日本軍方在研究能獨立思考的人工AI，科技樹不知道怎麼點的點到能複製人類精神進去電腦的技術
他們就把嬰兒的精神複製進去，再用網遊製作引擎打造了個虛擬世界跟人物讓他們住，慢慢養大他們(順帶一題這世界還能快轉)
久而久之，長大後的AI們結婚、繁衍、越生越多，然後發展成了中世紀騎士般的世界
因為世界規格本身是網遊，戰鬥系統都預設在裡面，AI的屬性值還是掛角色，所以AI每人也都有等級、有劍技、有魔法能用
另外這個世界還被分成人界跟闇之國兩個部分，一邊的AI設定為人類外貌，另一邊的AI設定為半獸人或哥布林之類的魔物外貌
這時產生問題，AI們實在太乖，寫好的規範他們連去打破的意思都沒有，一點也不獨立思考
所以自衛隊長官找了桐人進去封測，試圖讓桐人帶壞他們，結果有夠成功，桐人馬上帶壞一個幼女打破規範被抓走
後來由於桐人在網遊內跟人積怨已久，終於在現實被人捅了一刀，好不容易保住一命可是腦部缺氧受傷變植物人
認識的自衛隊長官就靠關係把桐人從醫院轉來這個世界內試圖活性化精神好救活他
記憶只到被捅一刀昏倒中斷的桐人、醒來後完全搞不懂自己怎麼又跑到虛擬世界內且無法自主登出了
發現裡面這遊戲引擎跟SAO是同一個的他，開始仗著自己熟到不能再熟的封頂熟練度SAO劍技開始大冒險
認識新基友、新妹妹、新學姐、新學妹、新機掰人、新敵人，在打爆好幾個高等級AI騎士後，最後打爆等級最高的AI最高祭司←————————–動畫目前的進度
這時美國國家安全局突然被作者拉進來扮黑臉，派傭兵襲擊這個自衛隊的研究所想搶完成型AI
衝突過程中的強大電流，讓本來物理傷勢好的快差不多的桐人換精神被電傷成植物人，這下不只現實身體在躺，遊戲裡精神也在躺了
在桐人躺著時，預設好的最終負荷實驗開始，為了讓AI們懂得能自保，決定讓他們來場戰爭，故意設計闇之國襲擊人界
現實美軍也幹走了闇之國的GM帳號率領闇之國AI想奪取完成型AI，自衛隊這邊則讓亞絲娜他們拿人界的GM帳號跟AI騎士們合力對抗←———————–開版那兩張劇情在這裡
後來被屌打的美軍就把免費帳號大量放送到美中韓論壇，讓他們辦免錢帳號進來助陣闇之國，讓戰況瞬間反轉，就在亞絲娜他們九死一生之際
＼煞氣ㄟ☆無敵的☆桐人☆大大☆復活／
從植物人狀態醒來的桐人一劍就砍了三萬美中韓Lv1玩家，然後用C8763打爆闇之國的GM帳號讓美軍隊長死在遊戲裡
最後桐人跟亞絲娜沒能來得及從正在高速快轉的虛擬世界中登出，等三天後成功救出他們時，虛擬世界早已過了兩百年
這兩百年間桐人不但統一全虛擬世界，還成為征服整顆虛擬世界中的星球的－－
＼☆星王☆桐人☆／
不過桐人本人要求刪除這兩百年記憶，然後繼續回去當他的高二學生
至於某研究人員則偷拷貝了有兩百年記憶的星王桐人精神，放在電腦裡讓他跟AI茅場玩聊天室
然後文庫版目前所有VR遊戲全融合在一起，正打算開始新一波開放世界生存遊戲大冒險
