I'm not even sure how long it's been operational but it's not new. Just an educated guess, id say at least 10 or 15 years. I arrived at this by watching world events unfold. there's been things I expected to unfold based off probability that just never happened. These were always things that hurt the establishment. So here is how it is supposedly works. It's based on tesla's work. I would theorize that some sort of curren would be used to 'forward' the light once more into whatever reading machine it was placed it and turned into information, similar to fiber optic, with the crystal bieng the starting point
