Been on the site since around the same time (was around 14 when i first started lurking), how do you think those of us without the normie shit in our lifes to distract us with have been feeling and coping? We're having it a lot worse than you.
The site raised me, for better or worse. It also very greatly influenced who i am today, and i myself in turn influenced the culture on there at many junctions during all these years.
I know they're working on getting it back right now, but fuck me these are hard times indeed. I've seen it compared to the gamerghazi exodus, but this is a LOT worse since the actual site is gone this time around. This place and the others are bandaids at best, not a full-on replacement.
To say i've been feeling "lost" would be a huge understatement - A part of me is actually, genuinely missing with the site currently being offline. Never take for granted what you have, even if it's just a damn bhutanese basket weaving BBS you spent a good part of your life on up to this point
