to $4.95 a barrel above the benchmark it uses.

The consensus is for a 0.8% increase in CPI, and a 0.5% increase in core CPI. The consensus is for CPI to be up 7.9% Year-over-year (YoY), and core CPI to be up 6.4% YoY.

Putin was not president during 2008-2012. That was Dmitry Medvedev.

Hello QRB fam. This a dig drop for QRB fam only. A re-post from UK Bread. Anon comes to a tentative but gud analysis of the P-dop pic putting it around Summer 2014.
Anon’s post follows:
Reminder, frens, that PapaD was in London during the spring/summer of 2014. Here is a scratch pad for an infographic that I did not get around to completing and polishing up. It is based on a photo that PapaD sported on his facebook page at one time.
Within the photo are various markers that helped to locate the pic.
1. Bus with route info and the painted BUS STAND sign on the surface of the road indicated the general location along Brompton Road. The bus shelter number narrowed it to Harrods.
2. The green awning confirmed the bus stand at which PappaD stood.
Details and updates to the street scene provided markers to date the photo.
3. The awnings were withdrawn during rennovations in APR 2019. Changes to details in signage across the street eliminated OCT 2015 to AUG 2016.
4. Details over PappaD's shoulder eliminated APR 2012 while providing fair matches for AUG 2014 to May 2015. On the other side of the street, an unusual statue above the entrance to an apartment building provided a match in AUG 2014; and the signage on shop windows nearby eliminated MAY 2014 but provided matches in JUL and AUG 2014 and MAY 2015.
5. This narrowed the bookends to between MAY 2014 and MAY 2015; the clothing on the pedestrians and on PappaD suggested a spring or more likely a summer month. The interval was narrowed to a few months during the summer of 2014.
Conclusion, the PappaD facebook photo placed PappaD in London during the summer of 2014. The general area is known for its significant population of Greek descendants. PappaD has a Greek background and served the early Trump campaign with insights into the economic and political role of Greek that could leverage an advantage in certain energy related matters, according to PappaD.
The upshot is that PappaD was in London in 2014 which is before the official launching of the DJT campaign for president. It is also just a few months after the narrowed interval during which the London Pics dropped by Q.
Hope the rough scratchpad image helps to clarify some of the pictorial evidence. (End of post)
Cannot conjecture if the date has any real connection to the Q drops as it is Pdop’s own post. So although it shows a familiarity with London, we cannot say why he chose to post it. Just posting this for anons to put in their pocket.

PrivatBank will sign an agreement with Rothschild on loan restructuring
In early May, PrivatBank intends to sign an agreement with a consortium of international companies led by Rothschild & Co to negotiate the restructuring of loans to the former owners of the bank.
This was reported by the press service of the financial institution .
On April 13 this year, the Supervisory Board of PrivatBank selected a consortium of companies consisting of Rothschild, Ernst & Young LLC and Finpoint LLC as the winner of the competition to negotiate restructuring, the introduction of additional collateral and the recovery of the cost of problem loans, other loans and financial leasing obligations that were provided by the former ultimate beneficiaries of PrivatBank.
The press service reminded that taking into account the obligations of the ultimate beneficiary owners of the bank (letter dated December 16, 2016) and based on the need to ensure the stability of the financial system and protect the rights and interests of depositors, on December 18, 2016, the Government of Ukraine decided on the entry of the state into the capital " PrivatBank”, according to which the state became the owner of 100% of the shares, and PrivatBank was additionally capitalized in the amount of UAH 116.8 billion.
According to the Memorandum on Economic and Financial Policy, agreed between Ukraine and the IMF, one of the structural requirements is the obligation of the Government of Ukraine to elect by the end of April 2017 an internationally recognized company that will negotiate restructuring, introduce additional collateral and restore the value of problem loans and loans.
Earlier, the deputy head of the NBU, Ekaterina Rozhkova , said that the funds debited from the accounts of PrivatBank on the night before nationalization were previously withdrawn through the accounts of branches abroad.
On February 22, the Cabinet of Ministers decided to increase the capitalization of PrivatBank by UAH 9.8 billion.
On December 26, PrivatBank presented a new management. So, in the board and management of the bank, almost half are the current managers of the institution.

US military scientists from the Pentagon will conduct research related to infectious diseases on the Bulgarian military in Sofia, according to a statement in the US Federal Register of Public Procurement and Contracts . The documents were published on December 13, 2021. According to them, the US Department of Defense is looking to hire contractors, including microbiologists, to support the upcoming Pentagon military research mission in Bulgaria and Georgia from March 12 this year to March 11, 2026.
According to published documents, the program will be led by the USAMRD-G (US Army Medical Research Directorate-Georgia). USAMRD-G is a department with special status under the auspices of the Walter Reeds Research Institute (WRAIR), the largest medical research center in the United States Army. USAMRD-G military scientists have diplomatic status, although they are not diplomats and enjoy diplomatic immunity in Georgia, where they are based. This special unit operates the Pentagon's biolaboratory in Georgia - Lugar Center in Tbilisi, and conducts biological research related to viruses, insects, virus carriers, resistant bacteria and particularly dangerous pathogens, which are categorized as biological agents with the potential to be used as biological weapons.
According to the announcement, USAMRD-G will be based at the National Center for Infectious and Parasitic Diseases (NCIPD) in Sofia and will conduct research at the Military Medical Academy (MMA) and NCIPD. The document states that the program includes research on humans and animals, but does not specify what activities will be carried out or what specific viruses and bacteria will be studied.

Not related but that coastline reminded me of an old dig I shered with Boatfag. There was a yacht that was seen at Punta Cana near a resort where that millionaire lived on the coast. The yacht was called DREAM WEAVER with a home port of “George Town”. (Mental note- Bill went to Georgetown with this millionaire.) The yacht took a trip across the Atlantic to the eastern side of Spain at Tarragona, then to Nice, then down the Italian West coast to Sicily then ever Eastward to SPLIT, CROATIA.
What made this yacht interesting was the BC, Georgetown, Bayahibe/Punta Cana connection and that the yacht was photo’d at a marina at La Romana where BC’s fren Bunster had a mansion.

The US Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has awarded a follow-on contract to Black & Veatch to continue enhance the partner nation’s sustainable capacity to detect, diagnose, report, and respond to infectious disease outbreaks in Ukraine.
Under the $85m five year modification contract, Black & Veatch will provide support for the implementation of the agency’s Cooperative Biological Engagement Program (CBEP) with the Ukrainian Government.
The CBEP programme is aimed to provide modern lab facilities; equipment and training to strengthen the human health system.
Black & Veatch Federal Services president Bill Van Dyke said, "We will continue to provide our client with best practices in preventing the spread of biological weapons, technology and pathogens."
The DTRA has initially awarded biological threat reduction integrating contracts to Black & Veatch in 2008, while the recent contract is the next five-year phase of the CBEP in Ukraine.
The company had successfully completed Ukraine’s first Bio-Safety Level 3 (BSL-3) laboratory in 2010, as part of a contract with the DTRA.
The first BSL-3 laboratory, commissioned for the agency, enhances the existing bio-surveillance system’s capability to detect and respond to bio-terrorism and potential pandemics.
Commissioned in the Former Soviet Union under the Nunn-Lugar global cooperative threat reduction programme, the Ukraine BSL-3 laboratory is co-located with the Mechnikov Anti-Plague Institute in Odessa.
Since 1993, Black & Veatch and DTRA have also been working jointly to provide protection against the weapons of mass destruction explosion which include biological, chemical and nuclear weapons, in Former Soviet Union states.
