Therein lies the problem, the people who want the job are trannies and kikes, the people who should be doing the "work" don't want the "job" because there's literally no upside other than to cater towards their ego trips, which as imkampfy has proven back on 8chan, over time they start destroying everything.

I think the problem is one that requires a better system design than what exists, but it's not going to happen here. We'll either end up kiked or imkampfyied because that's just how it inevitably ends. I think that's a prescient concern, and I have the same one. Where before it took bad actors years to successfully subvert this site and drive away its userbase, shills have increasingly advanced tools and methods to fuck with us. See how they made 4chan's /pol/ essentially worthless by making it unusable.

Part of this problem is that imageboards are Old Internet infrasturcture, and we're in 2025. Infiltrators can subvert the site with automation, and so post deletion will have to be automated to effectively keep up. That's a nightmarish state of affairs, and I don't know the solution, but at just a few days in, we're not there yet, even if we may have less time than before.

When a society dies, there is a diaspora and this like shuffling the deck. It's natural and it's good. It keeps things fresh. We all know 4pol had become stale as fuck these last years. I'm actually relieved it's dead. I've been pleading with users on 4chan to leave on their own accord but alas, most people are just stuck in their ways.

Nah, don't moderate. If the place gets infested with shills, we either oust them out or migrate again. There aren't enough bot armies to shill 10 websites at the same time and still keep control over the narrative. In a way, it's better this way. 4chan being dead is a good think. In time, you'll see.

Also BOs and mods should have term limits to prevent power creep. No consecutive terms, but I don't see why a particularly good/popular one can't sit things out for a term and let the air clear out abit and take over after. That said, you're asking for a new site function, and the website owner has not asked us specifically for that kind of feedback in this context. Creating a new site function like, I believe would be outside the ability of a board owner. Likewise would the idea posted earlier of term limits.
