According to police, the female driver, who was in her 60s, was allegedly under the influence when she drove into a building that was hosting a birthday party for kids.

Two kids, who were siblings, an 8-year-old female, and a 5-year-old boy, were killed. 13 others were rushed to a nearby hospital, some by helicopter.

Their conditions weren’t immediately known but several suffered life threatening injuries.
