It feels like what I thought Fates was going to be until they announced that by "choose your side" they really meant "choose which version to buy." There's a rumor floating around that there won't be some happy save everyone true ending, which I hope is true. I also wasn't really a fan of any of the main character for each side's designs, but I'll probably go for the blonde guy after seeing their post-time skip designs.

I wouldn't say it's top tier or anything. People like to meme it as the "best" FE game real hard, but it's got some major problems. A lot of the mechanics are hidden and easily missed without a guide, so you're basically forced to read one or do some research beforehand.

I'll probably just marry the blonde guy, none of the girls on his side are that cute anyway. For the brown guy's side I'd probably go with the white haired girl, and for the girl's side I'd probably go with the purple hair girl.

Marrying was optional in FE:Awakening except for Chrom. Chrom's marriage was mandatory because the story needs Lucina. He automatically marries Sumina the pegasus knight at a particular chapter. Its possible to make him marry someone else but you needed to go out of your way to pair him up with some other thot, forcing them to spend all their time together.

There's no reason to point out that you can't transfer every Pokemon from the bank thing, which assumingly holds every Pokemon ever, into the "Galar Pokedex" if they were just gonna have a national dex in the first place. Like I said, it's basically a pussyfooted answer.

シルヴァン looks like a cool guy. Definitely my favorite design out of the pre-time skip guys. Still like post-time skip ディミトリ more, but not really fair to compare when we haven't seen most of the post-time skip designs. I like リシテア and will probably marry her if I do her side's route. イングリット isn't really my type though.
