The people who came up with words had it easy. They just looked at things and decided "Fuck it, that's a dinglebop". Now we all have to learn to say, spell, and recognize THEIR idea of what something is.
You will probably never invent a real word in your lifetime unless some wild shit is discovered by you, and only you. Unless you can do some deep sea adventure or throw trillions into space travel you will not find something new.
