I've been here for 10 years and all I got was a schizophrenia diagnosis and a bunch of facts about jews that I can't talk to anyone about. The main reason the chats are allowed to exist is as a controlled opposition boogeyman to groom and entrap anons and provide justification for anti-1a and -2a laws. It turns out that knowing redpills isn't worth the price, in lost time, lost relationships, and autism. I've met only a handful of people who have /pol/ adjacent views and was unable to communicate with any of them due to too much time spent online. Seeing memeflags shilling for the far right suggests it's not organic. Seeing hundreds of new pepes being created elsewhere in 2016 and laundered / passed off as organic content suggests it's not organic; not an authentic movement. Both sides are controlled opposition and even GATE kids struggle to find the signal. IOTBW was the last irl activity to come out of /pol/, and that was years ago. I don't know how to save the West the demographic erasure and financial enslavement seems baked into the system in all white countries, for a slow but sure defeat. I wish I had never come here. The redpills don't help me make more goybucks or have better relationships. What have I been doing for the past 10 years? There is some signal in the memes, but had I talked to real people instead it would have been far more useful. The chans are cursed. They give an illusion of knowledge and connection, at the cost of everything else. And despite everything, I find I cannot leave.

I'd like to think the chans broke my 16 yo reddit tier interests and led to me developing my own opinions on things, rather than just agreeing with whatever the consensus says.
Id say the trade off was worth it, idk if I could handle being the same type of soy I was in my early teens.
Added bonus in that it channeled my autism into doing biblical research and realizing that there are no good guys.
We're moving away from degeneracy back into some sense of Order, but not because people are tired of social degeneracy, but because it's time for a new phase.
