Trump Campaign Memo: Is the Kamala Campaign Cracking?

No race is ever over until the last vote is counted, but all of the handwringing among smart Democrat operatives and politically astute media appears quite warranted when you look at where the race was immediately after Labor Day and where it is now.

We predicted the Harris Honeymoon back in July, and did she get a free ride from her media allies. In fact, according to our internal data, virtually ALL the gains made by Harris in the Battleground States came during the month of July, immediately following the coup against Biden and the coronation of Harris—before she or her SuperPAC allies could embark on their no-holds-barred spending spree.

As the table below from our internal Battleground State data shows, Harris' image improved by a net of 15 points, and her ballot position a net of 6 points by the end of July. This is largely due to her earned media joy ride from her allies in the MSM. >>>/qresearch/21759173

According to our internal data, from the end of July through Labor Day, Harris largely treaded water. She made no real gains in her image or her ballot standing against President Trump. >>>/qresearch/21759183

But as most observers know, the campaign season begins in earnest after Labor Day. When you compare the state of the race on the Day after Labor Day to now, what you see will be eye-opening and likely the reason many smart operatives on the other side are wringing their hands over the current state of the race.

State of the Race – September 3, 2024:

• The RCP national polling average was Harris +1.8 – on the same Day in 2020, Biden was +7.2 – Trump running 5.4 points better than 2020

• Also, according to the RCP Battleground State polling averages, Harris was leading with 270 electoral votes to Trump's 262, with 6 EVs tied (No Lean or Toss-up States).

Since Labor Day, the Harris campaign has spent $241,407,417 on trackable media spend compared to only $104,774,939 paid by the Trump campaign – nearly a 2.5 to 1 spending advantage. And yet,

State of the Race – October 11, 2024:

• The RCP national polling average is still Harris +1.8 – on the same Day in 2020, Biden was +10.3 – Trump now running 8.5 points better than 2020

• Also, according to the RCP Battleground State polling averages, in a dramatic turn, Trump is now leading in 296 electoral votes to Harris's 242 EVs (with no Lean or Toss Up states included).

What happened to all of the supposed Harris "momentum?" Frankly, it never really existed beyond the confines of July. Given the vast amount of money her campaign has spent and the willingness of the MSM to give her a pass at every turn, how is it possible that she's gone backward in our internal and public polling?

Because she can't convince the voters that she is "the change agent" in the race, that she will be better on the economy, inflation, immigration, crime, or improving people's financial situation, the bottom line is that voters say President Trump will do a better job. >>>/qresearch/21759206

Voters in the Battleground States give President Trump clear advantages on the issues that matter to them most. But that is only part of the story. Harris and her campaign have embarked on an effort to try to sell a version of Harris that never existed:

• She tried to flip her position on Fracking

• She tried to flip her position on the industry-killing EV mandate

• She tried to sell that she really is tough on the border and illegal immigrants

• She tried to flip her positions on cashless bail and early release for violent criminals

Frankly, she's tried to re-invent herself at every level. And despite once being dubbed the "worst Vice President in the modern era" by many in the media, they gave her a free pass (much like Harris did with hardened criminals on her watch) as she tried to pull a fast one on the voters. However, as has been reported by a few courageous members of the media, voters in focus group after focus group aren't buying it and are uncertain about who Kamala really is.

Then to put the proverbial cherry on top of the sundae, she finally says the first really honest thing in the campaign. When asked, "What would you do differently than Biden?" She said NOTHING. That's right…after months of trying to run away from Biden and his dismal record, she took ownership of it lock, stock and barrel.

While the Harris campaign is busy trying to clean up her monumental gaffe and trying to square it with the version of Kamala they are trying to sell, our campaign will remain laser-focused on drawing the contrast between President Trump's successes as President, Kamala's dismal record and her failures and how her plans will result in higher taxes, higher prices, more illegal immigration, more crime, and potentially America sucked into war.

So, when you examine the shifts in state-level public polling averages, we see evidence that our strategy is working. And when you take a deeper dive into the data and compare the 2020 Exit Polls to our current internal Battleground State data, you see why Kamala is having such a hard time gaining ground:

• President Trump is currently running 13 points ahead of where he finished in 2020 among Independents (According to 2020 Exits in the Battleground States, we lost them by 8, now he is leading by 5).

• President Trump is currently running 20 points ahead of where he finished in 2020 among Blacks (According to 2020 Exits in the Battleground States, we lost them by 81, and now he is trailing by 61).

• President Trump is currently running 32 points ahead of where he finished in 2020 among Hispanics (According to 2020 Exits in the Battleground States, we lost them by 25, and now he is leading by 7).

• President Trump is currently running 11 points ahead of where he finished in 2020 among Voters 18-44 years old (According to 2020 Exits in the Battleground States, we lost them by 15, and now he is trailing by 4).

President Donald Trump and our campaign never take anything for granted. We know what is arrayed against us between the MSM and Harris' cash machine.

We plan to fight for every last vote. And we wonder if all of the "drape measuring" among Democrats and some in the MSM is perhaps a bit premature. And given the position the Harris team finds itself in, a valid question to ask may well be, "Is the Kamala Campaign Cracking?"

My name is Vem Miller, and I am a candidate for Nevada’s Assembly District 13.

After graduating with a bachelors in American Literature / Creative Writing from UCLA in 1998, I began directing music videos and commercials, which I did professionally for about 10 years. In 2009, I transitioned to creating, selling and producing shows with brands such as A&E, History, Discovery, and other TV networks. As a part of my work as a producer, I’ve worked as an investigative journalist, revealing crime and corruption in our political, media, and judicial ranks. I’ve also helped get new TV networks off the ground, positions that included creating and producing new TV shows.

There is an immense shift that has been happening in the media landscape over the last 6 years. I remember a time when there was trust in the news and media for the majority. That trust has all but evaporated, at least in terms of most audiences on the right and even the center.

I saw first hand how woke ideology changed the media landscape from one that was simply concerned with producing good media and entertainment, to one that became a leftist propaganda machine that included censoring most points of view of the right, no matter how logical or benign those points of view happened to be. Many millions of viewers were left behind during this shift.

These millions flocked to the internet, where right learning perspectives and personalities garnered much larger audiences that most legacy news media shows. This includes shows and personalities like Steven Crowder, Steve Bannon, Tim Pool, the Hodge Twins, Ben Shapiro, and many more.

The response of the leftist media and social media industry has been to try to censor those right leaning voices on the internet, such as banning YouTube Channels and Twitter accounts, yet no matter how hard they try, right leaning online shows continue to rate better than most shows on the mainstream (legacy) media.

We must remember that these online shows are produced on a much smaller budget than legacy media shows by a 100:1 or even 1000:1 ratio.

It is clear that we are in a landscape in flux. The audience is looking for a truth that they cannot find in the mainstream news media, so they seek other sources. These types of shifting landscapes are where the future multi billion dollar media empires are built, and I believe that Las Vegas and Nevada is the place, and now is the time, to build such a network and industry.

New York was once the center of news and entertainment. New York is news and entertainment industry 1.0. Prices in New York, coupled with a lack of sunlight, space, and stable weather, began to shift the industry in New York in the early 1900s, to Los Angeles, where land was cheap and sunlight was plentiful, and where the groundbreaking studios of the time found acceptance to grow their businesses into the machines they have become today. Los Angeles is news and entertainment 2.0.

In 2022, Los Angeles is no longer a place where land is cheap. It is also not a place where the marketplace of ideas is accepted.

Nevada on the other hand, has plenty of land that is still inexpensive, not to mention countless cinematic locations, and plenty of space to build the studios of the future. Nevada also has a lot of talent, both behind the scenes, and in front of the camera. One of the rare upsides of the California exodus is that there are many Right leaning talents that are disgruntled with Los Angeles and would love to come work in the more accepting Nevada.

The way to build this new industry, news and entertainment 3.0 in Nevada, is to start first with a reasonably funded full time film and TV commission. The purpose of the film and TV commission is to:

1/ Help gather film and television business into Nevada from other states and countries, bringing in work and money for Nevadans. The builders and carpenters, as well as production talent, for which we have a budding industry built around the conventions in Las Vegas, will all have newer and greater opportunities as a result of the film and tv projects this commission brings to Nevada.

2/ Help build a fundraising plan toward building a right leaning studio complex and network, and…

3/ Execute that plan.

The goal is to raise funds that are used to build a studio and network, to acquire shows, create new shows, and movies, including Christian themed films, around a model where there are multiple sources of revenue beyond the content. Advertising and product sales would be a part of the revenue stream, operating under a 360 model where the revenue streams come from many sources.

The massive success of online right leaning media personalities has demonstrated that there is a very large gap in the market, and Las Vegas, as a hub of travel and a place that is accessible from all major cities, is the perfect city to build a new TV Network, smart app, and online news and media industry that caters to the majority of Americans throughout the entire right spectrum, and provides Nevadans and the children of Nevada, many jobs.

As we are seeing, Blaze TV is based in Texas, Joe Rogan is in Austin Texas. Ben Shapiro is in Nashville Tennessee. On both an international and national level, Las Vegas is a much more marquee location than any of the above, with many plusses in terms of access to both on screen and behind the screen talent. This is why I believe that the network of the future can be built here, and serve as a seed around which an entire new industry is built, right here in Nevada.

Ohio Man Sentenced for Creating and Distributing Videos Depicting Monkey Torture and Mutilation

An Ohio man was sentenced today to 54 months in prison and three years of supervised release in connection with his involvement with online groups dedicated to creating and distributing videos depicting acts of extreme violence and sexual abuse against monkeys.

According to court documents, Ronald P. Bedra, of Etna, conspired with others to create and distribute videos depicting acts of sadistic violence against baby and adult monkeys. The conspirators used encrypted chat applications to direct money to individuals in Indonesia willing to commit the requested acts of torture on camera. Bedra also mailed a thumb drive containing 64 videos of monkey torture to a co-conspirator in Wisconsin.

According to a statement of facts signed by defendant Bedra, the videos in question included depictions of monkeys having their digits and limbs severed and monkeys being forcibly sodomized with a heated screwdriver. Bedra pleaded guilty in April.

“Defendant Ronald Bedra commissioned grotesque videos of torture of juvenile and baby monkeys,” said Assistant Attorney General Todd Kim of the Justice Department’s Environment and Natural Resources Division. “Such appalling conduct has no place in our society. The Justice Department stands ready to prosecute individuals engaging in this activity to the fullest extent of the law.”

“We will punish participants of sadistic conspiracies like this one no matter their role in the crime,” said U.S. Attorney Kenneth L. Parker for the Southern District of Ohio. “As this case shows, even if you do not commit the torture firsthand, you will be held accountable for promoting this obscene animal abuse.”

“The torture of animals in this case is disturbing, cruel and illegal,” said Special Agent in Charge Elena Iatarola of FBI’s Cincinnati Field Office. “The FBI and our partners will continue to work to protect defenseless animals and investigate those who intentionally harm them.”

“Today’s sentencing underscores the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s unwavering commitment to combating the exploitation of wildlife in any form,” said Assistant Director Edward Grace of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s Office of Law Enforcement. “These monstrous crimes are indefensible. This case serves as a stark reminder that those who harm animals protected under federal and international laws and treaties will face serious consequences. We continue to work diligently with our partners to identify and prosecute individuals engaged in these cruel activities to the fullest extent of the law.”

The FBI and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service investigated the case. Homeland Security Investigations provided critical assistance.

Trial Attorney Mark Romley and Senior Trial Attorney Adam Cullman of the Environment and Natural Resources Division’s Environmental Crimes Section and Assistant U.S. Attorney Nicole Pakiz for the Southern District of Ohio are prosecuting the case.

Ten Pharmaceutical Distributor Executives, Sales Representatives, and Brokers Charged in Connection with Unlawful Sales of Nearly 70M Opioid Pills

Charges against five pharmaceutical distributor executives and five pharmaceutical sales representatives and brokers have been unsealed in the Southern District of Texas, Southern District of Florida, Eastern District of Missouri, and Eastern District of North Carolina as part of a larger enforcement action related to the unlawful distribution of nearly 70 million opioid pills and over 30 million doses of other commonly abused prescription drugs to alleged Houston-area pill-mill pharmacies. Three Houston-area pharmacy operators were also charged in the Southern District of Texas for their role in the schemes. Nine individuals have pleaded guilty.

According to court documents, the opioids allegedly distributed — oxycodone, hydrocodone, and hydromorphone — were available in numerous strengths and forms, but the distributors allegedly sold the drugs almost exclusively in their most abused, most powerful immediate-release pill forms — i.e., the ones that sold for the most money on the black market. The distributors also allegedly sold prescription drug potentiators — alprazolam, carisoprodol, and promethazine with codeine syrup — known for their reputation of enhancing the high from the opioids. The distributors allegedly charged their Houston customers far more for the drugs than what a legitimate pharmacy could or would pay.

“The defendants, including pharmaceutical drug distributors, allegedly exploited the opioid crisis for profit — selling dangerous and addictive drugs to pill-mill pharmacies at above-market prices, knowing that the drugs would end up on the black market,” said Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Nicole M. Argentieri, head of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division. “The drugs had a staggering black-market value of over $1.3 billion. These charges represent the Justice Department’s largest criminal enforcement action targeting executives, brokers, and alleged pill-mill pharmacy owners for unlawfully distributing opioids and other commonly abused drugs. Our message is clear: we will not hesitate in our pursuit of those involved in dumping addictive pharmaceutical drugs onto the streets.”

I commend the collaboration between DEA’s Diversion Control Division, our field divisions in St. Louis, Miami, Atlanta, Phoenix, Louisville and Houston, and our other state and federal law enforcement partners whose dedication to this investigation led us here today.”

“The distributors that sourced pills into the Houston area may be located across the country in Arizona, Florida, Maryland, California, North Carolina, and elsewhere, but they targeted Houston, helping to make it a known ‘hot zone’ for drug diversion,” said U.S. Attorney Alamdar S. Hamdani for the Southern District of Texas. “This office will always support the prosecution of individuals who try to thwart law enforcement and oversight by operating across state lines, posing as legitimate businesses, while in reality poisoning our district by targeting pill mills with precisely the drugs at the heart of our country’s addiction crisis. While there remain others who will be held accountable in the future, these cases build on this district’s history of systematically dismantling pill-mill clinics, pharmacies, and the often-violent drug-trafficking organizations, responsible for selling these pills in our community.”

“The use of protocols outside of common industry practice has contributed to the current opioid epidemic. To boost their profits, bad actors facilitate the distribution of opioids without medical necessity, threatening the lives and health of the public and the integrity of the Medicare program,” said Deputy Inspector General for Investigations Christian J. Schrank of the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General (HHS-OIG). “Our agency, working with our law enforcement partners, will continue to thoroughly investigate such schemes.”
