Courageous West Virginia Republican lawmakers proposed legislation this week that prevents the state from recognizing the winner in a US election if the election is enabled by illegal or fraudulent acts.
The lawmakers added that the state will not recognize any election of the Democrat candidate for President in the 2024 election cycle if the Republican candidate is assassinated, seriously injured during an assassination attempt, incarcerated, or eliminated from the ballot in any states, or is subject to legal actions that preclude the candidate from campaigning.

Former President Donald Trump on Friday will announce "Operation Aurora," his detailed plan for deporting members of an illegal immigrant members of a notorious Venezuelan gang.
The name appears to reference Aurora, Colo., which made headlines earlier this year after a Venezuelan gang took over several apartment complexes in the city. Trump is set to speak in the city on Friday.

"Last month men armed with rifles and handguns were caught on camera as they forced their way into an apartment in Aurora, CO, and threatened the tenant at gunpoint. 10 minutes later, they opened fire on a 25-year-old man outside the building, fatally shooting him. Of the three identified barbaric thugs, ALL THREE are illegal aliens who were in Border Patrol custody but RELEASED into the U.S. by Kamala Harris."
"In Houston last June, 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray was kidnapped, tied up, and assaulted for two hours under a bridge before she was murdered by two Venezuelan TDA gang members who Kamala Harris had ordered released into the United States," the official added. Just ten minutes later, they shot and killed a 25-year-old man outside the building. All three suspects have been identified as illegal immigrants who had previously been in Border Patrol custody but were released into the U.S.
In June, 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray was kidnapped, bound, and assaulted for two hours under a bridge in Houston before being murdered by two Venezuelan TDA gang members who had also been released into the country.
This week, police arrested over a dozen TDA members who had taken control of an apartment complex in San Antonio, terrorizing residents.
Recent data from ICE indicates that there are currently 13,099 illegal immigrant convicted murderers at large in the United States.
Trump’s rally will be held on Friday at 1 p.m. Mountain Time at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center, RSBN previously reported. RSBN is broadcasting live from the event.
“With approximately 43,000 migrants flooding the neighboring city of Denver since December 2022, many of these migrants have made their way to Aurora, bringing chaos and fear with them,” the announcement stated.
“Local families have been forced to flee their homes as Tren de Aragua members terrorize apartment complexes with guns, theft, and rampant drug activity. Kamala Harris’ open-border policies are turning once-safe communities into nightmares for law-abiding citizens,” it added.
Nearby Denver, a sanctuary city, has become overwhelmed by recent migrant activity.
“In one year alone, the hospital spent a staggering $10 million on 20,000 visits by illegal migrants. Emergency room visits by Venezuelans in Denver surged by 6,000 percent, further depleting already scarce resources,” the announcement reported, citing the Washington Examiner.

Passed in preparation for an anticipated war with France, the Alien and Sedition Acts tightened restrictions on foreign-born Americans and limited speech critical of the government.
In 1798, the United States stood on the brink of war with France. The Federalist Party, which advocated for a strong central government, believed that Democratic-Republican criticism of Federalist policies was disloyal and feared that "aliens," or non-citizens, living in the United States would sympathize with the French during a war.
As a result, a Federalist-controlled Congress passed four laws, known collectively as the Alien and Sedition Acts. These laws raised the residency requirements for citizenship from 5 to 14 years, authorized the president to deport "aliens," and permitted their arrest, imprisonment, and deportation during wartime. The Sedition Act made it a crime for American citizens to "print, utter, or publish…any false, scandalous, and malicious writing" about the government.
The laws were directed against Democratic-Republicans, the party typically favored by new citizens. The only journalists prosecuted under the Sedition Act were editors of Democratic-Republican newspapers.
Sedition Act trials, along with the Senate's use of its contempt powers to suppress dissent, set off a firestorm of criticism against the Federalists and contributed to their defeat in the election of 1800, after which the acts were repealed or allowed to expire. The controversies surrounding them, however, provided for some of the first tests of the limits of freedom of speech and press.

Department of Education. Following the disappointing Supreme Court decision in Bostock v. Clayton County, the Department of Education issued a regulation reinterpreting Title IX’s protections against sex discrimination to fancifully include discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation. Several cases around the country, including Kansas v. Department of Education, are challenging this abandonment of reality. While the rule claims not to apply to sports, its logic basically destroys distinctions between men and women wherever Title IX applies. And the numbers don’t lie.
