It's really friggin easy, if you look into the page's source code, you'll find all the javascript needed to make the game run. One of which is very helpfuly called
<script src="src/utils/assets.js"></script>
So, if you open up https://winterwarmup.ponylogic.com/src/utils/assets.js you'll find all the referenced images and their respective URL (https://winterwarmup.ponylogic.com/res/packpics/single_images/singlepic_ritter_castle.png).
That of course leads to the individual image. On a whim I tried to access the directory it belongs to (https://winterwarmup.ponylogic.com/res/packpics/single_images/) and whaddaya know, it's accessible!
