Which is better?

2 days off/week

rolling schedule
2 days off/week on average

9:30pm to 6am
rolling schedule
3 days off/week on average

10pm to 5am
fixed schedule
2 days off/week
This is a job I already have but they are making new schedules. I have to apply and rank them 1-4. 1 being the one I want the most. It's hard to decide.

People who work shift have fucked up circadian rhythms, it makes their sleep suck.
This in turn affects their mental health, memory, intelligence and metabolism.
People who work shifts get sicker and die earlier.
You can look all this up.
So if you are doing any of the other shifts than A, you should be getting paid a lot more because of risks to your health and mental wellbeing.

Night shifts are hard on you. Your schedule will be different from everyone you know. During winter I never saw the sun, because it'd set before I woke up, and rise after I'd go to sleep.

I quit going to work after I realized 90% of the time I'm just wasting my time doing pointless shit nobody cares about and not getting ahead in life.
I worked there a lot over the past 12 years and the wagie community was a major factor in my decision to not work anymore. NEETs did it to an extent as well but WAGIES are far worse.
Someone could give a long drawn out and factually accurate explanation of what would have to happen for me to even be able to one day buy a home and have a family and why working was fraudulent. The post would get a dozen responses of

After seeing the nothingburger today I came here just to watch the seething and suicide letters. It’s beyond EOY, the jobs didn't disappear, the banks didn't collapse (unfortunately), no more use cases and all the dirty laundry is out in the air now.
It’s not going to be Millennial's Economic Paradise, it will not be the Roaring 20's all over again. The world will not be descending into hyper deflation and prosperity (as was obsessed over for months/years) it will be going on as usual with no major gains or rewards.
I will enjoy watching wagies burn every step along the way.
Why?
Because those fucking idiots deserve it all.

Job A unless you want to work at night then it's C unless it pays significantly less than the others then it's either B or D whichever you choose.
Unless i'm retarded i notice all other jobs than A are night jobs which unless you're really naturally inclined towards those they will fuck you up just a little. I also hear more people get serious illnesses due to working at night for some reason? Idk.

I wasn't really interested in A because of the work, which is different. But maybe I'll put it as 1 for health. I've been working night shift for years, should probably try to get out of that. Then B as 2. Not sure which is better of C and D. I've never worked as late as you do in C and D so I don't know what it's like, I've been working similar to B. Maybe C and D are better than B? I hate this.

C vs D
Shorter workday or one day extra off per week, which is better? I don't know. If I lift 3/week it's nice to have a longer day, but then again with one extra day off one of those workouts will be on a day off… It's so hard to decide, I hate this so much, I have to apply today.
