Carbon monoxide poisoning from my car, was passing out randomly all the time. Woke up on the kitchen floor covered in water with my dad standing over me.
Driving myself to the hospital at 8am after being awake for several days because my stomach pain and nausea got worse if I laid down, so I had to try to sleep sitting up. Couldn't eat much either.
Arrived at ER about to pass out (dunno why, not sure if related to being tired), but also shaking bad and with severe nausea and stomach pain.
Laying there on the hospital bed I thought I was dead.

I mean I had a drunk driver pull out in front of me once but that was just adrenaline, had to swerve. Would have t-boned him at 50mph and I still don't know if the airbag was working in that car. Glad I never found out.

Lasted about a month or 1.5 I think, can't remember.
Went to 8 mechanics, insisted there was an exhaust leak. At least half of them I specifically said it was coming from the headers or somewhere near. Not one of them did a smoke test.
Had to take uber to work for a while because I was presyncope constantly, lightheaded, weak, shortness of breath, etc.
One of the ubers I took home at 3am had 3 black guys in the car (you're supposed to be alone as a driver) and they were smoking weed, cigs, and drinking what I think I remember as Tequila. They offered me weed and alcohol and I said no. Smoke made me feel awful since I was already short of breath. Driver was crazy, blowing stop signs and speeding.
Started walking with a cane both for strength and to keep myself from walking too fast and feeling worse.
Was hard to do school and work like that, I had to drop a couple classes. Got better eventually after I realized it might be related to the exhaust problem and drove another car for a while. Still took weeks after to get better though.
Drove the car rarely after, one time I punched it from frustration and the acceleration made the cracked header really bad, it was barely running after. Took it to a shop and the guy was able to find the leak easily.
Apparently the crack on the manifold was not visible while it was on the car, just my luck.
Sold the car after with pressure from my dad. Regretted it since.

I remember stalling it as I drove away cause I wasn't super great at stick yet and it had an aftermarket clutch that was difficult to use
'16 mustang, A/C has died twice and the driver side floor was flooded from a leak in the firewall area.
I hate it with every fiber of my being.

this is why you should always wait a couple of years to buy a redesigned or refreshed car. the '15s had a lot more recalls and TSBs than the '16s even. I thought a year might be long enough to fix most major issues but sadly the A/C one wasn't deal with fast enough. sucks that they fixed it once already and the new evap core was also shit
eh racing is dumb unless you're on a track or it's 3am and there's nobody on the road. I'm just cruising to work normally.
