Today, Dr. Jon T. Kosloski arrived on detail from the National Security Agency to be appointed as the director of the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office.

Dr. Kosloski brings extensive experience working in multiple scientific fields, including quantum optics and crypto-mathematics, as well as leading mission-oriented research and analysis teams.

"Jon possesses the unique set of scientific and technical skills, policy knowledge, and proven leadership experience required to enhance AARO's efforts to research and explain unidentified anomalous phenomena to the Department, Congress, and the American people," said Deputy Secretary of Defense Kathleen Hicks.

As the AARO director, Dr. Kosloski will head DoD's efforts, in coordination with the Intelligence Community, to minimize technical and intelligence surprise by synchronizing scientific, intelligence, and operational detection, identification, attribution, and mitigation of unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) in the vicinity of national security areas.

Under his leadership, AARO will continue to examine the U.S. government historical record relating to UAP, as well as efforts to declassify and release UAP-related records to the greatest extent possible.

An Afro-Caribbean carnival notorious for drug dealing and violence produced more episodes of serious violence in two days than anti-immigration protests did in weeks. The White House on Monday revealed who is running the country with President Joe Biden on his second week of vacation. 'You know better than that,' National Security Council spokesperson John Kirby scolded the reporter who asked who was running the country.'The president is on vacation, but you can never unplug and from a job like that. Nor does he try to,' Kirby said in a zoom briefing with reporters. 'He's very much in command,' he noted of Biden. He pointed out Biden spoke with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday and talked to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Friday as proof the president is working. Biden, 81, is at his beach home in Rehoboth, Delaware, after spending a week at a private 8,000 acre ranch in Santa Ynez, Calif. He is scheduled to return to the White House after Labor Day weekend. Vice President Kamala Harris is in Washington D.C. with nothing on her public schedule until Wednesday, when she heads to Georgia for a two-day bus trip to campaign in the state.

The White House has long argued Biden can perform the duties of president where ever he goes. When the president travels, a staff member on the National Security Council travels with him to keep him briefed on foreign affairs and a staffer in the chief of staff's office is with him to keep him updated on domestic matters.

He and first lady Jill Biden arrived at their multi-million dollar beach house in Rehoboth on Sunday evening. Biden is on his 114th visit to Delaware spanning all or part of 328 days, according to journalist Mark Knoeller who tracks presidential travel. That is much more when compared to Donald Trump at a similar point in office: he spent 51 visits and 240 days at either of his estates in Mar-a-Lago, Fla., or Bedminster, N.J.It's the second week in a row of downtime for the Bidens.

They jetted off to Santa Ynez, California, on Monday night after Biden addressed the Democratic National Convention in Chicago. The couple - along with their children and grandchildren - stayed at a California ranch owned by Democratic donor billionaire Joe Kiani. The property sits about three hours north of Los Angeles in Santa Barbara wine country. Kiani has been a major donor to Biden's campaigns and a friend to the family. Hunter Biden paid a visit to the $50 million vineyard property last year. Dubbed the 'Kiani Preserve,' the 8,000 acres has its own private vineyard, donkeys and a cattle herd. The vineyard on the property produces bottles of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, among other wines. The president doesn't drink but the first lady is known to enjoy a glass or two of wine.

Biden exited the presidential race on July 21 after his terrible debate performance against Donald Trump, which led to concerns about his mental abilities. 'Over the next six months, I'll be focused on doing my job as president,' Biden said in his July 24 Oval Office address.

This Monday, Biden remained out of sight as his predecessor — and possible successor — Donald Trump visited Arlington National Cemetery to pay tribute to the 13 Americans killed three years ago in a bombing outside the Kabul airport during the Afghanistan evacuation. The former president laid a series of wreaths at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and then paid a private visit to section 60, the area of the cemetery where those killed in Afghanistan are buried.

He was joined by family members of some of the U.S. soldiers who were killed in a bombing at Abbey Gate. He was also was accompanied by two Marines who were injured in attack: Cpl. Kelsee Lainhart, who was paralyzed in the attack and now uses a wheelchair, and Sgt. Tyler Vargas-Andrews, who lost his right arm and left leg.

The visit also enabled him to tie his rival Kamala Harris to what he calls 'the most embarrassing moment in our history.' Trump has repeatedly criticized President Joe Biden's handling of the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan. Under Tim Walz, Minnesota Banned Christians From Teaching In Public Schools

Walz is poised to make similar bigoted, totalitarian, and unconstitutional policies across the United States should he be elected vice president.

Effective July 2025, teacher licensing rules passed last year in Minnesota under Democrat Gov. Tim Walz will ban practicing Christians, Jews, and Muslims from teaching in public schools. Walz is now the presidential running mate of current U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris. His resume includes a stint as a high school social studies teacher who sponsored a student queer sex club in 1999.

Starting next July, Minnesota agencies controlled by Walz appointees will require teacher license applicants to affirm transgenderism and race Marxism. Without a teaching license, individuals cannot work in Minnesota public schools, nor in the private schools that require such licenses.

The latest version of the regulations requires teachers to “affirm” students’ “gender identity” and “sexual orientation” to receive a Minnesota teaching license:

The teacher fosters an environment that ensures student identities such as race/ethnicity, national origin, language, sex and gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, physical/developmental/emotional ability, socioeconomic class, and religious beliefs are historically and socially contextualized, affirmed, and incorporated into a learning environment where students are empowered to learn and contribute as their whole selves (emphasis added).

Last spring, administrative law judges finally approved these pending changes The Federalist reported one month before they were finalized. Universities are also affected: starting in 2025, they must either train their teaching students to fulfill these anti-Christian requirements or be banned from offering state licensing — and thus the ticket to the vast majority of teaching jobs — to their students.

Since 2020 in Minnesota, teachers renewing their licenses, which is usually required every five to seven years, must demonstrate “cultural competency” similar to the requirements imposed in 2025 on new teaching licensees. Teachers renewing their licensing must “Show[] evidence of self-reflection and discussion of” topics that include “Gender Identity, Including Transgender Students” and “Sexual Orientation.” They must also show they understand “bias” in themselves and their students related to race, sexual orientation, gender identity, and other cultural Marxist categories.

Queer Totalitarianism Forces Religion Into the Closet

Some Christian universities in the state will obey these regulations, said Doug Seaton, founder and president of the nonprofit Upper Midwest Law Center, located in Minneapolis. Some Christian universities will not, but so far those UMLC has reached out to that plan to disobey these state commands to violate their faith will do so quietly and only sue when the state finds and punishes them, Seaton said.

“Some are not willing to do it [file a lawsuit] until they actually have their college programs tagged for noncompliance or their graduates actually not licensed as a consequence of not adhering to these standards,” he said in a phone interview. This comes even though UMLC, as a public interest law firm, would undertake the litigation and pay the vast majority of its expenses thanks to their donors. Three Minnesota Christian universities The Federalist reached out to did not return inquiries on whether they would enforce the new licensing rules.

Biden's team cited an agreement Trump made with the Taliban to pull forces from Afghanistan.

The White House took a swipe at Trump's visit to the cemetery, seeming to indicate it was merely for the television cameras.

'There are many ways that we as a nation and our leaders can observe the third anniversary of Abby Gate, and Mr. Trump was invited by at least one, I think maybe several of the families,to lay a wreath at Arlington and that is certainly a way to recognize the sacrifice and the loss. But it was a personal invitation by fans,' White House National Security Council spokesman ==John Kirby said.

'Three years ago, an ISIS suicide bomber launched an attack of deliberate evil at Abbey Gate outside of Kabul Airport—killing 13 American service members and more than 100 innocent Afghans. Gold Star mom Paula Knauss Selph lambasted the Biden administration for continuing to evade accountability as she and other Gold Star families Monday marked three years since the terrorist attack at Afghanistan’s Kabul airport that claimed the lives of 13 US service members.

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) announced Monday he will present the Congressional Gold Medal to the families who lost loved ones in the Kabul airport attack.

By mentioning ABC so many times, day in and day out, how unfair, biased, rude, etc. the moderators and the network is. The leaders of the network are freaking out, and will make sure that George and Andrea Mitchell (the worst) will be the opposite of what Trump is saying. (That way the network, gets this debate, which will lead to better ratings, if they play it right.)

He probably forced them to negotiate with him on the moderators attitudes, what they could ask, and what they could not say.

Plus they've seen how bad Trump talked about CNN in the past, but after the debated he then started complimenting them on a very fair debate, even Tapper is not attacking him daily, and saying some good things about Trump now.

The heads of the network know people will tune in, just to see if ABC will be as nasty as he says. That's Trump's way of negotiating a fair playing field. They'll probably get great ratings, because they will treat Trump with kid gloves like they did with Bidan.

The board of commissioners in Cobb County, Georgia approved more than $60,000 last week to fund increased safety measures= for election workers, amid rising threats. The funding will beused to hire a security guard for the election office and provide poll workers with panic buttons that instantly contact law enforcementin the event of an emergency.

In a letter to the county manager, Cobb County’s director of elections and director of the Public Services Agency said this additional funding is necessary “with the severe increase in concern for election worker safety.” Cobb County is the third-most populous county in a crucial swing state for this upcoming election, making it a potential target for threats. After the 2020 election, Trump and his allies filed 65 lawsuits challenging the election results, 14 of which were in Georgia. (So what, we have a right to do that, there were no threats, they are ramping up the lies, so they can control the environment and kick people out.)

Georgia has faced a myriad of attacks on voting rights and democracy since 2020. Also, leading up to the 2024 election, the State Election Board has passed rules that could delay the certification of results. (DD doesn’t list any of the attacks)

Cobb County’s new safety measures are part of a $2.4 million elections funding package that the board of commissioners approved on Aug. 13, which alsoincludes money for more equipment for advanced in-person voting sites, additional election workers, poll pad printers, scanners and more.

“In preparation for a potentially record-breaking turnout Presidential Election, we must ensure that we have enough equipment, personnel, and support to execute the election to the best of our ability,” the county directors said in the letter.

Threats against election workers have spiked since 2020 (BULLSHIT)— fueled by the inflamed rhetoric of former President Donald Trump and his allies.A recent Brennan Center survey of local election officials across the country found that 38% experienced threats, harassment or abuse. Also, 70% responded that they believe threats against these officials have increased since 2020.

With the heightened climate for threats and harassment, lawmakers are calling on authorities to increase action to mitigate threats at the state and national levels. At the beginning of July, Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-Ga.) urged the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and FBI to ensure they are prepared to fight threats against election workers in the 2024 primary and general elections in Georgia and nationwide.

And last month, Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro (D) launched a new election hotline for voters and election workers to report threats of physical violence.

Back in 2021, the DOJ launched the Election Threats Task Force. In May, U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland delivered remarks about its progress, saying the department secured prison sentences for numerous individuals who threatened election officials.

Pentagon rebuffs Zelensky’s latest weapons plea

The Ukrainian leader has once again demanded unrestricted use of US-supplied missiles

Washington’s policy on Kiev’s use of American weapons against Russia remains unchanged, the US Department of Defense has said.

Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky has renewed his demands that all restrictions on Western hardware be lifted. The limitations were put in place to allow the US and its allies to claim they were not directly involved in the conflict, despite sending Kiev billions of dollars worth of arms, ammunition, equipment, and cash.

“Our policy has not changed,” Pentagon spokesman Major-General Patrick Ryder said on Tuesday, explaining that Ukraine is allowed to use US-supplied weapons to defend from cross-border attacks but not for “deep strikes” into Russian territory.National Security Council spokesman John Kirby told reporters on Monday that there were “no changes” to the policy with regard to the restrictions.

The US has already relaxed its policy from the initial set of restrictions, which only allowed Kiev to strike Russian territory Ukraine claimed as its own – from Crimea to Zaporozhye, Kherson, and the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics.

Zelensky claimed these restrictions hampered his military in countering the Russian operation north of Kharkov in May and demanded that they be lifted entirely. Washington responded by allowing “counter fires” against Russian forces across the border. In practice, Ukrainian forces have used their US-provided HIMARS rocket launchers to strike towns, bridges and roads instead.

“There should be no restrictions on the range of weapons for Ukraine,” Zelensky said on Monday. “Defenders of life should face no restrictions on weapons.”

His chief of staff Andrey Yermak and Defense Minister Rustem Umerov are scheduled to visit Washington later this week and present a list of targets Kiev wishes to strike, Politico reported on Monday, citing anonymous sources. Yermak was behind the initial push to relax the restrictions in May.

China, Brazil, South Africa and Indonesia are “worried that the West will continue to relax the conditions for using supplied weapons to attack Russia’s homeland,” Beijing’s special representative for Eurasian affairs, Li Hui, said on Tuesday.

The current US government drew the line on deep strikes into Russia after one of its ATACMS rockets armed with a cluster warhead struck a Crimean beach in early June. Moscow blamed Washington for the carnage and suggested it might arm “states and entities” around the world hostile to the US in response.

The Telegram messenger app’s global popularity has surged following the arrest of the platform’s founder and CEO, Pavel Durov, TechCrunch has reported, citing analysis of global downloads from market research company Sensor Tower.

The number ofTelegram downloads on the iOS platform worldwide reportedly jumped 4% day-over-dayon August 26.In France, where Durov was detained on Saturday, the messenger became the top app in the category of social networking andwas the third most downloaded app overall.

In theUS, Telegram moved into the second spotin the top apps chart, which excludes games, before bouncing back to third.

The tech news outlet noted that Apple’s App Store rankings reflect a combination of metrics such as the number of app installs and download velocity, among other factors.

According to app intelligence company Appfigures, as cited by TechCrunch, Telegram did not move into second place on the social networking charts on the US App Store until 3am EST Monday, which could mean that the boost received by the app is only now underway, though it could be short-lived.

The Russian entrepreneur was apprehended on Saturday upon arriving at Paris-Le Bourget Airport. A French judge has twice extended Durov’s detention, with the Paris Public Prosecutor’s Office stating that he was arrested as part of a broad criminal inquiry against an unnamed person.

According to prosecutors, the 39-year-old Russian citizen, who also holds French, UAE, and St. Kitts and Nevis citizenship, could face charges ranging from complicity in drug dealing and money laundering, to facilitating the distribution of child pornography. Reports indicate that the authorities believe Durov is complicit in a range of crimes allegedly committed via the social media app due to insufficient moderation.

Telegram, which has approximately 1 billion active monthly users, was created by Durov and his brother in 2013 in Russia. The entrepreneur left the country in the mid-2010s and settled in Dubai. He was granted French citizenship in 2021.

President Joe Biden left a week long California vacation Monday and headed back to the East Coast. His destination wasn't Washington D.C. or the White House. Instead, he's back in Delaware for an additional two weeks at the beach. His schedule remains blank after receiving the "president's daily brief." [Tweet] The call time for reporters in Rehoboth, where Biden is staying in his beach house, was pushed to 11 am Tuesday morning. Meanwhile, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean Pierre is also missing in action and has no planned briefings on the schedule.

California Votes To Approve $150K In Taxpayer-Funded Home Loans For Illegal Aliens

As a reminder, US median home prices are already at record highs… so what exactly do they think this free-money will do?

The state of California could soon pass a law that will make illegal aliens eligible to receive as much as $150,000 in taxpayer-funded loans to purchase new homes.

According to Fox News, the “California Dream for All” act is likely to pass through the overwhelmingly Democrat-controlled state legislature.

The bill would implement a statewide program that provides 20% in down payment assistance, as high as $150,000, for illegals who seek to buy homes in the state.

The only requirements to apply are that one must be a first-time homebuyer and a first-generation homebuyer; the program will also require income levels to be below a certain limit relevant to the county where the applicant lives.

Governor Gavin Newsom (D-Calif.) has not yet said whether or not he will sign the bill into law.

A spokesman for his office said that the governor “doesn’t typically comment on pending legislation,” but that “if the bill reaches his desk, the Governor will evaluate it on its merits.”

Democrats in the state have defended the bill, claiming that it simply promotes equality and gives the same opportunities to illegals that American citizens would have.

Assemblyman Joaquin Arambula (D-Calif.), the author of the bill, has claimed that the legislation would still require applicants to meet federal requirements, which includes providing either taxpayer identification or a Social Security number, both of which are things that illegals are generally not supposed to have.

“We simply wanted to be as inclusive as possible within our policies so that all who are paying taxes here in our state were able to qualify,” said Arambula.

“Without the intentional law that we are introducing, we felt that there were complexities and questions that many in the immigrant community would have.”

A similar effort is ongoing in the state of Oregon, being carried out by a taxpayer-funded organization called Hacienda CDC, which is offering handouts of up to $30,000 exclusively to illegal aliens as down payment assistance in buying new homes.

Her staffers now claim that she doesn’t support electric vehicle mandates.

But the Biden EPA last March implemented new regulations to convert half of all new car sales to electric by 2030.

They’re now claiming she doesn’t support something the government she works for is currently doing

A Pennsylvania teacher who was FIRED merely for being in Washington D.C. on January 6 has won his lawsuit against the school district.

A jury awarded Jason Moorehead, a 17-year veteran social studies teacher, $131,500 in damages.

Most of the award will come from the Allentown School District, the College Fix reported. But two school board members, Lisa Conover and Nancy Wilt, are personally liable for $6,000 and $500, respectively.

After Moorehead was attacked for his whereabouts on J6, the school district had pressed him to take sensitivity training. But he refused and sued them instead.

The jury found that the school district violated his First Amendment rights to free speech, assembly, and political affiliation.
