It depends on your state. Pic is what I see when I try to access PornHub. Clicking the “check my age” button prompts me to enter a government ID number, such as a number from a drivers license.
If I were to just search for adult material (such as what a child might do; the average age at which boys first seek out and find pornography is 11) on, say, Google, some sites work and some don’t. But we’re in the very early days of an internet pornography roll back. Eventually it might be every site if fines are imposed.

Yes, those are all viable workarounds. Do young children know about them? Is porn as easily accessible? Does it still offer never ending variety and instant access?
And keep in mind that because a measure doesn’t solve 100% of a problem, that doesn’t mean that measure is pointless. That’s a very autistic way of viewing things.
