Trump Mar-a-Lago Aide Indicted by Florida Grand Jury in Classified Docs Case

Trump’s aide Walt Nauta was indicted by the Florida grand jury hearing evidence in Jack Smith’s classified documents case, according to a leak to ABC News.

According to reports, Walt Nauta was told to move boxes after the former president received a subpoena in May for classified documents.

Walt Nauta is a former White House employee and Navy veteran who worked valet for Trump and served as a personal staffer at Mar-a-Lago.

It is unclear what the charges are.

ABC News reported:

Walt Nauta, an aide to former President Donald Trump, has been charged by the special counsel as part of the probe into Trump’s taking of classified information, ABC News has learned.

Nauta was indicted by the same grand jury in Florida, sources told ABC News. It is not immediately clear what the exact charges are and an attorney for Nauta declined to comment when contacted by ABC News.

Nauta served as a valet in the Trump White House and left his role to join Trump as a personal aide in early 2021.

On Thursday The Guardian reported that Joe Biden’s DOJ attempted to bribe the attorney for Walt Nauta in exchange for testimony against Donald Trump.

Trump aide Walt Nauta indicted in classified documents case

An aide to former President Donald Trump has been indicted in special counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into the mishandling of classified documents from the Trump White House, two sources familiar with the indictment tell CNN.

Walt Nauta’s indictment is the second in the special counsel’s investigation after Trump was indicted on seven counts on Thursday.

An attorney for Nauta declined to comment. Nauta was with Trump at his Bedminster, New Jersey, golf club this week.

The latest on the federal indictment of Trump in the documents probe

The specific charges against Nauta have not been revealed.

Trump responded to Nauta’s indictment on his social media Friday, writing, “They are trying to destroy his life, like the lives of so many others, hoping that he will say bad things about ‘Trump.’ He is strong, brave, and a Great Patriot. The FBI and DOJ are CORRUPT!”

Nauta’s involvement in the movement of boxes of classified material at Trump’s Florida resort had been a subject of scrutiny of investigators. Nauta, with the help of a maintenance worker at Mar-a-Lago, moved the boxes before the FBI executed a search warrant on the Palm Beach property last August.

According to court filings last year, the FBI found more than 100 documents marked as classified during the search, which took place weeks after a Trump lawyer signed a statement attesting that the Trump team had complied with a May subpoena seeking production of all documents with classified markings.

Investigators obtained surveillance footage showing Nauta and the worker moving boxes of the classified documents around the resort, CNN previously reported. Nauta had spoken to investigators repeatedly in the probe, at first telling them he hadn’t handled boxes or sensitive documents at Mar-a-Lago.

Democrats are dead set on indicting Trump because they know they can’t beat him fair and square.

he same institutions that tormented former President Donald Trump for years with false accusations of collusion with Russia are making yet another brazen attempt to rig the next presidential election against the wishes of the American people.

Democrats and their cronies in the Department of Justice and the FBI have a history of election meddling to achieve their political goals. The raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home and subsequent persecution of the former president by Special Counsel Jack Smith, sanctioned by the same corrupt players who have targeted Americans for wrongthink for years now, prove to be no exception.

There’s nothing the deep state isn’t willing to try to do to keep their biggest threat — Trump and his voters — from regaining power. Democrats and corporate media are so committed to this goal that they didn’t even try to keep their desire to change election outcomes a secret.

In 2016, despite possessing no evidence of collusion from the beginning, the FBI latched onto a thinly-veiled narrative hatched by Clinton campaign operatives to screw over the ruling class’s political opponent. Instead, top Crossfire Hurricane players capitalized on their “open disdain for Trump,” “asserted that they would prevent Trump from becoming President,” and leaked information from the discredited Steele dossier to the corrupt corporate media.

It was around that same time that then-FBI Director James Comey declined to charge Hillary Clinton, whose campaign affiliates started and sold the Russiagate lie to willing participants like federal agencies, for knowingly rerouting classified information to her private email server.

Despite the deep state’s interference in the 2016 presidential race, Trump won the White House. His victory was a legitimate one backed by at least half the nation but that didn’t stop Democrats from officially objecting to his certification, as they have done to every Republican president this century.

This open attempt to undermine the president continued well into Trump’s administration, with two failed impeachments and incessant smears from the corporate media. By the time the 2020 election cycle rolled around, the ruling class’s general consensus that Trump shouldn’t hold office pervaded every major institution in the United States.

As President Donald Trump now faces yet another indictment from an investigation spearheaded by Special Counsel Jack Smith, Republicans and conservative allies have taken a firm stance against prosecutorial abuse.

RSBN reported on Thursday that the president had announced his pending indictment via an official statement, writing, “I never thought it possible that such a thing could happen to a former President of the United States, who received far more votes than any sitting President in the History of our Country, and is currently leading, by far, all Candidates, both Democrat and Republican, in Polls of the 2024 Presidential Election. I AM AN INNOCENT MAN!”

This is Trump’s second indictment this year. In March, he was indicted and later arraigned in New York at the behest of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg on an astronomical 34 felony counts related to allegedly “falsifying” business records.

The newest indictment is related to the federal probe of supposedly “classified” documents that were taken from Trump’s personal home, Mar-a-Lago, in Florida last year after the FBI conducted an unprecedented raid.

“Imagine being naïve enough to believe that the Biden Bribe evidence and Trump indictment happening the same day was a coincidence,” wrote Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., on Twitter shortly after the news broke.

He was referring to the House Oversight Committee’s review of the FBI’s FD-1023 document, which revealed shocking evidence of alleged bribery in connection with Joe Biden and Hunter Biden, per RSBN.

Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, reacted to news of Trump’s indictment as well, stating on social media, “DOJ indicts former President/candidate Trump SAME DAY DOJ/FBI restricts access to unnecessarily redacted Biden allegations. And they wonder why ppl think there r two standards for justice[.]”

The House Judiciary’s official account tweeted out, “WITCH HUNT.”

“It’s shameful,” Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., wrote on Thursday night. “Pathetic really. Ultimately the biggest hypocrisy in modern day history. A complete and total failure to the American people. A stain on our nation that the FBI and DOJ are so corrupt and they don’t even hide it anymore. We must win in 2024. We must beat these sick people.”

Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, who is also the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, wrote, “Sad day for America. God Bless President Trump.”

Sen. J.D. Vance, R-Ohio, who won his 2022 election with the help of Trump’s coveted endorsement last year, slammed the indictment news. He stated, “The former president will be indicted for ‘mishandling’ his own government’s classified info. Yet everyone agrees the president has the authority to declassify anything. This is a moral and constitutional joke. Merrick Garland has disgraced this country.”

Trump ally and former Republican gubernatorial candidate of Arizona, Kari Lake, ripped the DOJ and the Biden administration for their actions.

“By indicting their chief political opponent, Joe Biden and Merrick Garland have just committed the most blatant act of election interference in our nation’s history,” she said in an official statement.

She continued, “…We will not cave to this deliberate attempt to interfere in the 2024 election. The Republican Party must unite to save our country from this historic corruption and work to return President Donald J. Trump to the White House in 2024.”

A $100 million class action lawsuit launched on behalf of alleged victims of sexual abuse by Catholic clergy on Manitoulin Island has been abandoned after the victims reached individual settlements with the church.

All of the 29 alleged victims are from Wiikwemkoong Unceded Territory and attended Holy Cross Mission, run by the Jesuit Fathers of Upper Canada.

The suit was launched in 2015 and named several defendants, including the Roman Catholic Episcopal Corporation of the Diocese of Sault Ste. Marie, the Roman Catholic Bishop of Sault Ste. Marie, the Estate of Father George Epoch and the Estate of Brother O’Meare.

"The action was brought on behalf of all persons who were abused as children by clergy or staff of the Holy Cross Mission in Wiikwemkoong (and) all parents, spouses, children and siblings of the abused persons," court documents said.

Abuse claims and outrage mount as Jesuit order and church in Bolivia undergo a tectonic shake

Revelations of rampant sexual abuse by deceased Jesuit Fr. Alfonso Pedrajas have prompted dozens of people in Bolivia to come forward with similar accusations of atrocities in the South American country, where the Catholic Church confronts a reckoning over the criminal acts of pedophile priests.

An investigation by Bolivian newspaper Página Siete found more than 170 victims of clerical sexual abuse being raised since early May, when the Spanish newspaper El País published its exposé into Pedrajas – a Spanish Jesuit who kept a record of his abuse of children by writing a diary.

"What El País has achieved has been the victims connecting with each other, interacting with each other, daring to speak out. Many of the victims are more than 50 years old," Raphael Archondo, an academic and former director of Fides, a news outlet supported by Bolivia's Jesuits, told OSV News.

"There's a wave of complaints and it's opened a lot of spaces for complaints to be filed," he said.

The bishops' conference has condemned the actions of pedophile priests, while acknowledging they failed victims, who "found a church deaf to their sufferings."

The Jesuit province in Bolivia apologized and expressed "shame" and "regret" for what happened and promised to seek justice for the victims. The Jesuits have suspended eight former provincials who failed to act against Pedrajas.

The Society of Jesus (the Jesuits) opened a "listen and care" channel for receiving complaints in May it allows for complaints to be received via email or WhatsApp messages but said in a June 4 statement it had received only four accusations, one each against a pair of deceased Jesuits and two against a priest in the Diocese of Tarija.

The statement identified the Jesuits as Pedrajas whose diary contained descriptions of sexual abuse over four decades of working in Bolivian and Latin American schools along with Fr. Jorge Vila, who was accused of abusing a 13-year-old student at a Jesuit school in the early 1990s.

The Jesuits died in 2009 and 2012, respectively. Vila had become known in Bolivia for his defense of children's rights, according to an obituary. He was a founder of Defensa de Niños y Niñas Internacional (DNI Bolivia – Defense of Children International).

The unidentified priest in the Diocese of Tarija was not a Jesuit, but the Jesuits said they have "supported the handling of two other cases of sexual abuse against a priest from the Diocese of Tarija, since for now it is the only channel of its kind that operates in the Bolivian church and cannot neglect the victims of persons from other ecclesial settings."

Maryland, Maine, and Vermont have become the only three states in the U.S. to remove statute of limitations for lawsuits alleging child sex abuse.

Statute of limitations for child sex abuse cases were repealed as more people alleged that they were sexually assaulted by priests when they were young kids.

Repealing all time limits on when sex abuse lawsuits need to be filed allows survivors to seek delayed justice.

Ann Allen loved going to church and the after-school social group led by a dynamic priest back in the 1960s.

The giggling fun with friends always ended with a game of hide and seek. Each week, the Rev. Lawrence Sabatino chose one girl to hide with him. Allen said when it was her turn, she was sexually assaulted, at age 7, in the recesses of St. Peter’s Catholic Church.

Kiev’s long-anticipated push to retake lost territories has started, the Russian president says

The much-anticipated Ukrainian counteroffensive has started, Russian President Vladimir Putin has said. He cited the deployment of Kiev’s strategic reserves as a telltale sign of the operation.

“We can state with absolute certainty that this Ukrainian counteroffensive has begun, and the use of strategic reserves points to it,” Putin said at a press conference on Friday.

The president noted that particularly heavy fighting has been ongoing forfive days, with Russian troops managing to hold their positions.

He also claimed that the Ukrainian military has sufferedfar heavier casualties than the“classic” three-to-one ratiooften expected during an offensive.

However, Kiev has still retained its offensive capabilities, Putin said. He added that he expected Russian commanders to “assess the situation realistically” and act accordingly.

The Russian leader also acknowledged that Moscow’s troops arefacing shortages of modern weapons, and expressed hope that the country’s military industry will soon be able to satisfy growing demand. (Why announce this? Is it a diversion?)

Putin attributed the purported failure of the Ukrainian counteroffensive to the effectiveness of the armaments already at the disposal of Russian forces.

On Thursday, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu revealed that the Ukrainian military had tried to break through Russian defenses in Zaporozhye Region. However, this attempt was thwarted by pre-emptive artillery and aerial strikes, the official claimed.

According to the minister, Kiev’s forces suffered losses running into the thousands as a result.

On Friday, Moscow stated that Ukraine had lost up to 1,240 troops and 39 tanks in just 24 hours. Dozens of armored vehicles and artillery units, including ones provided by Western countries, were also destroyed, Russian military officials claimed.

Citing anonymous senior US officials, CNN also reported that theUkrainian military had sustained “significant” casualties this week.

The outlet’s sources described “greater than expected resistance from Russian forces.”

According to initial media reports, the DOJ has filed an indictment consisting of seven counts. There are no specifics on the charges. President Trump has been told to report to Federal Court in Miami on Tuesday at 3:00pm.

Former President Trump was indicted on 37 federal counts, including willful retention of national defense information, conspiracy to obstruct justice, and false statements, according to an unsealed copy of the indictment obtained by Fox News.

Special Counsel Jack Smith unsealed the indictment against the former president Friday.

Trump first announced he had been indicted on Thursday night. Trump told Fox News Digital he will plead not guilty.

The indictment states that Trump, as president, "had lawful access to the most sensitive classified documents and national defense information gathered and owned by the United States government, including information from the agencies that comprise the United States Intelligence Community and the United States Department of Defense."

"Over the course of his presidency, TRUMP gathered newspapers, press clippings, letters, notes, cards, photographs, official documents, and other materials in cardboard boxes that he kept in the White House," the indictment states. "Among the materials TRUMP stored in his boxes were hundreds of classified documents."

"The classified documents TRUMP stored in his boxes included information regarding defense and weapons capabilities of both the United States and foreign countries; United States nuclear programs; potential vulnerabilities of the United States and its allies to military attack; and plans for possible retaliation in response to a foreign attack," the indictment states. "The unauthorized disclosure of these classified documents could put at risk the national security of the United States, foreign relations, the safety of the United States military, and human sources and the continued viability of sensitive intelligence collection methods."

The special counsel claims that Trump showed classified documents to others in 2021–once in July 2021 at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey and once in August or September 2021.

"In July 2021, at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey (The Bedminster Club), during an audio-recorded meeting with a writer, a publisher, and two members of his staff, none of whom possessed a security clearance, TRUMP showed and described a ‘plan of attack’ that TRUMP said was prepared for him by the Department of Defense and a senior military official. TRUMP told the individuals that the plan was ‘highly confidential’ and ‘secret,’" the indictment said. "TRUMP also said, ‘as president I could have declassified it,’ and, 'Now I can't, you know, but this is still a secret.'"

In August or September 2021, the special counsel alleges Trump "showed a representative of his political action committee who did not possess a security clearance a classified map related to a military operation and told the representative that he should not be showing it to the representative and that the representative should not get too close."

Cannon granted Trump a special master during the investigation last year. Breitbart News reported that some left-wing scholars and legal experts were furious, lashing out against Judge Cannon, claiming that she acted out of political motives and was even an accomplice to “obstruction of justice.”

Some Republicans hold a favorable few of Judge Cannon.

“Judge Cannon is a great judge who I am very proud to have enthusiastically supported,” Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) told Breitbart News last year. “She received strong bipartisan support from both my judicial advisory commission and from the U.S. Senate. The attacks against her are just the latest example of hypocrisy from leftists and their media enablers who believe the only time it is acceptable to attack a judge is if that judge rules against what they want.”

Thierry Breton, the EU's Internal Market Commissioner, said in a Thursday tweet that "#Meta’s voluntary code on child protection seems not to work," adding "Mark Zuckerberg must now explain & take immediate action."

Breton will fly to Meta's headquarters in Menlo Park in two weeks to discuss with Zuckerberg.

According to the tweet, Meta will have to demonstrate that they've adequately addressed the child porn issue, or 'face heavy sanctions.'

According to the report in the Journal, which Meta did not deny, Instagram has become home to a large and organized network of pedophiles - for whom Instagram's own algorithms promoted kiddie-porn. The pedophiles themselves were using

coded emojis, such as a picture of a map, or a slice of cheese pizza.

What's more, Meta accounted for 85% of child pornography reports filed with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, according to the report. That said, "Meta has struggled with these efforts more than other platforms both because of weak enforcement and design features that promote content discovery of legal as well as illicit material, Stanford found."

It is apparent from OKI’s response that on election day and prior, Maricopa County did not accurately conduct tests or even read the printer manual. This discredits the entire investigation by Maricopa County. Maricopa County and Ruth McGregor either lied in the report or were so incompetent that they couldn’t follow basic instructions on Election Day and during the so-called investigation. What else did they hide?

OKI detailed in their response that they were “completely unaware that an investigation was underway,” Maricopa County’s conclusions were “disingenuous,” and solutions to the issues on Election Day, when 59% of machines targeting Republicans failed to read ballots, could “be discerned readily from the printers’ manual” or by consulting the company.

New Witness Destroys Entire Trump Docs Narrative, Even CNN Can’t Ignore This Bombshell

Amid reports that the Department of Justice is planning to drop an indictment on former President Donald Trump for his handling of classified documents, a new report has emerged that runs contrary to the narrative that the former president never followed the rules.

According to a report from CNN, a former official who served in the White House during the Trump and Obama administrations as an adviser on declassifying documents, provided specific instances of when Trump ensured everything was done by the book.

The former official, whose name was withheld by CNN, said Trump knew the process for properly declassifying documents, although he did not go so far as to say it was always followed.

The official, who was interviewed by the Justice Department in the Trump probe and the department’s investigation into President Joe Biden’s handling of classified documents, said the tone of each probe was very different.

When comparing the questioning about Biden to that about Trump, the former official said, “You wouldn’t expect it to match the intensity, and it didn’t.”

The former official recalled to CNN how Trump and his aides ensured certain documents, such as a 2018 memo pertaining to the discredited Russia probe against Trump, were properly declassified.

The former official said former National Security Council lawyer John Eisenberg met with Trump in the Oval Office, then summoned him.

Eisenberg then told the former official to “get your declassifying tools.”

The former official said the memo was then painstakingly reviewed and redacted as he and White House attorneys worked under the guidance of Eisenberg, who CNN said refused to comment on the story.

Trump has said that he automatically declassified large numbers of documents, while his lawyers have suggested that as the administration left Washington, multiple classified documents were scooped up and packed.

However, there’s no indication Trump followed the proper declassification process, and his attorneys have avoided saying so far in court whether Trump declassified the records he kept.

Attorney and legal scholar Alan Dershowitz said indicting Trump amounts to a form of election interference, according to One America News.

“I have absolutely no doubt we’re seeing special justice for Donald Trump, an attempt to get Trump, an attempt to take the vote away from the voters and put it in the hands of Justice Department officials, jurors, lawyers, and judges,” he said.

Dershowitz said Trump is all but indicted at this point.

“When you get the letter that you’re a target, it means you’re indicted. Basically, it means unless you can persuade prosecutors that they have missed something or something’s wrong or something new develops, you will be indicted,” he said.

In a sharp spotlight on the interplay between national security and individual privacy, newly disclosed documents have unveiled that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) entered into a contract with the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in 2018 to develop a project, dubbed “Night Fury,” designed to analyze and assign “risk scores” to social media accounts.

The Brennan Center for Justice procured these documents through a public records request, and Motherboard was the first to report on them. Project Night Fury aimed at utilizing automation to detect and evaluate social media accounts for connections to terrorism, illegal opioid distribution, but also disinformation campaigns.

The DHS document stated, “The Contractor shall develop these attributes to create a methodology for developing a ranking, or ‘Risk Score,’ associated with the identified accounts.”

Project Night Fury had also planned on incorporating involvement from Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to provide “cross-mission operational context,” according to one of the documents.

Experts had warned DHS about the inherent difficulties and biases involved in automated judgment for these matters, citing that characteristics like being “pro-terrorist” have no concrete definition.

Notably, DHS terminated Project Night Fury in 2019. However, it underscores the agency’s continued interest in social media as a resource for analysis. This comes in the wake of earlier reports of CBP utilizing an AI-powered tool, Babel X, for analyzing travelers’ social media at US borders.

While Night Fury’s focus was initially on “counter-terrorism, illegal opioid supply chain, transnational crime, and understanding/characterizing/identifying the spread of disinformation by foreign entities,” the documents indicate that UAB’s work was intended to “scale to other DHS domains” and “build next generation capabilities.”

Solar power generation in parts of the northeastern United States has taken a significant hit in recent weeks, primarily due to smoke from wildfires in Canada. A thick shroud of smoke has caused solar power production in these areas to plummet by more than 50%.

Solar farms that power New England, for example, were generating 56% less energy at peak demand times compared to just a week before, according to data from ISO-NE per Bloomberg.

ISO New England is a non-profit, independent regional transmission organization that provides services to the six states of the New England region: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

Moreover, power generation across the areas serviced by PJM Interconnection LLC, which extends from Illinois to North Carolina, decreased by about 25% compared to the previous week.

The Biden administration unveiled a series of measures on June 8 to address the rights of the LGBTQ community, including taking action on book bans by appointing a coordinator to work with schools.

The as-yet-unnamed Education Department coordinator will work to inform school districts that prohibiting books could violate federal law, among other issues.

“The Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights is announcing that to support its ongoing work to defend the rights of LGBTQI+ students and other underserved communities, it will appoint a new coordinator to address the growing threat that book bans pose for the civil rights of students,” the White House said in the announcement.

“That coordinator will work to provide new trainings for schools nationwide on how book bans that target specific communities and create a hostile school environment may violate federal civil rights laws.”

The announcement is part of the administration’s efforts to observe Pride Month and address the concerns surrounding LGBTQ rights. The administration is also unveiling plans to support mental health resources for those in the LGBTQ community and combat violence against the same groups.

The administration has expressed specific concern over book bans, particularly those targeting books that feature LGBTQ communities, communities of color, and other groups.

“Book banning erodes our democracy, removes vital resources for student learning, and can contribute to the stigma and isolation that LGBTQI+ people and other communities face,” the White House said.

Biden’s Comments on the Initiatives

“As president, I was proud to end the band on transgender troops in our military, sign the Respect for Marriage Act, strengthen the civil rights protections for LGBT Americans, and advance LGBT human rights around the globe, but our fight is far far from over,” President Joe Biden said during a June 8 news conference.

He outlined some of the details of his programs that his administration introduced and said they still had plenty of work ahead due to the “hysterical” and “prejudice” people around the country, saying he hoped to find a solution to “violence and hate crimes targeting LGBTQ people.”

“It’s wrong that extreme officials are pushing hateful bills, targeting transgender children, terrifying families and criminalizing doctors,” Biden said. “These are our kids. These are our neighbors. LGBTQ Americans, especially children, you’re loved, you’re heard, and this administration has your back.”

RI Republican Matthew Reilly busted on drug charges accused of sex abuse

An ex-Rhode Island Republican councilman found passed out in his car while holding a crack pipe has been busted again — this time on molestation charges involving a 12-year-old girl.

Matthew Reilly resigned in disgrace from the Cranston City Council when cops discovered him last month lying back in his car seat — blacked out and mouth agape — after someone reported he was “literally choking.”

Reilly was charged with drug possession and later resigned from his council seat.

On Thursday, Reilly was back in legal trouble from an arrest in North Kingston for alleged child molestation, the Providence Journal reported, citing Cranston Police Chief Michael Winquist.

Reilly was charged with first- and second-degree child molestation sexual assault, and enticement of a person under the age of 16, police said.

The bust was the culmination of a month-long investigation sparked by a complaint filed by the legal guardian of a 12-year-old girl, according to the newspaper.

Reilly was arrested with possession of a controlled substance on May 15 – about a week into the probe involving the child. The alleged crimes involving the girl took place May 3, the Journal reported, citing court records.

District Court Judge Joseph Ippolito ordered Reilly held without bail, and that he undergo a competency hearing, Winquist told the outlet.

Reilly’s lawyer, Michael Lepizzera Jr. told The Daily Beast his client entered a not guilty plea to the molestation charges.

“With these types of charges, I can see the general public and even close friends instantaneously turning their back on Mr. Reilly and drawing knee jerk conclusions,” Lepizzera said in an email to the outlet.

“I simply ask everyone to refrain from public ridicule and gossip and allow the legal process to unfold in the ordinary course. While we may not have a perfect system of justice in this country (as nothing is perfect), my 30 years as a lawyer allows me to state that we have as near perfect judicial system as could exist and we should trust in the system to be the final adjudicator of the facts, the law, and any legal outcome,” he wrote.

Last month, Reilly told the officer who shook him awake in his car that he has sleep apnea.

“Well, you have a crack pipe in your hands,” the cop tells him, video footage shows.

“Virtually every US institution has suffered a massive lost of faith and trust among the public, except the military (and it’s not a healthy sign in a democracy when only the military is respected). Flagrant politicization of the DOJ/FBI like this is very dangerous,” Greenwald continued.

While Clinton was not charged, Comey did say in 2016 there was “evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information.”

Despite the assertion, Comey continued, “Our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.”

During an interview with the Judiciary Committee on June 7, 2023, just days before the reported indictment of Trump, former Assistant Director in Charge of the FBI’s Washington Field Office (WFO), Steven D’Antuono, gave testimony raising concerns about the execution of the unprecedented raid on the Mar-a-Lago residence.

D’Antuono, a veteran FBI official, expressed frustration with the Department’s approach to the raid, pointing out several irregularities in the pursuit of the investigation against Trump.

Judicial Watch: FBI Admits Hillary Clinton Emails Found in Obama White House

Judicial Watch announced today that a senior FBI official admitted, in writing and under oath, that the agency found Clinton email records in the Obama White House, specifically, the Executive Office of the President. The FBI also admitted nearly 49,000 Clinton server emails were reviewed as result of a search warrant for her material on the laptop of Anthony Weiner.

E.W. (Bill) Priestap, assistant director of the FBI Counterintelligence Division, made the disclosure to Judicial Watch as part of court-ordered discovery into the Clinton email issue.

U.S District Court Judge Royce Lamberth ordered Obama administration senior State Department officials, lawyers, and Clinton aides, as well as Priestap, to be deposed or answer writer questions under oath. The court ruled that the Clinton email system was “one of the gravest modern offenses to government transparency.”

Priestap was asked by Judicial Watch to identify representatives of Hillary Clinton, her former staff, and government agencies from which “email repositories were obtained.” Priestap responded with the following non-exhaustive list:

Priestap also testifies that 48,982 emails were reviewed as a result of a warrant for Clinton email account information from the laptop of Anthony Weiner, who had been married to top Clinton aide Huma Abedin.

Priestap, is serving as assistant director of the FBI’s counterintelligence division and helped oversee both the Clinton email and the 2016 presidential campaign investigations. Priestap testified in a separate lawsuit that Clinton was the subject of a grand jury investigation related to her BlackBerry email accounts.

Trans woman Haven Wilvich's membership application for the Korean spa was declined. She alleged the spa told her 'transgender women without surgery are not welcome' and complained to the commission.

The family-owned spa, which has a branch on the outskirts of Seattle and one in Tacoma, is modeled on Jjimjilbang - sex-segregated bath houses in Korea - and offers monthly memberships and day passes.

Now, a Washington District Court has dismissed the lawsuit filed by the spa and upheld the original ruling by the WSHRC. The Pacific Northwest state is one of several Dem-run areas where trans people are permitted to use facilities which align with their gender without question.

In her judgement, District Court Judge Barbara Jacobs Rothstein upheld the ruling made by the WSHRC and said that the measures taken to the prevent the spa from having a female-only policy had been lawful.

Newly disclosed document confirms billionaire Pierre Omidyar financed the public-private partnership to censor election-related Twitter and Facebook posts.

The Department of Homeland Security’s controversial social media censorship effort during the 2020 election was propped up by a partisan billionaire.

Newly obtained documents, acquired through a public records request, confirm that Pierre Omidyar, the billionaire founder of eBay, financed a specialized portal maintained by the Center for Internet Security (CIS). This portal was used to facilitate the swift removal of predominantly conservative messages on Twitter and Facebook during the previous presidential election.

Omidyar, previously identified as one of the largest donors to campaign groups supporting Joe Biden’s presidential bid, donated $45 million to the “Sixteen Thirty Fund” in 2020. This dark money group mobilized Democratic voters and financed pro-Biden Super PACs. However, Omidyar’s direct involvement in the DHS partnership, which is now facing increased scrutiny, remained undisclosed until now.

The funding provided by Omidyar to CIS was used to establish a Misinformation Reporting Portal (MiRP). A team from CIS continuously monitored this portal 24/7 from September 28 to November 6, 2020, as revealed in a post-election report, “Election Infrastructure Misinformation Reporting.” The Democracy Fund, Omidyar’s foundation, supported the creation of the MiRP through a direct grant, according to the report.

The misinformation reporting portal served to rapidly identify and remove instances of alleged misinformation. CIS’s report acknowledged that the flagged content ranged from “intentional misinformation to honest mistakes.” Of the content reported by CIS, 61% “resulted in positive action,” which the group defined as content takedowns or labeling.

This MiRP system was used by a coalition of liberal-leaning research groups and overseen by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency (CISA), a sub-agency of the DHS that has led the government’s push to censor social media. Despite government backing for the project, the effort was partisan – the Democratic National Committee was part of the consortium, but not the Republican National Committee, indicating a partisan bias.

“In addition to sharing all reports with CISA, some reports were shared with the Federal Bureau of Investigation,” the CIS report noted. The effort focused on “election narratives” deemed conspiratorial or inaccurate.

Tax records appear to confirm the Omidyar funding. The Democracy Fund’s 990 disclosure shows that it donated $130,000 to CIS in 2020. The grant, however, is listed as support for “election security best practices,” a vague description that belied the true function of the MiRP portal.

CIS did not respond to a request for comment. The Omidyar Network discussed this inquiry with me but stopped responding before publication.

A decade old legal case that could exonerate former President Donald Trump has been buried by legacy media.

“[Special counsel] Jack Smith is terrified of the only standing legal case decision from a court concerning the Presidential Records Act,” said Chris Farrell, Director of Investigations at Judicial Watch.

The case Farrell is referring to is titled Judicial Watch v. National Archives and Records Administration – also known as the “Clinton sock drawer” case. Former President Bill Clinton created White House audio tapes with historian Taylor Branch and stored them in his sock drawer. Judicial Watch sued to obtain access to the tapes and lost.

“He took them from the White House with him into private life,” said Farrell. “There’s classified material on those tapes and arguably it’s the sort of running stream of consciousness record of Bill Clinton’s presidency. Pretty important stuff.”

Special counsel Jack Smith is currently investigating the 45th president for his handling of classified documents since departing the White House. But Farrell says the ruling in this specific case from 2012 exonerates Trump from any alleged wrongdoing.

“Amy Berman Jackson, the judge presiding on that case, said a couple of very important things,” said Farrell. “That the president had an absolute, unreviewable right to take any records or documents that he wants when he leaves office. “

“No one can come back and second guess or double think or ask questions about what the president elects to take with him,” Farrell continued.

In her ruling, Jackson wrote that “the President enjoys unconstrained authority to make decisions regarding the disposal of documents: ‘[a]lthough the President must notify the Archivist before disposing of records . . . neither the Archivist nor Congress has the authority to veto the President’s disposal decision.’”

Farrell points out that this ruling has existed without challenge or question for ten years.

“And that has been the standing law unchallenged for the United States for something like 10 or 11 years,” said Farrell. “No one challenged it – unreviewable absolute authority to take whatever [the president] wants and no one can second guess it.”

Elon Musk Sends Warning to Justice System Following Trump Indictment – Shows Interest in Letting Trump Do Twitter Event to Speak Out

Despite holding some reservations about President Trump, one can count Elon Musk firmly on the side of justice.

As the Gateway Pundit’s Cassandra Macdonald reported, Trump was indicted by Joe Biden’s Department of Injustice Thursday night.

He will be arraigned in Miami on Tuesday. The Biden regime decided to indict Trump over having classified documents at the Mar-A-Lago.

As TGP reported earlier, the federal indictment against President Trump was released Friday afternoon. It shows 31 counts of willful retention of national defense information, maximum: 10 years in prison, $250,000 fine. Counts: 32, conspiracy to obstruct justice, max 20 yrs, $250K; 33, withholding a document or record, max 20 yrs, $250K; 34, corruptly concealing a document or record, max 20 yrs, $250K; 35, concealing a document in a federal investigation, max 20 yrs, $250K; 36, scheme to conceal, max 5 yrs, $250K; and 37, false statements and representations, max 5yrs, $250K. Trump aide Waltine Nauta is charged along with Trump in counts 32, 33, 43, 35, and 36. Trump is charged alone in count 37 while Nauta is charged alone in count 38, false statements and misrepresentations.

Trump faces a whopping 100 YEARS in prison if convicted of all charges and given the max on each one. This would mean he would die behind bars, which is what the Biden regime wants.

Musk started out his response to the corrupt indictment by noting the exuberance for pursuing Trump does not exists for other individuals in politics. He then sent a warning to the justice system that they would lose the public trust if they did not rebut this ridiculous standard.

Many would argue the justice system has already lost the public trust.

Musk also responded favorably to a suggestion from conservative activist Ashley St. Clair that Trump do a Twitter space to speak about garbage indictment.

If does happens, hopefully Musk will ensure the Twitter servers are ready to handle the millions that will flock to hear Trump speak out. Recall they crashed during Ron DeSantis’ presidential announcement and he endured days of mockery.

FBI Official In Charge Of Mar-A-Lago Raid Said Feds Breached Protocol In Repeat Russia Collusion Hoax Fashion

The high-level FBI official tasked with executing the raid on former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home last year said President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice breached protocol to justify the search proving that the FBI learned nothing from their attempts to undermine the Republican leader during the Russian collusion hoax.

Less than one day after Special Counsel Jack Smith charged Trump with 38 counts related to his retention of government documents, House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan unveiled the damning testimony of Steven D’Antuono, the former assistant director of the FBI’s Washington Field Office (WFO), who expressed uneasiness about the manner the Biden regime chose to search Trump’s home.

“The indictment creates, at the minimum, a serious appearance of a double standard and a miscarriage of justice — an impression that is only strengthened by allegations that a Biden Justice Department lawyer ‘inappropriately sought to pressure’ a Trump-affiliated lawyer with the prospect of a judgeship,” Jordan wrote in a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland on Friday. “Additional information recently obtained by the Committee about the Department’s execution of a search warrant on President Trump’s residence only reinforces our grave concerns that your reported actions are nothing more than a politically motivated prosecution.”

D’Antuono, who has “over two decades of FBI experience,” told Jordan that he “disagreed with the Justice Department’s approach to the raid” because the DOJ and FBI went out of the way to break protocols designed to prevent the partisan targeting of Americans.

Because the raid was in Florida, D’Antuono said the Miami Field Office should have conducted the search. Instead, D’Antuono, who said he “absolutely no idea” why, was given orders to lead the operation.

D’Antuono said that the FBI knew better than to let its headquarters hijack a local raid, especially after its “seriously flawed” Crossfire Hurricane investigation. Yet, his concerns that the DOJ was overstepping its bounds were ignored.

Similarly, when the FBI veteran asked “a lot” of DOJ officials why a U.S. Attorney’s Office was left out of the investigation, he “never got a good answer.”

“According to Mr. D’Antuono, it was unusual to not have a U.S. Attorney assigned to an investigative matter, especially a matter of this magnitude,” the letter states.

Instead, D’Antuono was told that Jay Bratt, leader of the DOJ’s counterintelligence division, another headquarters man who was accused of inappropriately pressuring a Trump lawyer, would take the reins as “the lead prosecutor on the case.”

Perhaps the most stunning takeaway from D’Antuono’s testimony is the revelation that the DOJ, which “assertively pushed for the FBI to promptly execute the search warrant,” did not seek consent to search the premises. According to D’Antuono, doing so would have been “the best thing for all parties” involved including the FBI, Trump, and “the country.”

The FBI veteran wasn’t the only one who raised eyebrows at the DOJ’s targeting of Trump. D’Antuono said that even though he and several “line agents” in the WFO were opposed to obtaining a search warrant without first informing Trump, either Garland or FBI Director Christopher Wray personally sought one.

A year ago progressive news outlets were calling the idea of the culture war a “right-wing conspiracy theory” that had no basis in reality. Yet, the injection of far-left politics into entertainment media had already started years previous, with noticeable propaganda efforts in movies, streaming television, children's shows and books, even commercial advertising was replete with progressive ideological imagery by 2016 onward.

The goal is relatively obvious – To erase competing ideals and viewpoints while saturating the market with only one political vision; a woke vision. It's called social engineering, and anyone who claims this is not happening in the US today is gaslighting.

Strangely, the American comic book industry has become a major battleground in the culture war, with heroic symbols being increasingly erased or hijacked as vehicles for woke talking points. A vast array of comic book characters are now race-swapped, converted to LGBT or they have had their histories rewritten to make them more “acceptable for modern audiences.” At the same time, they promote everything from BLM, to climate change propaganda, to gender identity politics and anti-gun messaging.

Why would leftists target something as frivolous as comic book heroes? Because pop-culture is first and foremost a playground where children grow up, and by rewriting heroes as social justice crusaders and communists they hope to indoctrinate the next generation.

However, one hero figure in particular is seen as so egregious and so triggering that leftists want him memory-holed altogether – The Punisher.

DOJ charges two Russian nationals in 2011 crypto hack

Alexey Bilyuchenko, 43, and Aleksandr Verner, 29, face charges of conspiring to launder 647,000 bitcoins taken from the Mt. Gox. exchange.

The Department of Justice on Friday announced charges against two Russian nationals stemming from the 2011 hack of the Mt. Gox cryptocurrency exchange and the operation of BTC-e.

 Alexey Bilyuchenko, 43, and Aleksandr Verner, 29, face charges of conspiring to launder 647,000 bitcoins taken from the Mt. Gox. exchange. Indicted in the Southern District of New York, the pair hacked the exchange, then the largest in existence, and transferred bitcoins to digital wallets in their control. They then laundered much of the money by entering into a fraudulent advertising contract with a New York-based Bitcoin broker. Both face conspiracy to commit money laundering charges.

Bilyuchenko faces separate charges in the Northern District of California of money laundering conspiracy and operating an unlicensed money services business. He separate worked with another individual, Alexander Vinnik, to operate the illicit cryptocurrency exchange BTC-e from 2011-2017.

That exchange also ranked among the largest exchanges in the world and was a hub of digital criminal activity. Authorities shut it down in 2017.

Authorities celebrated the indictment, with Assistant Attorney General Kenneth A. Polite, Jr. saying it "marks an important milestone in two major cryptocurrency investigations."

"As alleged in the indictments, starting in 2011, Bilyuchenko and Verner stole a massive amount of cryptocurrency from Mt. Gox, contributing to the exchange’s ultimate insolvency," he continued. "Armed with the ill-gotten gains from Mt. Gox, Bilyuchenko allegedly went on to help set up the notorious BTC-e virtual currency exchange, which laundered funds for cyber criminals worldwide."

Air defenses brought down drones headed for the Zaporozhye NPP, authorities claimed

Russian air defenses have intercepted three drones armed with explosive warheads that were headed towards the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant on Friday, local authorities told RT. The attack came after Moscow had warned Kiev against any attacks on Europe’s largest atomic energy station.

Electronic warfare specialists detected the UAVs and brought them down, Zaporozhye officials said. One of the drones exploded upon crashing, while two were recovered mostly intact. The lightweight UAVs were armed with PG-7L high-explosive rockets, commonly used with RPG-7 anti-tank launchers. 

Ordnance disposal specialists examined the wreckage and decided to destroy the devices on the spot, after documenting the remains. 

“Ukraine blew up the Nova Kakhovka hydroelectric power station in order to distract the world from the failures of their much-publicized counteroffensive,” the Zaporozhye authorities said in a statement. “Now they need another disaster, this time a nuclear one, for which they will again blame Russia.”

The custodian of Joe Biden’s vice presidential records, a key witness in his classified documents probe, was caught up in another documents scandal while working at the Commerce Department during the Clinton administration, court records reveal.

Longtime Biden aide and gatekeeper Kathy S. Chung, who has been interviewed by federal prosecutors and congressional investigators in the Biden case, was part of a team sanctioned for withholding and even destroying key documents in the federal case that sought sensitive records from a central figure in the so-called Chinagate fundraising investigation of the late 1990s, RealClearInvestigations has learned exclusively.

A special prosecutor is now investigating whether Biden unlawfully handled top secret materials in early 2017, when he tasked Chung with removing boxes containing classified documents from the White House and storing them at various private offices in D.C., including the Chinatown neighborhood. Some of the highly sensitive papers also ended up at his home in Wilmington, Del.

Noting that Chung came into Biden’s orbit through working with the president’s son, Hunter, during the 1990s, congressional investigators want to know if the Biden family dealings in China have anything to do with the stockpiling of classified documents. They note that the mishandling of White House papers took place during the 14-month period in 2017-2018 when the Chinese were wiring almost $6 million in payments to Hunter and his uncle Jimmy Biden without providing any known legitimate services. They have expressed concern that the payments, which were flagged by the U.S. Treasury Department, were part of a Chinese intelligence-gathering operation.

Chung is central to the Justice Department’s investigation of Biden’s breach of classified documents.

Children were exposed to adult nudity during a disturbing drag-show performance at Oregon State University that was open to "all ages," Campus Reform reported.

The performance, titled the "Illegal Drag Show," was hosted by the university's student-funded LGBT group Rainbow Continuum at the LaSells Stewart Center on June 2.

An advertisement for the event posted on the group's Instagram page stated that the performance is open to "all ages." It noted that there would be "adult themes" but did not elaborate.

"Be Gay. Do Crime," the advertisement read.

In the post's caption, Rainbow Continuum stated, "Queer people across the nation are under legislative attack, but we will NOT let them stop our partying!"

"We've got a great lineup of local queer talent sure to raise the roof just in time for it to get replaced," the post added.

Rebecca Lang, the president of the university's Students for Life chapter, told Campus Reform that the performance included mature, sexual themes even though it was clear that children were attending.

"The show consisted of extremely explicit sexual content including sexually provocative performances by men and women in drag and costumes," Lang stated.

Additional witnesses confirmed to Campus Reform that at least four children were present for the show.

"Two who were so small two adults had to sit them on their laps so they could see," Lang explained.

She noted that the minors "were subjected to a sexual display that included not only references but physical moves and sexually explicit dances by both biological men and women, and extreme nudity as well."

According to Lang, children attended the event "without a content warning, or regard for their innocence or age."

Footage from the event shared by Campus Reform showed a disturbing and bizarre performance.

At one point during the drag show, a performer who appears to be a biological woman removes her top to expose her bare breasts in front of the audience. She then performs a "titty weight lifting" act, which includes using her breasts to hold various objects, such as a wooden sword and weights.

The performer is then joined on stage by a "trans-masc" assistant, according to Campus Reform.

Additional footage captured a drag queen leading a young girl on stage while the crowd cheers. In response to a question, the child states, "He's a full-grown man."

According to Campus Reform, all relevant parties did not respond to a request for comment.
