Sono esattamente banconote a corso legale ma non forzoso: puoi usarle per pagare le tasse e come mezzo di scambio con chiunque le accetti. Fuori ne verrebbero 70G€ per ridare fiato alle aziende che stanno aspettando di essere pagate dallo Stato da tempi più o meno biblici.

Secondo l'articolo, dopo il voto hanno iniziato a dire che non avevano letto che c'era stata la modifica per aggiungere i minibot e che non volevano votare a favore.
