But this is ridiculous. Being mentally ill isn't a moral crime. In some cases, it is merely the result of over-climaxing, while in others, it is truly a deeply-ingrained illness caused by childhood trauma, e.g. getting butt-raped. In the case of females, there is a tendency for typically normal women (or mares, in your case) to find other women attractive, something that does not normally happen with men. I believe this is because women are emotional more than rational, and their sexual responses and behaviors are closely tied with emotional needs and feelings. Whereas a man might see his friend and love him as a brother, a woman might want to initiate sex with her friend. Therefore, strict morality is needed to keep women from committing crimes against nature, for the purpose of coitus is to reproduce, and a woman and a woman cannot have children together, neither can a man and a man, nor a man and a very young girl (although there have been mothers as young as, if I recall correctly, eight-years-old, they could not give birth without some medical procedure taken place), nor a woman with a very young boy, nor a man and a mare, nor a stallion and a woman, nor a brother and a sister, not a father and his daughter, nor a mother and her son, nor masturbating, nor oral-sex, nor anal-sex, et cetera et cetera, and therefore, to do any of the mentioned, is a crime against nature. Of course, following this logic, one may ask—but what of those who are normal, but cannot have children, or at least not without medical help? Now prepubescent-sex… a child who has not hit puberty, which allows for reproduction, should not be attempting coitus, and this is obvious, as it does cause mental-emotional troubles for young children in most cases I can think of. And then when they have reached puberty, are they fully developed enough to bear children and feed them? Are they mature enough to raise them properly? The age will be different per the child.

NEVER THE LESS, at times, for the greater good of society, it is better to alleviate the threat entirely. It is a sad business, because the "true" (i.e. those whose respective paraphilia is deeply ingrained) pedophile or homophile is as they are through no fault of their own—they did not choose to become that way, but neither did the hare when it was finally caught by the wolf; it is its own fault it died, even if the entire fault of the whole ordeal rests largely upon the wolf. But for those who are merely confused, the fault rests much more heavily upon their shoulders in most cases, I think.
