Egy, az előbbiek alapján meghatározott közösség akkor tud szerintem "tönkremenni", ha egyszerre túl sok új tag érkezik, akik a nagy számuk miatt asszimiláció helyett a saját arcukra formálják a közösséget. Nagyon jó példa erre a 4chan /b/, ami tényleg elég sokat változott a szcientológus meg mindenféle léghajózós raidek után beérkezők hatására.

Az alagsor egykor szimplán raktár volt, de miután -épp a hatosztályosok miatt- nyitni kellett új termeket, berendezték termeknek azokat. Az udvarra nyíltak az ablakok, ahol tél kivételével tesiztek, bentről kifele lehetett látni, de be, résnyi ablakoknak köszönhetően, nem nagyon. Ha nagyon türelmetlenek vagytok, akkor a "-w 1" eltávolításával lehet az alatatást kiszedni, továbbá a grep-eknek meg lehet adni egy "–line-buffer" paramétert amitől folyamatosan jelenítik meg az eredményeket, nem csak ha kész az egész.
