since you are without form you dont have eyes to see or hands to touch or legs to move, instead you are 'everywhere' at once

but you only have so much focus, 4 points to be exact, so you are going to lose yourself in the hubub of all this STUFF in the material world, you can make it easier to focus by choosing to ignore things smaller then a certain size or past a certain distance, or more likely a bit of both

if you chose for example precision 3 domain one you would be aware of everything inside the house you "haunt" that is bigger then a say a nickel, and be able to manipulate it with that same precision

you would also have a flexible point left for later which could come in handy

in my opinion the first step to Bonelessness is mastery over your form, look at christian bales IMBD between 2002 and 2005, he went from buff to skeletal to buff as it suited his needs

there is more to form then simply musculature however, every aspect of your phisiology has some variables you can play with, but this isnt the point, the point is once you have mastered your form at least a little you can start thinking about changing something about yourself casually, as if it were set in wet clay instead of stone, you are no longer bound by the rigid rocks of your sculptor and that makes it easier to abandon your form and lets you know yourself as a will instead of a body, once that is done the next step would be learning how to invoke that will without or past the limits of your body, but that is very hard

pursuing this path is difficult for some, if you are over eager there is a risk you will become uncomfortable in your own body and may try to change it just for the sake of it only to find no relief, whenever you change yourself you must triple check WHY you are doing it and what it will accomplish.
