UN Demands Crackdown on Food Supply to ‘Fight Climate Change’
The United Nations (UN) is demanding that governments around the world launch a coordinated crackdown on the global food supply in order to “fight climate change.”
The call was made by the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).
The head of the FAO is former Chinese Communist Party (CCP) official Qu Dongyu, who served as China’s vice minister of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.
The unelected UN is demanding that sovereign nations place strict limits on their agriculture industries, specifically meat and dairy production, to comply with the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) “Net Zero” targets for “Agenda 2030.”
On Sunday, the FAO published a report commanding policymakers to substantially alter agricultural markets to align the global agricultural system with the WEF’s green agenda.
Despite the FAO claiming that the move seeks to “save the planet” for “the greater good,” the motivations of the organization have been called into question.
FAO chief Dongyu has been repeatedly accused of using his post at the unelected global institution to advance Beijing’s specific interests, according to Politico.
The outlet notes that Dongyu has ignored other issues, such as food shortages and hunger crises around the world, while focusing on efforts to crack down on Western nations’ agriculture industries.
“Providing healthy food for all, today and tomorrow, is crucial; as is aligning agrifood systems transformation with climate actions,” the FAO report states.
“Agrifood systems should address food security and nutrition needs, but they host a large number of actions aligned with mitigation, adaptation, and resilience objectives.
“Simultaneously, the climate agenda could mobilize climate finance to unlock the potential of these systems and drive their transformation.”
The report asserts that individuals in wealthier nations can “gain” from reduced meat consumption.
The FAO argues that reducing public meat consumption will improve citizens’ health and help them “fight climate change.”

Klaus Schwab wants to stop the retreat of globalisation and global governance with a new form of globalisation and global governance
Klaus Schwab and Thierry Malleret’s book ‘Covid-19: The Great Reset’ identified “the global governance free fall” as an existential challenge and if we do not collaborate “we are doomed.”
“Nation states make global governance possible (one leads the other),” the book states. “The more nationalism and isolationism pervade the global polity, the greater the chance that global governance loses its relevance and becomes ineffective. Sadly, we are now at this critical juncture. Put bluntly, we live in a world in which nobody is really in charge.”
The book defines “global governance” as the cooperation among transnational actors to respond to global problems and “globalisation” as a broad and vague notion that refers to the global exchange between nations of goods, services, people, capital and data.
Although global governance is defined as a different concept, they are intertwined and the reasons for its “free fall” are the same as those for the retreat of globalisation.
The solution to the retreat from globalisation, Schwab and Malleret said, was a new form of globalisation which required policies and effective global governance.
Earlier this month, the US deep state’s Council on Foreign Relations publicised what they proposed to do about the rise in anti-globalisation through two interviews. One was with Peter Trubowitz, an associate fellow at the UK deep state’s Chatham House. The other was with Kristalina Georgieva, Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund.
The general outcome of both was that the plan was to counteract anti-globalisation with a different form of globalisation. Trubowitz suggested that what needs to be done is “to re-imagine the relationship between foreign and domestic policies” while Georgieva suggested “concentrating on the areas where, without working together, we are doomed.” The examples she gave as “we are doomed” without globalisation were “climate change,” the “green transition” and debt.

Not only were Trubowitz and Georgieva parroting each other in the ideas and some of the language they used, but both were parroting Klaus Schwab and his book ‘The Great Reset’.
Plans to tackle Anti-Globalisation with a New Globalisation
After having to admit that it is inevitable that “some deglobalisation will happen,” the authors of ‘The Great Reset’ attempted to instil fear about anti-globalisation.
“A hasty retreat from globalisation would entail trade and currency wars, damaging every country’s economy, provoking social havoc and triggering ethno- or clan nationalism,” the authors claimed. (See The Great Reset pg. 81)
They proposed “managing” the retreat of globalisation with a new form of globalisation. Written using the verbiage of the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda, the new globalisation, according to Schwab and Malleret, will be “a much more inclusive and equitable form that … makes it sustainable, both socially and environmentally.”

On December 20, 2017, by Executive Order 13818, the President declared a national emergency with respect to serious human rights abuse and corruption around the world and, pursuant to the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.), took related steps to deal with the unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States.
The prevalence and severity of human rights abuse and corruption that have their source, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States, continue to pose an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States. For this reason, the national emergency declared on December 20, 2017, must continue in effect beyond December 20, 2023. Therefore, in accordance with section 202(d) of the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1622(d)), I am continuing for 1 year the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13818 with respect to serious human rights abuse and corruption.
This notice shall be published in the Federal Register and transmitted to the Congress.

Section 202(d) of the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1622(d)) provides for the automatic termination of a national emergency unless, within 90 days prior to the anniversary date of its declaration, the President publishes in the Federal Register and transmits to the Congress a notice stating that the emergency is to continue in effect beyond the anniversary date. In accordance with this provision, I have sent to the Federal Register for publication the enclosed notice stating that the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13818 of December 20, 2017, is to continue in effect beyond December 20, 2023.
The prevalence and severity of human rights abuse and corruption that have their source, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States, continue to threaten the stability of international political and economic systems. Human rights abuse and corruption undermine the values that form an essential foundation of stable, secure, and functioning societies; have devastating impacts on individuals; weaken democratic institutions; degrade the rule of law; perpetuate violent conflicts; facilitate the activities of dangerous persons; undermine economic markets; and continue to pose an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States.
Therefore, I have determined that it is necessary to continue the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13818 with respect to serious human rights abuse and corruption.

Today, the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of Petroleum Reserves announced that contracts have been awarded for the acquisition of 2.1 million barrels of U.S.-produced crude oil for the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR), bringing the total to 3 million barrels for delivery to the Big Hill site. These contracts to deliver crude oil in February follow the Request for Proposal (RFP) that was announced on December 1, 2023.

The U.S. bought 2.1 million barrels of crude oil, the Energy Department said, as it replenishes the Strategic Petroleum Reserve after the largest sale in history last year.
The department said it bought the oil for an average of $74.23 a barrel, well below the average of $95 a barrel that oil was sold for in 2022.

The most recent information received from state officials of California is that there has been issued a spending freeze immediately for all state agencies by the DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE:
>“The State of California anticipates significant General Fund budget deficits in fiscal years 2023-24 and 2024-25. Accordingly, this BL directs all entities under the Governor’s direct executive authority to take immediate action to reduce current-year General Fund expenditures. Departments shall also take measures to ensure more prudent spending from other state funds given the fiscal outlook. Statewide Constitutional Officers are strongly encouraged to comply with the provisions of this BL“.
This freeze is to last for the remainder of the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 fiscal years. New California State has been predicting for at least seven years the collapse would happen and its happened. California has “run out of other peoples money”. Now what?
According to Chriss Street CEO New California State, Former Treasurer Orange County, CA: “The State’s spending freeze means there will be no money in California to spend on multibillion dollar computer systems. The savings to the counties and state are in the tens of billions of dollars”.
In spite of numerous conversations with California state officials over the years by New California state officials about inaccurate financial statements, California’s lack of the annually required federal Audit Report since 2018 (only state in the union without a report), the loss by fraud of at a minimum of $180 billion through the Employment Development Department (EDD) and slow pay to vendors it looks like Newsom’s own fraud as Governor about the real California financials are now exposed.
Chriss W. Street: CEO New California State wrote in a December 10, 2023 article for American Republic News:
“The non-partisan California Legislative Analyst Office just acknowledged the State of California business model has collapsed. After projecting $14 billion in deficits for the next two years in May, the LAO now projects the State of California faces $100 billion deficit over the next 18 months and $187 billion over the next four and a half years.

The Legislative Analyst Office(LAO) came up with a figure of $68 billion shortfall currently in this 2023-2024 fiscal year. New California State believes the LAO’s number of $68 billion shortfall is much less than what we predicted the real number maybe be well over $100 billion as a shortfall of cash.
New California expects a recession to hit California in January 2024 which will add an additional $35-45 billion added on to the LAO’s own numbers. When everything is all said and done in the next couple of months this number maybe as high as $200 billion. We are expecting more numbers in the next week.
“This is something the state of California cannot overcome. We knew it would come to this, that there would be a financial collapse of the state of California and here it is now. This is an important story from the standpoint that there has been issued by the state a spending freeze by all aspects of the state”.
“We wanted to look at the impact that would have on the upcoming primary election in March and also in November 2024 so we asked our CEO of new California state Chris Street the former treasurer of Orange County California who served as a member on the five member panel of county treasurers in 2008-2010 when California was also challenged by the recession. Chriss helped to save California in that time frame from default so understands the numbers coming in and out of the state. As California refused to stop spending and the numbers continued to rise predicting current circumstances became obvious. They’ve now run out of tax payer money”. So what that means though in terms of the elections. Elections are very expensive especially in the computer world. It looks like there is no money that is going to be allocated to the counties to conduct elections using the various and sundry election systems. That means that these counties are going to be forced to go to one day paper ballot elections because the cost savings is enormous compared to the billion dollar industrial level vote systems that they have in California.
It means also that there will be no mail in ballots. There will be no chain of custody issues like we find with mail in ballots, there will be no 29 days of voting with your mail in ballots before the election day and there will be no 27 days after election day allocated to count the paper ballots. The amount of time to vote before and after election day have been open invitations to fraud so that problem is gone. The other problem of course is the electronic changing of ballots as whole numbers into fractionated votes inside the machines as weighted numbers that problem will no longer exist.
