You can dump old pony shit freely at the iwiftp archive, I think. Other than that, I won't be of much help. There's no guarantee that anyone hosing a huge archive of screencaps isn't going to just fuck off and disappear from the internet the next day, so you'd have to have a distributed means of file upload and storage, while at the same time coming up with a nigger frontend for non-/tech/autists. The closest thing to that existing currently is IPFS, which I know nothing about. Hit up the /tech/ thread(s) about them if you really care.
Without programming knowledge, the only existing option is to dump your shit on the internet archive (or any other site that actually keeps their shit instead of pruning it every so often, unlike all the dead dropbox archives). IA in particular is already host to some old *chan shit, so there's at least the confirmation that the caps won't just disappear, just that they'll be ignored.
Also, I've got a relative newfag question to ask: what happened to name/tripfagging on /mlp/, and 4chan in general? 2012 archives and caps invariably have a few namefags in them, while from mid-2013 onwards, they disappear. What happened?
