>Dems want to introduce the most draconian gun laws in the entire US

>Bill would ban not only magazines over 10 rounds, but any firearm that can accept anything over 10 rounds, basically banning literally every firearm with a detachable box-magazine, including handguns, and even tube-fed rifles as well. My SMLE would technically be illegal, and so will my Marlin Model 60

>Also banning any firearm that can accept the following:

<a folding or telescoping stock

<pistol grip

<thumbhole stock

<second handgrip or a protruding grip that can be held by the non-trigger hand

<bayonet mount

<grenade/flare launcher

<a suppressor

<flash suppressor

<muzzle break

<compensator

<threaded barrels

<any characteristic of like kind, which is left open to the individual to determine if they’re in violation of the proposed law.

>This includes handguns

>Shotguns with the ability to accept detachable magazines or having a fixed capacity of over seven rounds would also become illegal to own.

>Proposed Senate Bill 18 makes it illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to buy any firearm, as well as making it illegal under this age to own a handgun. This bill would also require background checks for gun sales between two private citizens, with an exemption for immediate family members.

>SB 18 makes it a felony to leave a loaded gun in such a manner as to endanger the life of any person under the age of 18. This bill would also make it a crime for any person to authorize a child under the age of 18 to use a firearm without the direct supervision of an adult.

>Senate Bill 64 states that a person is guilty of a felonious paramilitary activity if that person teaches or demonstrates the use or application of a firearm and has reason to know that such training will result in the furtherance of a civil disorder.

wew, is this to say handgun are all banned?

Im surprised semi-auto isnt on the list as well, though the 10 round firearm rule probably gets most of them. What would a complycuck be left with, shotguns with >= 7 rounds and bolt action/milsurps?

Keep in mind it states for firearms that can accept magazines more than 10-rounds, so you have to get a shotgun that you can't get an extendo mag. So basically only double-barrels, bolt-action milsurps (excluding ones with detachable magazines), and revolvers.

<Jesus Christ, what a fucking moron, why would he go as far as to say that the National Guard will be involved.

Because he plans to use the National Guard. This is just testing the waters and seeing how much people would let them get fucked over. The same thing happened with the bump stock ban and grandfather clauses in firearms laws. Expect either a stand off the the national guard that goes nowhere, or the greatest cucking in history. If Virginians bend knee, expect wide spread confiscations across the country to soon follow.

<The governor might end up having to tone down or withdraw the bill, assuming he's smart

From what I read the only "compromise" suggested by the governor is a grandfather clause.

Charlotte N.C. reporting in. The globalist antigun kike Bloomberg just set up his campaign headquarters for the state of N.C. in Charlotte. He is budding up with our black democrat mayor Vi Lyles. As far as I can tell, she is a good mayor who wants to create jobs and bring in revenue and watch the city prosper. She supports the RNC convention which will be coming here, in opposition to all of the black and leftist city council members who wanted her to ban it. She understands jobs, revenue, and free speech for politics. But she now has the antigun yiddish snake Jew whispering in her ear.

It will be interesting to see if he bribes her with millions of dollars in order to get her to pass gun bans here just like the rat clawed globalist kike did in Virginia.

Political campaigns run on money, and millions of dollars in the campaign war chest is very appealing when you have so many far left wing enemies who hate you for being a moderate Democrat.

Perhaps Bloomberg is whispering things about moving up to a higher state level, Senate, house, perhaps the white house even. One of our past black mayors got a job as Obama's transportation secretary.

I would rather see the entire country burned down to ashes than to see the people fall back into unarmed slavery under the control of the globalist kikes in the deep state.

If it is a war they want, then I am your huckleberry. I have been preparing for this for the last 2 years nonstop. My plan is still shit, but it gets a little bit better everyday. No plan is perfect.

You see I served three combat tours in Iraq where I learned a thing or two from Hadji, I learned a great deal about social unrest at home as well. In 2015 there was a race riot in the city of Charlotte. Just before the elections which I am sure caused the state to go red and vote for President Trump.

A black felon was sitting in his car in the process of getting high out of his mind, while waiting to pick his kid up off the school bus, and a police team was doing a stakeout looking for a different wanted fugitive, and the felon in the car getting high started to play with his gun in the car, so the cops decided to check it out. I mean a nigger in a car getting high playing with a gun when kids are about to get off the bus, a good cop would check it out.

So they did, and the nigger felon armed with the gun gets out of the car and refuses to drop the gun.

So the black police officer shoots him. Under a black police chief. Under a female Jewish mayor (which will come into play later). Under a majority black city council.

And the niggers chimp out and start looting, robbing, rioting, burning, huge groups of violent feral niggers start attacking white unarmed democrats in the city. Destroying stores. Shooting and killing people.

Less than three hours after the nigger felon armed with the gun was shot by the black police officer, there was a mob of hundreds of niggers storming onto interstate 77 to loot tractor trailers, and burn them.

CONT.

Social media ignited the nigger brush fire and turned it into a fire storm.

In less than three hours.

So the female Jewish mayor starts to blame the black police chief.

And then a protestor was shot in the head and killed by a nigger rioter right in front of the fucking police chief, in front of city hall, in front of national television cameras.

And the black protestors started to attack and beat the white protestors who tried to provide medical aid to the guy who was shot.

It took (the mayor) her 1 week to contact the national guard.

And during that week, the guard had to activate recall rosters, prepare weapons, gear, ammunition, rations, comms, vehicles, medical, fuel, supply. briefings. Then deploy them to the city with plans.

In Charlotte this year the murder rate has nearly doubled. And the Jewish California owned Charlotte Observer (((newspaper))) refuses to discuss the fact that 95% of the murders have been black, and 95% of the suspects are black.

Instead the Jewish owned Charlotte Observer blames "white supremacy" and "gun violence".

The Black sheriff, instead of attempting to do something about the massive homeless problem we are facing, the horrible crack and heroin epidemic we are facing, the doubling of the murder rate in one year, this black sheriff takes his posse up to the rich white area north of the city and starts to hand out speeding tickets to whitey for going 5 miles over the speed limit.

Absolute fucking clown world down here. I am anticipating some seriously bad shit happening here soon. I hope not, but I am prepared in case it does.

It seems to be a gigantic powder keg. The RNC convention will be a spark I am afraid to ignite it.

Will the globalist anti-gun Jew Bloomberg succeed in starting a second revolutionary war? We will see.

But fucking with southern peoples second amendment rights is a sure fire way to fuck around and find out.

Maybe we wont do anything nigger.

Or maybe one man with a plan is all it takes to ignite a powder keg and set this fucker off.

It would really come down to with the National Guard is willing to walk out into the streets. A lot of them most likely cannot talk about current events, that would include civilians that work the National Guard. You would have to factor in where the National Guard recruits most of its soldiers. If they're from the same counties, towns, & cities that are opposing the state government I sincerely doubt that they'll be willing to aim at their friends and family.

The way I see it there's a couple of possibilities.

Unlikely:

>northam actually shoves this shit through and virginians cuck out

>northam shoves this shit through and virginians kick off civil war 2

I hope and pray every day for the second one.

Likely:

>northam pretends to back off but still shoves through some bullshit laws and virginians (specifically the boomers) pretend it's a victory and hand over some of their shit

>northam pretends to back off but still shoves through some bullshit laws and virginians just ignore them but don't start a shooting war

With either of these possibilities the laws will get tied up in court by GOA and VCDL, most likely largely forgotten over that long as fuck process, and then the gun grabbers will try again and succeed later on.

We'll have to wait and see, I'm neither optimistic or blackpilled like a certain spammer about it. I just know what I'm going to do, worrying too much about what others do isn't going to help anyone.

Hit up a gun show if you haven't already, you can find some excellent deals on decent guns at those, plus there's usually at least two or three vendors selling ammo in bulk.

You probably already know this, but DO NOT ever talk to law enforcement about anything, be suspicious of everyone with a badge. Even if they seem friendly there's too many psychos in the police force who get off by playing pretend only to arrest you for bullshit and laugh at the thought of you getting raped in prison.

Cool, I'll be sure to check one out. I started asking some friends that are into guns for their thoughts, and they strongly recommended I look into palmetto state armory and building a rifle myself. We're all fairly mechnically-inclined people that love to know how things work, so I immediately found the idea appealing. I accept that the end product won't be as high quality (tight tolerances, etc.) as something professionally assembled, but it sounds like a great opportunity for me to learn more about the inner workings of rifles. Are there any reasons I shouldn't start by doing this?

You should probably get a feel for how an AR handles before assembling one yourself. Get one of your friends to let you use and disassemble theirs, or at least ask to finger fuck one at a gun store.

If they give you shit for thoroughly looking over a firearm at a store just leave and find another one, from my experience stores that do that are run by geezer fags trying to rip you off with defective trash.

>Are there any reasons I shouldn't start by doing this?

No absolutely not, PSA makes fantastic rifles, every bit as good if not better than more expensive options.

As for building, they probably meant buying a pre-made lower and combining it with a pre-made upper. Which is laughably easy and still technically counts as a build. But if you wanna buy a stripped lower and an internals kit and assemble it yourself though, definitely go ahead. It's honestly not that hard and mostly just putting stuff in in the correct order. There's not much you can do to fuck up like you can with building an upper or milling an 80% lower.

Also make sure to check if the upper you buy says it comes with the charging handle and bolt carrier group, if it doesn't you'll need to buy those too.

And just to let you know how things will go as a first time buyer; you're gonna have to have the lower receiver shipped to a local gun shop to do what's called an FFL transfer. So during the PSA checkout process you'll select a local gun shop to have it shipped to. Then you'll go there in person, show them proof of your order and ID, and fill out a background check sheet. Assuming you pass you'll be charged a FFL transfer fee (check sites of your local shops to find who charges what), then the receiver is yours to walk out the door with.

It looks like things AR going to take a turn for the worse for them on this one. You'd think the government would look at the pro gun citizens showing up in droves to this thing and realize things are not going to be AK. Personally if I SAW the writing on the wall I'd have realize that a peaceful victory through legislation would end up being an FN FAL and just call it a day. Just thinking about the backlash, I wouldn't have the confidence to say I'd be able to Barrett, quite frankly. I don't know what ideas are being passed to them, but they should stop listening to Mr. Mossberg and start listening to the people. Do they not realize with the red flag laws alone, the fighting will most certainly be savage? An easy Winchester for them will not be in sight. I'm telling you fags, the second these laws get signed in, the glock will strike twelve for them. Personally if I knew what was coming down the pipe as a member of the government, I'd slip out of there quiet as a Mauser, get my family, get in the Kahr and leave. That's always been a factor to me in a big what if government trying to push a heavy handed police state or "But they have jets and battleships!"

Yes, the United States has spent untold trillions to bolster and maintain a fighting force capable of exerting it's will, but we aren't a third world shithole just yet. The poor here may not be able to afford every meal, but they have an iPhone and an internet connection. Hell, your blender is probably bluetooth capable and rocking a 1080p camera at the minimum. It'll only take one of those getting a great shot of a neighboring apartment complex getting leveled by a JDAM to cause government support to evaporate, and rebels to grow overnight. That's before we talk about if UN nations try to pass sanctions. It won't do a damn thing, but it'll at least keep what the state is doing fresh on the minds of people who have to live under it.

These times will most certainly be tumultuous, but it'll be a fresh experience watching livestream hangings.

>nothing ever happens

Something will happen this time. It's the perfect setup for a government glow op.

I honestly don't think that fence is meant to keep people out, instead to keep people in and make it a choke point so if people WANTED to escape (say, a glownigger opening fire into the crowd with a MAGA hat to fill the media "trump bad white supremacis shud no habs guns" narrative) they'd have to swim through a crowd of bodies, thus increasing the death toll, thus increasing the potential backing the media can use this false flag for.

This checkpoint would also prevent any would-be "good guy with a gun" scenarios from occurring, since the goal was to strip everyone of weapons as they enter.

The context of the protesters being mowed down doesn't matter, as long as you can sell the headline that "white supremacists did a kill" then soccer moms will beg and weep for big daddy boot to tread- meaning that even if you tried to explain the fence situation it'd be the perfect situation for them to just shrug you off and say

A number of us already have talked about it. Either it's an obvious ANTIFA member "We're one of you goy!" opening fire for "no reason at all" or it's some random "lone gunman" causing police to fire into the crowd. Either way it'll be a state-sponsored attack, make no mistake about it.

Everything is coming together a bit too well. Although no one reacted to my post above Forgot to fucking archive the pages, here they are, the military times pointed out the Navy are doing GPS disruption exercises http://archive.md/9qvl5

and the entire area above Richmond, VA is a no fly zone for today and was declared a National Defense Airspace, meaning

<PILOTS WHO DO NOT ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES MAY BE INTERCEPTED, DETAINED AND INTERVIEWED BY LAW

http://archive.ph/EcHWg

The Naval exercises have been going on for the whole month, so the radius picking up Richmond, Virginia may be coincidence, it may not be. The no fly zone honestly is interesting, not sure what they are going to do with that, but it might just be so that no one can watch the events from above if they try to pull something on the ground. It is supposed to end on the 21st but if things get as hairy as some people think they might, it might end up being renewed.

> antifa mysteriously told all of it's members to not attend the event

Probably warned that they would be arrested on sight if they show up. The Feds were NOT fucking around with this. Murders at the protest would become known as the "Richmond Massacre" and could lead to a civil war. We're that close to a boiling point. The Feds are trying to prevent the boogaloo from kicking off but the Virginia Democrats don't seem to care and the crazies like "The Base" WANT it to happen.

The fundamental flaw in this event is that there was no threat. They showed up, made some noise for a few hours, scared some pantshitting libs, and then went home. The despotic government will continue with its plans.

The right, for lack of a better word, isn't good at this kind of thing. Mostly because the right is made up of responsible people with career prospects. If they had showed up and made demands, refusing to leave if they were not met, they would be getting somewhere. But that takes more commitment and more sacrifice. I personally am not ready for that. If all of my online postings and IRC logs are dredged up and attached to my name whenever I apply for a job, then I would be closer to ready.

The right no longer holds the reigns of power, and we need to adjust to that. We can pontificate on the "moral highground" that the left swiftly bypassed, or we can adopt the tactics that lead to victory.

The Yellow Vests ultimately failed, but it goes to show how effective mass action can be. Paris was effectively paralyzed for weeks. Millions in financial damage was inflicted. I suspect though, if the French were an armed people, things would have popped off, rather than fizzled out.

I definitely agree that if the right were to the point of no return that things would have happened differently, but I also feel like no one tried anything because plenty of people were armed. ANTIFA not getting bussed out probably had a bit to do with that, but I'm still surprised a false flag wasn't at least attempted.

That being said, the fact of the matter is people will take action only when things truly horrible. You throw enough bread and circus (or the prospect of still leading a decent life) and people will cling to that. But once these laws start getting enforced (easier to do since the FBI will no doubt pass any info onto state law enforcement to help with red flags) the people at the rally will be targeted of course you're a threat, you were at a white supremist gun rally, you triple n@zi! and the rope will squeeze around people who just want to shoot their guns. It may not be the spontaneous powder keg of violence most of us expected, but the continuous doubling and tripling down of these gun laws will start getting people more and more riled up.

I'm surprised countries aren't flying in guns by the metric ton to stir up civil conflict more often. Paris would have certainly been a lot more lively with the sound of Kalashnikov filling the air

The only thing that would do it is the state government using outside armed force to enforce the laws. With municipal law enforcement refusing to act, gun ownership is set up to die a slow death in Virginia. Everyone will keep their guns, but new ones won't be sold, and eventually new sheriffs will be installed to do the bidding of the state. My state has a barely enforced assault weapons ban, requiring existing AWs to be registered after sandy vag. A fraction of the estimated number were actually registered. No one got rid of their AR or 10+ round magazines, but there are no new ones, and no one is willing to openly display their contraband. The gun culture here is totally dominated by fudds because young people are too debt ridden and underpaid to deal with jumping through all the hoops required to legally own guns.
