I believe that there is no such thing as coincidences.. I believe that we have zero choice in every single think that we do ( or don't do ) in our life, because if we actually had choice we would be able to see where that choice would lead us in the long run, but we can't do that. So the only thing that we do is just exist and letting universe to take us whenever is already going. I believe that every single thing that we did and are still doing only snowballs into another thing and so on… Everything that happened to you led you to the moment of reading this, how much choice did you actually have ?

Egoistic Hermeticism with Stoic elements. Also I believe that objects partake in irreducible Platonic concepts in order to gain "being".

No clue, synthesizing one myself through various philosophers

>overcoming struggles fulfills the soul

>using suffering as an excuse, choosing to not overcome it, or chosing to supress suffering is evil

>slave morality is Sartre's bad faith (claiming that your actions are not your own/are influenced by outside forces)

>master morality is the opposite (every choice I make each and every day is my own, I am directly responsible for each suffering and pleasure in my life)

>claiming yourself an artist, a channer, a victim, etc. is to reduce yourself to the label you branded yourself, you will never ascend past what is quintessentially that label so long as you keep doing so

>in short, a self-proclaimed victim will never be more than a victim

>muh perspectivism

>there is an objective truth, but its use and utility is as far beyond us as our interpretation of it

>there is a predestiny, but we can choose to ignore it through the various signs given to us in our life

>there is a certain point after ignoring it for so long that you cannot do anything to reach your "intended" purpose

Im pretty sure I'm retarded and self-contradicting, but it's what makes sense to me.

I don't believe

I do what is important to live, and to the life.

Maybe pro-life in the universal sense.

But i like to read Nietzsche, more than Aristotle.

I think the religious/spiritual aspect comes from my belief that those who infer empirical knowledge of the world through hard science tend to be the most ignorant of people, of both the metaphysical and in the sense of personal character.

I have my own syncretic belief system that draws mostly from

Atheism

Soviet jewry

Islam

Aum Shinrikyo

Stalinist Banditry (SB) - [specifically his defence of Tsaritsyn aka Stalingrad during the civil war]

I call it

The Dragon Cult

The core belief is that there is a dragon and it only worships gold.

Everything else is up for the cultist to determine.

It can only be described as a cult of ochre lensed lofty actions. It is not romantic because it does not predicate itself on literature or art. Mostly actions.

Also read about m-theory. Branes and strings are so complex that worrying about political action to your detriment is ludicrous. Just work on yourself and the rest will come.

Just read every philosopher's works in chronological order dipshit.

>>15485

Were you raped? My condolences.

>>15487

So you're the architect of your own being. Are you OCD and accomplish very little in general, and maybe some highly specific but critically flawed or deficient achievements? Are you the "I COULD but I DON'T" type? Are all your experience points spent on this philosophy? Did you make a terrible mistake in following through on this character idea? Should we reroll?

>>15488

So when do you autism and when do you don't? Does your autism seek redemption from its Evolian hell; is this the struggle that gives your life meaning? Is all redemption incomplete, illusory and self-deceiving, and thus you must reduce yourself to your most autistic evolianism, to start over again from scratch, to map hell to earth in completeness? Will you then transcend up to a comfortable purgatory and become an Egoistic Hermeticist with Stoic elements that believes that objects partake in irreducible Platonic concepts in order to gain "being"?

>>15493

Is this Evolian Autism?

>>15494

An absolute egoic joker and provocateur (madlad)?

>>15503

This guy has no clue. Go get an education son. OP is already a faggot with a shit (for giggles) thread, but you are exponential faggotry that has no clue about philosophy. Questioning the nature of existence(s) and the utility of things is just being an unlobotomized human being – it's not an -ism. Might as well call yourself neutral… wait, maybe this is the best answer then.

Philosophy - Questioning existence(s) and the utility of what-have-you, and some other shit (do we even really know?).

Good job. It's perfect in it's mediocrity. A true populist philosophy.

>>15551

I think what you call philosophy is just what you believe in for practical purposes.

>>16335

Reasonable I guess. Might be a selfish coward and scoundrel, but good job on not believing.

Pretty sure Nietzschean "pull yourself up by the bootstraps" is very Christian. You're Christian in the most historically evident sense. Are you a fan of torture? Does the grimdark universe of Warhammer 40k seem like grimfun?

This thread is fucking ridiculous. Watching you people name your philosophies islike watching /leftypol/tards declare themselves "stirnerite maoist-marxists with a hint of esoteric hoxhaism," or watching tumblrites demand you recognize their identities as "otherkin(fairy) genderqueer trans-turtle demiamorous asexuals with headmates." Get a fucking grip; you're not special for making up excessively long snowflake labels.

Diogenic Catholic pessimist with a pinch Chestertonian distributism here btw.
