If someone cheats you on a project and you go complain to the teacher. You will get denied any ability to appeal to any sort of wrong doing. Apparently, requesting any sort of appeal for partner wrong doing is denied by the teacher who is too lazy to mitigate and alleviate that issue. Instead, they fall on the crutch of ABET requirements for their own laziness.
