New Report on 2020 Election Shows Nearly Impossible “Statistical Contrasts” that “Merit Closer Investigation”

Another statistical report released this week shows the nearly impossible probabilities in the 2020 election results.

Experts this time performed a Contrast Analysis review of the 2020 Presidential results and many items stand out that just don’t make sense.

S. Stanley Young, PhD, FASA, FAAAS and Ray Blehar, Analyst created a report labeled: 2020 Presidential Election Contrast Analysis.

This is the first report of its kind that we are aware of.

In the report the experts share the following all based on publicly available data used in conducting this analysis:

Following the 2020 election, the reliability of voting results in several states (particularly swing states) has come under question. To assist in identifying statistical anomalies, we put together a summary sheet of some worthwhile state-related data for 2016 and 2020. (Feel free to download this Excel document in tabular form, where you can sort by any column, with a single click.)

One method of identifying possible unreliable voting results is to examine publicly available voting totals using a method called contrast analysis. One way of doing a contrast would be to look at the Biden versus Trump 2020 vote results, and compare that to Clinton versus Trump in 2016. For example, in California the totals and the contrast were: In other words, in California, Biden beat Trump by 5± million votes (2020), whereas Clinton beat Trump by 4± million (2016). Doing the arithmetic, the contrast is 833,843 votes. (Statisticians call this the Difference of the Differences, or DoD.)

Note that Trump increased his California vote total by 1.5± million votes. However, Biden increased the Democrat candidate’s vote total by 2.3± million. Where did California find 3.8± million more votes in 2020 than in 2016? Easy, you say: California’s population has increased.

That’s a good thought, but between 2016 and 2020, the Census Bureau says that the population of California increase by less than 700,000 people. (Note that this includes children not old enough to vote, non-citizens, non-registered citizens, etc.). However, as mentioned above, the 2020 vote total for the Democrat candidate increased by 2.3± million votes. On the face of it, that significant vote increase does not appear to be logically explainable.

A statistical contrast is not proof of voting fraud, but a large contrast does point to situations that might merit closer examination.

On Tuesday Wisconsin Spotlight reported that former top Democrat operative Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein was given keys to the KI Center ballroom in Green Bay, Wisconsin where absentee ballots were stored and counted for days prior to the 2020 election.

New emails confirmed this development in the battleground state of Wisconsin.

Wisconsin already had its election issues.

A former Democratic operative, Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein, served as a de facto elections administrator and had access to Green Bay’s absentee ballots days before the election

Spitzer-Rubenstein asked Green Bay’s clerk if he and his team members could help correct or “cure” absentee ballots like they did in Milwaukee.

Green Bay’s clerk grew increasingly frustrated with the takeover of her department by the Democrat Mayor’s staff and outside groups.

Brown County Clerk Sandy Juno said the contract stipulated that Spitzer-Rubenstein would have four of the five keys to the KI Center ballroom where ballots were stored and counted.

Brown County’s clerk said the city of Green Bay “went rogue.”

Election law experts said the city illegally gave left-leaning groups authority over the election.

Of course, Wisconsin Democrats are lying about the incident.

There are a couple of billion people around the world who want what many in the West have and won’t part with: a vaccine to protect against COVID 19.

Naturally, Western countries would like to vaccinate their own people before giving the stuff away to others. And with vaccine supplies currently limited by production, the question becomes why the shaming tactics?

The Compassion Brigades and international do-gooders have begun to point fingers at Western countries like the U.S. and accuse them of not caring about billions of vulnerable poor people who might sicken and die without being vaccinated. That is, indeed, a tragedy. But what is it they want from the U.S. and other nations that have been struggling to vaccinate their own citizens?

New York Times:

Tens of millions of doses of the coronavirus vaccine made by the British-Swedish company AstraZeneca are sitting idly in American manufacturing facilities, awaiting results from its U.S. clinical trial while countries that have authorized its use beg for access.

The fate of those doses of AstraZeneca’s vaccine is the subject of an intense debate among White House and federal health officials, with some arguing the administration should let them go abroad where they are desperately needed while others are not ready to relinquish them, according to senior administration officials.

Europe has suspended the distribution of the AstraZeneca vaccine because of possible problems with blood clots. So we should send a lethal drug overseas?

The company is now grappling with another safety scare. Acting out of precaution, health authorities in Denmark, Norway and Iceland suspended use of the AstraZeneca’s vaccine on Thursday after several reports across the continent of severe blood clots.

European official and the company said there was not evidence of any causal link. In the vast majority of cases, the emergence of such medical conditions has nothing to do with the vaccine. Some percentage of people are expected to fall ill by chance after getting vaccinated, as would happen in any group of people.

This is a case of damned if you do and damned if you don’t. Many EU countries may be willing to part with some doses but the slowdown in AstraZeneca production has thrown the entire system into chaos. And the U.S. needs those doses to ensure that our own population is vaccinated first.

“If we have a surplus, we’re going to share it with the rest of the world,” President Biden told reporters on Wednesday, speaking generally about the U.S. vaccine supply. “We’re going to start off making sure Americans are taken care of first.”

U.S. prosecutors say they expect at least 100 more people to be charged in connection with the January 6 assault on the U.S. Capitol, bringing to more than 400 the number of people potentially facing prosecution in the attack.

The disclosure was made in court papers filed Friday in a wide-ranging case against nine members of the anti-government Oath Keepers who are facing conspiracy charges in the attack. Three other members of the group have been arrested separately.

Of an estimated 800 supporters of former President Donald Trump who breached the complex to try to overturn Trump’s defeat in the November presidential election, more than 300 have been charged, with new charges brought nearly every day.

Hundreds at large …But hundreds of others, many captured in photographs and videos, remain at large, as the Federal Bureau of Investigation continues to hunt for them.

“The investigation continues and the government expects that at least 100 additional individuals will be charged,” prosecutors wrote in a court filing asking for more time to prepare their case against the Oath Keepers.

BALTIMORE (AP) — The Biden administration hopes to relieve the strain of thousands of unaccompanied children coming to the southern border by ending a Trump-era order that discouraged potential family sponsors from coming forward to care for them.

The 2018 policy called on Health and Human Services to share information about family sponsors with immigration authorities, a move that discouraged parents and other relatives from stepping forward out of fear they would be deported.

A senior administration official said Friday the Department of Health and Human Services was not a law enforcement agency and that the goal of Friday's announcement was to encourage family members and other sponsors to step forward. It comes as U.S. authorities saw a 60% increase in children crossing the southwest border alone between January and February to more than 9,400. The official spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss private conversations.

This conspiracy case is so far the biggest in the investigation into the January 6 riot, in which a crowd of Trump supporters breached the Capitol building and disrupted the counting of electoral votes cast in the presidential election. The conspiracy charges against Caldwell were among the first to be brought in connection with the events in Washington, DC.

At Friday’s hearing, Caldwell’s attorney, David Fischer, pointed out that the prosecutors still have to provide evidence that the alleged sinister plan to infiltrate the Capitol actually existed.

While admitting that no evidence was unearthed to support the conspiracy charges, federal prosecutor Kathryn Rakoczy insisted that the militia was prepared to resort to violence.

In some regards, the prosecution of Caldwell seems to be developing along the same lines as other cases widely reported on by the US media as sinister plots. In one case, a man named Eric Munchel was photographed carrying zip-ties inside the Senate chamber, so many commentators assumed he came prepared to take hostages. It later emerged that he picked up the plastic restraints from a table inside the Capitol building, where they were left by the police.

Israel has used water mines and other weapons to sabotage at least a dozen tankers carrying Iranian oil and bound for Syria, according to a Wall Street Journal report, which cited US and regional officials.

In violation of US and international sanctions, Iran has continued trading oil with Syria. Israel is reportedly concerned that the profits from these sales help fund terrorism in the region, and has targeted the tankers as a result. These tankers tend to carry hundreds of millions of dollars worth of oil, per the Journal.

A shipping professional told the Journal that Israel conducted three strikes against ships carrying Iranian oil in 2019, and a separate shipping professional said six ships used by Iran were targeted last year.

The report said that Israeli operatives were suspected of planting a limpet mine on an Iranian vessel anchored near Lebanon in February. The ship was en route to Syria.

There are not any known instances of ships being sunk as a result of these suspected operations, but at least two were forced to return to Iran and delivery of oil to Syria was delayed as a consequence, the Journal reported.

The alleged Israeli attacks may represent a new front in the conflict between these two historic adversaries.

The Israeli government has not commented on the reported operations and the military declined to comment when contacted by the Journal. The Israeli Embassy in Washington, DC, did not offer a comment when contacted by Insider. The Iranian Mission to the UN did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The Trump administration tacitly supported the Israeli operations, according to the report, and the US does not appear to be doing anything to prevent such strikes.

Iran and Israel, longtime adversaries, have made an array of allegations against each another in recent months.

Israeli Environmental Protection Minister Gila Gamliel in early March accused Iran of deliberately orchestrating a massive oil spill near its shores in early February, describing it as an act of environmental terrorism.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also recently alleged that Iran attacked an Israeli-owned cargo ship in the Gulf of Oman. Iran rejected the accusation.

In November 2020, Iran accused Israel of orchestrating the assassination of one of its top nuclear scientists.

The US in 2019 accused Iran of attacks on oil tankers in the Gulf of Oman, as tensions between Washington and Tehran reached historic heights under then-President Donald Trump.

The contentious dynamic between the US and Iran has not dissipated under President Joe Biden thus far. Biden in late February ordered airstrikes targeting Iran-backed militias in Syria. The strikes were retaliation for a rocket attack in Irbil, Iraq, earlier in the month that killed a foreign contractor and wounded a number of Americans. Biden said that the strikes were designed to send a message to Iran to "be careful."

Former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin is charged with second-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter in the death of George Floyd last May.

Three other former officers, J. Alexander Kueng, Thomas Lane and Tou Thao, are expected to be tried on Aug. 23. They are all charged with aiding and abetting second-degree murder and aiding and abetting second-degree manslaughter.

Here is a look at the charges Chauvin faces:

SECOND-DEGREE MURDER

The most serious charge Chauvin faces is second-degree felony murder, which is unintentional murder.

“There is no claim here, at least no charge that any of the officers intended George Floyd to die,” said Richard Frase, a professor at the University of Minnesota Law School. “This is definitely an unintentional causing of death.”

For this charge under Minnesota law, the prosecution must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Chauvin caused the death of Floyd, but while committing or attempting to commit an underlying felony, which in this case is third-degree assault.

Third-degree assault requires proof that Chauvin assaulted or attempted to assault Floyd and in doing so, Chauvin inflicted substantial bodily harm. If the prosecution can prove Chauvin committed third-degree assault when he pressed his knee to the back of Floyd’s neck, leading him to lose consciousness, he can be convicted of Floyd’s death.

“The only intent that needs to be shown is an attempt to commit the underlying felony,” Frase said. “Clearly, kneeling on somebody and forcing their face down onto the hard, scratchy pavement is some kind of bodily harm,” Frase said.

Brad Colbert, a professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, said the second-degree felony murder charge in Minnesota is very broad compared to other states. Many states do not allow felony assault to be a qualifying felony for second-degree felony murder, and their laws establish that it is independent from homicide.

This charge carries a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison, but Minnesota sentencing guidelines say someone with no previous criminal history, which is Chauvin’s case, should be sentenced to 25.5 years.

SECOND-DEGREE MANSLAUGHTER

For this charge under Minnesota law, the prosecution must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Floyd’s death was caused by Chauvin’s “culpable negligence,” meaning that Chauvin’s actions created an unreasonable risk of causing death or great bodily harm.

If you’re charged with second-degree manslaughter, “you should have been aware of a risk, but you weren’t, and a reasonable person would have been aware, and that makes you negligent,” explained Frase.

Mark Osler, a professor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law, explained that in the case of second-degree manslaughter, the defendant is consciously choosing their actions, but not choosing that someone dies.

This charge is easier to prove than second-degree murder, and carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison, Osler said, but Minnesota sentencing guidelines say that someone with no criminal history should be sentenced to four years.

The judge presiding over the trial of former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin in the death of George Floyd has reinstated a third-degree murder charge in the case after the Minnesota Court of Appeals ruled that the application of the count in another civilian death involving a Minneapolis police officer established precedent.

Hennepin County District Court Judge Peter Cahill, who dismissed the third-degree murder charge in October, granted the motion by prosecutors to reinstate the charge after hearing arguments from both sides of the case.

Cahill's decision hinged on a recent appellate court decision upholding a third-degree murder conviction against former Minneapolis police officer Mohamed Noor in the 2017 fatal shooting of Justine Ruszczyk Damond after she called 911 to report an assault in progress near her home.

"With regard to the state's motion to reinstate, the court is going to grant the motion," Cahill said before the third day of jury deliberations began.

Cahill said that he initially disagreed with the appellate court's decision in the Noor case.

"I denied the motion initially because of my disagreement, but not without first checking to see if I was duty-bound to follow it as precedent," Cahill said. "Now, based on the defendant's appeal, the Court of Appeals has made it very clear: Yes, I was bound from the moment the appeal was filed. And I accept that."

Chauvin, 44, also has been charged with second-degree unintentional murder and second-degree manslaughter. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Prior to the Feb. 1 Appeals Court decision in the Noor case, a third-degree murder charge in Minnesota only applied if the defendant's actions endangered more than one person.

Chauvin's attorney's filed a petition asking the Supreme Court to review the appellate decision, contending it did not apply to Chauvin's case because the former officer is accused of targeting only Floyd. The petition prompted prosecutors in the case to ask the appeals court to halt jury selection, contending Cahill did not have total jurisdiction as long as Supreme Court was considering Chauvin's request.

Despite the petition from prosecutors on Monday to stay the trial, Cahill ruled that he was moving on with jury selection until the appeals court told him otherwise, which it never did.

The Supreme Court on Wednesday rejected Chauvin's petition, putting the decision on the third-degree murder count back on Cahill.

"The court of appeals has said in a precedential opinion specifying the single-person rule applies to third-degree murder. I feel bound by that and I feel it would be an abuse of discretion not to grant the motion," Cahill said.

Prior to the ruling, Chauvin's lawyer, Eric Nelson, presented an unsuccessful last-ditch argument on why he believed the third-degree murder should not be reinstated. Nelson contended that the Noor case was procedurally and factually different than the Chauvin case.

The transformation from phony "objectivity" to open one-party orthodoxy hasn't been an improvement

I collect Soviet newspapers. Years ago, I used to travel to Moscow’s Izmailovsky flea market every few weeks, hooking up with a dealer who crisscrossed the country digging up front pages from the Cold War era. I have Izvestia’s celebration of Gagarin’s flight, a Pravda account of a 1938 show trial, even an ancient copy of Ogonyek with Trotsky on the cover that someone must have taken a risk to keep.

These relics, with dramatic block fonts and red highlights, are cool pieces of history. Not so cool: the writing! Soviet newspapers were wrought with such anvil shamelessness that it’s difficult to imagine anyone ever read them without laughing. A good Soviet could write almost any Pravda headline in advance. What else but “A Mighty Demonstration of the Union of the Party and the People” fit the day after Supreme Soviet elections? What news could come from the Spanish civil war but “Success of the Republican Fleet?” Who could earn an obit headline but a “Faithful Son of the Party”?

Reality in Soviet news was 100% binary, with all people either heroes or villains, and the villains all in league with one another (an SR was no better than a fascist or a “Right-Trotskyite Bandit,” a kind of proto-horseshoe theory). Other ideas were not represented, except to be attacked and deconstructed. Also, since anything good was all good, politicians were not described as people at all but paragons of limitless virtue — 95% of most issues of Pravda or Izvestia were just names of party leaders surrounded by lists of applause-words, like “glittering,” “full-hearted,” “wise,” “mighty,” “courageous,” “in complete moral-political union with the people,” etc.

The Witch Hunt continues against Trump supporters.

Now, it’s the US Army targeting General Michael Flynn over the phony “emoluments” clause.

The Washington Post reported:

The Defense Department’s internal watchdog has concluded a long-delayed investigation into Michael Flynn, defense officials said Friday, sending its findings to the Army in a case that could bring tens of thousands of dollars in financial penalties for President Donald Trump’s first national security adviser.

The investigation focuses on Flynn’s acceptance of money from Russian and Turkish interests before joining the Trump administration, a potential violation of the Constitution’s emoluments clause. With few exceptions, U.S. officials, including retired service members like Flynn, are prohibited from accepting money or gifts from foreign governments. Flynn retired from the Army as a three-star general in 2014.

The inspector general’s investigation, opened in April 2017, was put on hold for more than three years amid a broader scandal that included a criminal investigation of Flynn by the Justice Department — part of what would become the investigation of Trump’s first presidential campaign and Russian interference in the 2016 election led by former FBI director Robert S. Mueller III.

The Supreme Court dismissed a similar case against President Trump in January because he was no longer in office.

The court instructed the lower courts to wipe away previous lower court opinions that went against Trump because he is no longer in office.

US judge temporarily removes China’s Xiaomi from Trump-era blacklist

A US judge has temporarily removed Chinese smartphone giant Xiaomi from a Trump-era blacklist prohibiting American investment in “Communist Chinese military companies.”

The ruling was announced by US District Judge Rudolph Contreras in Washington on Friday. The judge argued that the US Departments of Defense and Treasury “have not made the case that the national security interests at stake here are compelling,” issuing a preliminary injunction removing Xiaomi from the blacklist.

Xiaomi was hit with the ban as then-President Donald Trump took a fresh series of hostile moves against China during his last days in office. The smartphone maker and several other China-based businesses have been classified as “Communist Chinese military companies” by the Pentagon and barred from receiving American investment.

The company challenged the ban in the US courts this January, arguing that the Trump administration’s actions were “incorrect” and “deprived the company of legal due process” altogether. Hailing the temporary lift of the ban, the company vowed to continue its legal battle to have the Pentagon’s designation overturned completely.

“Xiaomi believes that the decision of designating it as a ‘Chinese Communist Military Company’ is arbitrary and capricious, and the judge agrees with it,” a spokesperson for Xiaomi told Chinese media in a statement on Saturday.

Xiaomi plans to continue to request that the court declare the designation unlawful, and permanently remove the designation.

The court ruling came on the same day US regulators took a new hostile stance against several Chinese companies, including telecom giants Huawei and ZTE. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) said the companies pose “an unacceptable risk to US national security or the security and safety of US persons.”

While it was not immediately clear what restrictions might stem from the designation, the move left yet another dent on the hopes of a possible rapprochement between China and the US under President Joe Biden. Earlier this week, Washington reportedly imposed new restrictions on Huawei, banning US firms from supplying the Chinese giant with any products that can be used in 5G devices.

In a striking blow to Gov. Greg Abbott, the Texas Republican Party has officially come out in support of the First Amendment and Free Speech, disagreeing with the demanded censorship by Texas Governor Greg Abbott. The Texas Republican Party created a Gab account in January of 2021.

“The [Republican Party of Texas] will always fight censorship,” the party said in a statement. “We support the 1st Amendment, including free speech platforms.” They added, “TexasGOP has no plan to deplatform from any of our social media accounts. The 1st Amendment still shines brightly in the Lone Star State.”

This comes after Greg Abbott claimed Gab was “anti-Semetic” and has “no place in Texas” while sitting in front of the American, Israeli, and Texas flags. Texas GOP Vice Chair, Cat Parks also came out against the first amendment and demanding the GOP delete it’s Gab Account in a public statement.

It should be noted that Cat Parks is known for working against Texas GOP Chairman Allen West and the grassroots activists in Texas. Most recently, her statement that the party should not focus on passing Republican priorities led some Republicans to wonder about her conservative bona fides.

UK Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab declared China to be in a state of non-compliance with the Sino-British Joint Declaration, accusing the nation of restricting democracy in Hong Kong.

“Beijing’s decision to impose radical changes to restrict participation in Hong Kong’s electoral system constitutes a further clear breach of the legally binding Sino-British Joint Declaration,” Raab said in an official government press release on Saturday, accusing China of trying to “harass and stifle all voices critical” of its policies.

Raab went on to declare that the UK, which controlled Hong Kong from 1841 to 1997, now officially “considers Beijing to be in a state of ongoing non-compliance with the Joint Declaration,” which he called “a demonstration of the growing gulf between Beijing’s promises and its actions,” and said the country “must act in accordance with its legal obligations and respect fundamental rights and freedoms in Hong Kong.”

The Sino-British Joint Declaration, which was signed in 1984 by former UK Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and former Chinese Premier Zhao Ziyang, declared that Hong Kong would be allowed to follow a separate political system to that of mainland China despite being a Chinese territory.

Raab’s statement comes after China passed the ‘patriots governing Hong Kong’ resolution on Thursday, “improving the electoral system” in the territory by introducing a requirement that will only allow ‘patriots’ to govern if they pledge their loyalty to the Chinese Communist Party.

Critics have claimed that the changes are designed to suppress opposition in the region, while Beijing has defended the new measures by claiming they’re necessary to protect stability and national security, arguing that individuals who aren’t ‘patriots’ could work with foreign powers to undermine and weaken the nation to the benefit of the West.

In a stunning revelation during a panel discussion, Daszak disseminated wild conspiracy theories in an attempt to blame anyone except his financial benefactors the Chinese Communist Party for the continuing virus origin mystery.

Daszak bizarrely laid into War Room: Pandemic show host Stephen K. Bannon and The Epoch Times newspaper for creating what he called an environment whereby the Chinese Communist Party wouldn’t want to be transparent about COVID-19’s origins. Both entities have called for fuller investigations into the Wuhan lab, shunning the idea that the virus came from a wet market or a bat.

Daszak, however, continues to cover for his paymasters while holding a position at the World Health Organization.

He said, during his recent livestream:

“I’ve seen incredible efforts from everything from [religious sect] Falun Gong to the [Chinese dissident] Miles Guo camp, Steve Bannon’s group pushing the conspiracy theories around China. It’s useful to them. They’re funding it and pushing it and science has been to some extent caught up in that to other instances absolutely crushed by it. We’ve not had access to work in China on the origins for the last 12 months, which is ironic because we could have been on the ground there working with our Chinese colleagues and by now we could have found some really important answers. The rhetoric has held that up.”

The remarks follow a National Pulse report highlighting how Daszak collaborated with the Wuhan Institute of Virology for nearly two decades. He also speaks at Chinese state-run media conferences, and recently received “federal funding from China.”

Daszak even seemed to imply that he was personally responsible for convincing fellow World Health Organization (WHO) investigators that critical COVID-origin data recently erased by the Wuhan Institute of Virology was irrelevant.

Central American diplomats and Mexican government officials held a short memorial in the spot where a group of state police officers murdered and incinerated 16 Guatemalan migrants. A couple of hours later, cartel gunmen killed five rival cartel members just a few miles away.

The cartel shooting took place in the Linda Vista neighborhood of the border city of Miguel Aleman, Tamaulipas. Iran, China propose plan to form coalition against sanctions

China, Russia, North Korea, Iran, and others are seeking support for a coalition to defend the United Nations Charter by pushing back against the use or threat of force and unilateral sanctions, according to a letter seen by Reuters on Thursday.

The move by 16 countries and the Palestinians to create such a group comes as U.S. President Joe Biden’s new administration boosts its multilateral engagement and with allies, reversing former President Donald Trump’s favored unilateral approach as he focused on an “America First” policy.

Biden has also pledged to take on China at the United Nations, where Beijing has been pushing for greater global influence in a challenge to traditional U.S. leadership.

Federal records show $140,000 in consulting fees amid historic Democratic victories.

A Republican contender in Virginia's gubernatorial race previously ran a marketing firm that at one point provided consulting services to a major Democratic political client during the historic 2006 "Blue Wave" that saw both the U.S. House and Senate flip to Democrat control.

Pete Snyder, who announced his run for Virginia governor in January of this year, ran the New Media Strategies public relations agency from 1999-2011. That firm, currently owned by Meredith Corporation, was hailed for its visionary approach to political media management, with Snyder being touted as possibly the first PR man in the country to utilize the internet to help politicians and corporations guide their messaging strategies.

New Media Strategies was well-known under Snyder for its focus on conservative and Republican candidates. Yet records from the Federal Elections Commission show that Snyder's firm in at least one instance performed consulting work for a Democratic campaign arm during the election cycle in which Democrats seized majorities in both chambers of Congress.

FEC data lists the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee as having paid $140,000 in fees to New Media Strategies from late 2005 to mid-2006, mostly listed in increments of $17,500.

One disbursement in the FEC database was listed as $175,000, though hard-copy filings list the number as $17,500. The Snyder campaign told Just the News the lower amount was the correct number.

FEC spokesman Christian Hilland said the hard-copy filing was the accurate figure.

"Back then, senate reports were filed on paper and our contractor would have to manually data enter each transaction leading to human entry errors," Hilland said, adding that the FEC would correct the error in its database.

The expenditures were made as payment for "cons./prof.serv. political," according to FEC notations.

Asked about those services during an interview with Sophie Mann on "Just the News A.M." this week, Snyder downplayed the connection and said he did not participate in any consulting work with the DSCC.

"I had a large company that worked with Republicans, worked with independents, worked with Democrats," he said. "Ninety percent of our business was corporate business."

"I ran and headed up the Republican business," Snyder said. "We had Democrats that did work doing monitoring and things like that for Democrats. They would not let me near that business at all because I was a known conservative."

Chinese state media has raved over Dr. Anthony Fauci’s recent calls for solidarity to combat the pandemic, using his comments to bolster Beijing’s virus narratives.

As the top U.S. infectious disease expert and chief medical advisor to President Joe Biden, Fauci appeared with top Chinese epidemiologist Zhong Nanshan in early March during an online forum hosted by the University of Edinburgh—their first public event together over the issue.

In a nearly hour-long video panel themed around “the future of health,” the two repeatedly highlighted the need for collaboration, a message that Chinese authorities have frequently adopted to fend off criticism of its initial coverup of the outbreak.

Zhong, who one Chinese official has described as “China’s Fauci,” earned international prominence for helping the regime manage the SARS outbreak that originated from the country in late 2002. Zhong has championed state narratives about its handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, including by stating the regime was “completely transparent” compared to SARS, and lending credibility to Beijing’s claims that the virus could spread via imported foods—a theory dismissed by Western scientists.

Zhong, during the event, credited the regime’s heavy-handed lockdown policies for China having “the least” number of COVID-19 infections and deaths, compared to most other countries. Critics and leaked internal documents, however, have disputed the regime’s official COVID-19 figures as being vast undercounts of the real number. Snap lockdowns across the country, meanwhile, have led to complaints of starvation and harsh treatment at quarantine centers.

The virus, Zhong said, is “a common enemy of the human being.” “Just like dealing with the climate, just like dealing with the air pollution, we were on the same goal to deal with that,” he said.

Zhong praised Biden for rejoining the World Health Organization. The Trump administration withdrew from the body last year over its role in enabling Beijing’s coverup of the outbreak by repeating its talking points downplaying the severity of the virus in the early stages. Zhong added that the “politicization” of public health measures was his “greatest fear.”

Meanwhile, Fauci described vaccines from China as “highly efficacious,” and cast “solidarity and cooperation” as a “moral obligation” to bring the virus under control.

Fauci, later in the event, said “I would underscore everything that Professor Zhong said.”

“We are all in it together, every single country,” Fauci said during the conversation. “To emphasize something that both of us said, If we do not completely suppress this, we will continue to be challenged by variants, which have a way of coming back to bite us.”

Deborah Birx Joins George W. Bush Institute, Takes Job Making COVID-Cleansing Air Purifiers

Birx announced two new jobs on Friday: One working for the George W. Bush Institute, and another for a company that specializes in slowing the spread of COVID-19.

Deborah Birx, who was often seen next to Anthony Fauci during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, until National File exposed that she allowed her medical license to expire and she soon left her government position, has now joined the George W. Bush Institute, and has taken a job where she will design purifiers to remove COVID-19 particles from the air.

Yesterday, a press release from the George W. Bush Institute proudly announced that Birx would join its ranks as a Senior Fellow. “In the role, she will leverage her significant expertise in global health, pandemic response, and health systems to support the Bush Institute’s portfolio of work. She will also take on policy initiatives on how to better position our country to tackle health disparities in the future based off the lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandemic.”

Birx is quoted as saying she is “thrilled” to join the ranks of the George W. Bush Institute, and declared, “President and Mrs. Bush witnessed the impact of the global HIV/AIDS epidemic 20 years ago and responded by founding the Global Fund and PEPFAR. They believed the crisis could be tackled with people, funding, and compassion for others.”

On the very same day, it was reported that Birx would take a job at ActivePure Technology, “a Texas manufacturer that says its products reduce COVID-19 on surfaces and in the air.” Birx will “be chief scientific and medical adviser, ActivePure CEO Joseph Urso said.”

It is unclear how much Birx will be compensated for her new roles in the private sector, but her net worth has been estimated to be between $1 million and $5 million.

In its reporting, Newsmax fails to note that Birx received criticism for allowing her medical license to expire, but instead claims Birx “was criticized for not standing up to former President Donald Trump as he downplayed the virus and spread misinformation about its transmission.”

As National File reported, Birx’s medical license “was issued a medical license in Pennsylvania in 1987.” However, “That license expired on December 31, 2014, and it has not been renewed since then, according to the Pennsylvania Licensing System Verification Service, courtesy of the Pennsylvania Department of State.”

What he's saying: "That’s the reason why I want to get the virological aspect of this pandemic behind us because the long-term ravages of this are so multifaceted," Fauci said when asked if he was concerned about a post-COVID mental health pandemic.

Fauci said these "ravages" included the economic and mental health effects, as well as the "prolonged symptomatology" that some people who have had COVID-19 continue to experience.

He also said he hopes the U.S. doesn't see an increase "in some preventable situations" because many people have "put off routine types of medical examinations that they normally would have done."

Methodologies: The APA's March 2021 Stress in America survey was conducted online by The Harris Poll between Feb. 19 and 24 among 3,013 adults ages 18 and older who reside in the U.S. Interviews were conducted in English and Spanish.

I find the mention of "COVID" variants interesting. It would be informative to know if any of the people afflicted with the new apparent cases of "COVID" have been vaccinated. The vaccines may be driving the more rapid evolution of "variants". I think this is the result of the "immune escape" mentioned in a video by Dr. Bossche whom I'd describe as a "mass vaccination" whistleblower.
