I miss inch, it was a lot of fun and a good coping mechanism talking with retards there. I wish I could host it. But I'm not working yet and even if i did host it, the shit that people post there is sure to land me in trouble. Land anyone in trouble, really. Why do you think rusty pulled the plug?

Take kohlchan as example. Most domain registrars have anonymous id option so one would not be able to trace the site owners contact.
Only caveat is that you have to spend money and do shit for free. You also risk doxxing yourself.

One would have to use a domain registrar who wouldn't hand over the details. No Indian domain registrar is useful in that regard. Indian media induces paranoia because muh fee fees, and police issues arrest warrants like anything to counter the pressure from media. You do risk getting arrested because freedom of speech in this country is a joke despite all your measures
