As top U.S. officials prepare to meet their Chinese counterparts for their first face-to-face meeting during the Biden administration, the State Department’s former lead investigator who oversaw the Task Force into the COVID-19 virus origin tells Fox News that he not only believes the virus escaped from the Wuhan Institute of Virology, but that it may have been the result of research that the Chinese military, or People’s Liberation Army, was doing on a bioweapon.

“The Wuhan Institute of Virology is not the National Institute of Health,” David Asher, now a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute told Fox News in an exclusive interview. “It was operating a secret, classified program. In my view, and I’m just one person, my view is it was a biological weapons program.”

Asher has long been a “follow the money” guy who has worked on some of the most classified intelligence investigations for the State Department and Treasury under both Democratic and Republican administrations. He led the team that uncovered the international nuclear procurement network run by the father of Pakistan’s nuclear program, AQ Khan, and uncovered key parts of North Korea’s secret uranium enrichment. Finally, Biden jumped in a stair lift and started to close the gap, but it was too little, too late, and Putin emerged at the top of the 30-step staircase victorious.

Well, thanks to Biden losing the stair contest, we are now part of Russia. We also just want to say that Vladimir Putin is one fine fellow and a fantastic man, and he deserved to win and we welcome him as our new leader for life.

According to the Labor Department, unemployment claims for the week of March 7 through March 13 surged to 770K. This is a notably high rate, unfortunately, and remains very indicative of layoffs.

In another alarming piece of news, current unemployment claims surpass those of the March 2009 economic crisis. Now, some Americans are questioning why joblessness claims remain at their current rate despite the gradual economic recovery and more opportunities for workers.

The answer ultimately boils down to the very high pressure within the labor market. This means that workers who are able to rapidly secure employment may not ever appear on employment rolls.

Another relevant and ongoing situation is that many Americans suffering job loss are also struggling to find employment to replace the aforementioned loss; therefore, they have no recourse aside from seeking government benefits.

Right now, the nation still has much work to do in regards to getting Americans back to work and rebuilding the economy. Sadly, we’re not even close to being out of the woods; this is just one reason why reopenings, pulling back capacity restrictions on businesses, etc., are so deeply paramount.

Some Americans have been able to return to work, and others will be able to get back their old jobs. However, not everyone falls into one of these camps. Some people lost their jobs for good when certain businesses permanently closed their doors. Many of these individuals are the ones seeking unemployment aid to remain afloat financially.

Biden this week decided to show what a tough guy he is and take swipes at Russian President Vladimir Putin, and Putin has responded in kind, The Daily Mail reported.

The priest who presided over Joe Biden’s inauguration mass is now under investigation in California for “inappropriate behavior.”

According to a statement from Santa Clara University, where Father Kevin O’Brien is the president, he “exhibited behaviors in adult settings, consisting primarily of conversations, which may be inconsistent with established Jesuit protocols and boundaries.”

The statement did not elaborate on what those conversations entailed or what the allegations against him are.

O’Brien presided over Mass for Biden, Kamala Harris, their families and congressional leaders during Biden’s inauguration at the Cathedral of St. Matthew the Apostle in Washington, D.C.

The priest has reportedly been a friend of Biden’s for nearly 15 years.

Rev. Jerry Pokorsky wrote on the website CatholicCulture.org that Biden is the “most aggressively anti-Catholic president in history.”

“In less than a month after his inauguration, he issued a statement celebrating the 48th anniversary of Roe v. Wade. He said he is ‘committed to codifying’ the decision that legalized abortion. He promised he will be ‘appointing judges that respect foundational precedents like Roe.’ He rescinded the pro-life Mexico City Policy, which ensured that foreign aid would not go to organizations that perform or refer for abortions,” Pokorsky noted.

Elections have consequences. The union members who voted for Joe Biden were naive to think that a career politician would be serious about protecting their jobs. Now they are quickly discovering that they were sold a bad bill of goods.

Biden’s claims of being a champion of the working class were exactly like his calls for “unity”: just a bunch of empty rhetoric. Although you’d never know it with the way it was gushed over by the media and low information voters, but we all knew it had no basis in reality.

Now that there is no chance of repercussions from Donald J. Trump, auto manufacturer Ford has reneged on its agreement to produce a new line of vehicles at its plant in Avon Lake, Ohio. It will now shift production to Mexico.

As a part of the 2019 contract, Ford agreed to invest $900 million to the plant that would be adding a ‘next-generation’ product which likely means electrically-powered vehicles. Now those “green jobs” will be exported.

The bad news was delivered to workers in a letter from Gerald Kariem, the vice president of the powerful United Auto Workers (UAW) union that backed Biden and Kamala Harris over Trump.

He added, “‘We are intensely exploring our options at this time.”

Ford’s sucker punch to the Ohio workers was met with anger by the Buckeye State’s two sitting U.S. senators.

“I’m very concerned about it. I don’t know that it’s accurate, I hope it’s not,” said Republican Rob Portman; “Ford has made a commitment to be the biggest U.S. manufacturer — in other words, of all the U.S. companies — that they will manufacture more in the United States than anybody else. They do that now. I hope that they choose to continue to keep that product at Avon Lake, and I’m weighing in strongly encouraging that,” he added.

Democrat Sherrod Brown vowed to appeal to the White House.

“We’re working with the White House. We’re going to put a lot of pressure on Ford management,” “It’s the same old story — they make promises or shut down production or fail to invest and they move to Mexico because they can save on labor costs and environmental costs. That’s what the auto industry has done in our state for decades, and we’re fighting back,” said Brown to reporters.

Biden’s first two months have resulted in thousands of jobs being destroyed, now that “America First” has been abandoned. The ideologues running the show are determined to impose their reckless Green New Deal policies on an already battered public, regardless of the economic carnage.

The giant sucking sound of failed Democrat policies has now reached a deafening pitch. Those “green jobs” Joe Biden and his fellow Dems promised have been revealed to be more of the same malarkey. Unsurprisingly it’s all coming from a man who has been in Washington for over five decades and never accomplished a thing that mattered for the working class.

According to a new sexual harassment allegation, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo allegedly told a woman he would try to “mount” her if he were a dog.

The new allegation is being brought forward by Cuomo’s original accuser Lindsey Boylan.

During an interview with Ronan Farrow of The New Yorker, Boylan says, “I remember being grossed out but also, like, what a dumb third-grade thing to say. … I just shrugged it off.”

Farrow said, “A spokesperson for Cuomo declined to comment specifically on the claim, but reiterated Cuomo’s denial that he behaved inappropriately with Boylan.”

Farrow wrote: “At a press conference that February, Cuomo had proudly showed off his new puppy, a Siberian-Shepherd-Malamute mix named Captain. After the meeting, Boylan said that she made her way toward the entrance with the Governor, and Captain approached her. When the dog jumped up and down near her, Boylan said, she reached out to calm him, and then backed away. Cuomo, she said, joked that if he were a dog, he would try to “mount” her as well. Boylan said that she did not reply. “I remember being grossed out but also, like, what a dumb third-grade thing to say.” She added, “I just shrugged it off.” A spokesperson for Cuomo declined to comment specifically on the claim, but reiterated Cuomo’s denial that he behaved inappropriately with Boylan.”

The allegations surrounding Cuomo continue to pile up and things only seem to be getting worse for the New York Democrat.

Earlier in the month, Cuomo was hit with his worst allegation to date when an anonymous accuser said that Cuomo called her to his mansion for help with “technical issues.” Once the woman got there, Cuomo “reached under her blouse” and “aggressively groped” her.

The accusation was so bad that it got referred to the state police.

“As a matter of state policy, when allegations of physical contact are made, the agency informs the complainant that they should contact their local police department,” said Cuomo’s acting counsel, Beth Garvey in a statement. “If they decline, the agency has an obligation to reach out themselves and inform the department of the allegation.”

“In this case, the person is represented by counsel and when counsel confirmed the client did not want to make a report, the state notified the police department and gave them the attorney’s information,” Garvey added.

Last week, New York Democrats launched an impeachment inquiry against Cuomo as sexual misconduct allegations continue to stack up against him.“New York State lawmakers, many of them Democrats, opened an impeachment inquiry into Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo on Thursday, signaling that members of the governor’s party were abandoning him amid a series of sexual harassment allegations,” The New York Times reports.

The State Assembly will have a “broad jurisdiction” to investigate the claims made against the New York governor.

A massive development that was also revealed during the announcement was that the Democrats will also be looking into Cuomo’s nursing home scandal where he allegedly covered up nursing home deaths due to the COVID pandemic.

FBI Admits to ‘Accidentally’ Destroying Hunter’s Laptop

In what sounds for all the world like a slapstick display of coincidental incompetence designed for a satirical network of Trump supporter-enraging Facebook pages,the FBI this morning, admitted that through a series of unintended events, they have “accidentally” destroyed the laptop computer belonging to first son Hunter Biden.

Witnesses have described the computer as: “in thousands of pieces, never to be useful again.”

Pushed out of the news cycle by the American election and its victory by 46th commander in chief Joe Biden, the investigation of the laptop had already been turning up absolutely nothing in what most normal people considered an attempted lame setup by Presidential attorney Rudy Guliani.

The lawyer had many comments on the subject in the media, each more cartoonish than the last.

FBI agent Joe Barron told the Washington Queefblaster Daily that the work being done was mainly just to prevent Trumptards from filling their depends with choco-chunks and described the circumstances behind the destruction of the planted “evidence.”

“We had the laptop in the ‘Bigfoot Department’, which is where we keep all the stuff we know is absolute bullshit, but pretend to look at anyway. A tourist group was coming through the outer hallway, and was erroneously led into the room with ‘Mr. Biden’s’ computer. The group included both actors Micheal J. Fox and Kelsey Grammar, who suddenly suffered attacks of their unfortunate medical conditions simultaneously.

“My Fox smashed the device off a table and repeatedly struck it, causing it to shatter, while Mr. Grammar’s irritable bowel syndrome afforded him to explosively defecate for over ten minutes on the pieces. It is completely unrecoverable.”
