While it is not exactly clear what part of the aircraft’s many complex and exotic subsystems these heat exchangers relate to, the bomber has no shortage of avionics systems, for example, which could require cooling.

>“This engineering effort is to reverse engineer the core of the B‐2 Load Heat Exchangers, develop disassembly process to remove defective cores, develop a stacking, vacuum brazing, and welding process to manufacture new heat exchanger cores and to develop a welding process to install the new cores on existing B‐2 Load Heat Exchangers. The requirement includes reverse-engineering the re‐core process for the B‐2 Load Heat Exchangers. The B‐2 Load Heat Exchanger (NSN 1660‐01‐350‐8209FW) uses air and Ethylene Glycol Water (EGW) liquid to produce cold air for the cooling system.”
>“The deliverables will include all technical data related to the heat exchanger disassembly, all technical data related to the cores, all technical data related to the stack up, vacuum brazing, and installation of the cores on existing units. The deliverables will also include all technical data related to the tooling needed for disassembly, core stack up, core vacuum brazing, post braze processing, core installation. Two (2) government B‐2 Sink Heat Exchangers will be provided as government-furnished property (GFP) to prototype this effort. The two (2) prototype units will be delivered at the completion of the contract to return the GFP. The final design shall meet the testing qualifications specified in the government technical orders (TO). Finally, a qualified source of repair shall be provided that is capable of remanufacturing the B‐2 Load Heat Exchangers per the aforementioned deliverables.

I didn't see much about (((diversity promotion))), but if they want to do something right they might want to fix some of their failed policies first and foremost. One bad policy would be relying so heavily on international corps who outsource everything to make maximum profits, who will price gouge and sponge off taxpayer dollars and when no longer contracted to build a design they'll scrap the old tools and manufacturing equipment to make more money via asset liquidation. If you want something done right, you have it built at home, with your own resources, built by your own people. And when companies like Boeing can't produce something of quality, stop subsidizing them and go to some company who does produce something of quality. MIC budgets wreak of (((special interests))) and that's the main problem.

Had everything perfect to the most perfect detail, including the shear marks which they had filed into the duplicate with the utmost perfection. That isn't what is impressive about the story, what is impressive about the story is that you can't fly a helicopter with parts from [the slave plantation formerly known as Japan] if the globalist overlords refuse to manufacture or supply the parts.
The worst thing of all is the idea that chinese would be in charge of European or American manufacturing…shit would be falling out of the sky all over the world. Civilization would never recover…but that is just the fucking break when 'diversity' is on the menu.
