Destiny 2, Gambit.
It's a PvEvP mode. Two teams kill npc enemies, and occasionally "invade" the other players arena to kill them, and slow down their progress.
The meta of which has been drastically altered lately by Izanagi's Burden, Hammerhead, and Thunderlord. Three weapons with really poor balance in the sandbox game right now.
For instance, Izanagi's Burden is a one shot sniper that out preforms even player Super Abilities. Hammerhead and Thunderlord close behind it.
All three combined with disabled team communication with your pubby team can sometimes guarantee losses.

It's a fairly mid to high end. It's got everything on it that it needs to function.
That's a different series entirely though. The Axis has been discontinued and replaced with the Axis II, but the Axis is still sold New everywhere and is the direct competitor to the American.

This is a good bit of overkill for bench shooting .223/5.56. It would certainly be great though, for something better.
Maybe even getting out of the .223 caliber into 6.5 Creedmoor. Course, that means changing the lower to a 7.62 lower, too, which adds more complexity.
