question for /pol/ (help me out here) Anonymous 04/27/25 (Sun) 12:19:10 bc624a No. 13618549
Help me out here with a question of political nature.
By comparing present American, French and Russian legislation, explain which of these state systems most effectively protects the state itself and the constitutional, legal and political order! At the same time, of the three observed systems, which in your opinion is the most appropriate, i.e. enables or has enabled the best protection of state interests, while also taking into account the rights of the individual as a citizen of that same state?
What would you say? (need help answering this for my nephew)
Pic unrelated

None of them. "legislation", by which I assume you mean "laws", are fluid. The deciding factor is how (and by whom) those laws are interpreted. Article VI and the 10th ammendment of US constitution/bill of rights are good examples of this.

"wealth" is the aristocracy and deity of this age. The possession of capital is the best way to obtain "rights" as an "individual"
> i.e. enables or has enabled the best protection of state interests
to answer this question, you must first define "protection of state interests" and "state interests".

>explain which of these state systems most effectively protects the state itself
this would be communism & sharia totalitarian regimes

I challenge premise 1
