I agree, but remember, the corrupted hijacked government are the traitors, and so are the jackboots in law enforcement aiding such high treason against American citizens, they should have been issuing warrants for arrest decades ago against the enemies within corrupting and subverting every institution. Now it's too late, everything has been corrupted and ruined in modern society. The only escape really is just physical escape and abandonment of these institutions as much as possible.

And hell no, the system is not worth defending at all. Give it time and it will collapse much like the USSR, in the meantime be prepared!!! That's not what the Chinese government does. In fact, that's not really what any government does. You are shilling for China because you know they'll be the next super power no matter how they really treat their average working class citizens, which is even more oppressive than Americans experience today.
