-480p+ constant stream with little to no video lag
-play music during PES15.exe running
-hold a skype call for color commentators while having a rigcam running so color commentators can help commentate the games better (use Xsplit for best quality if your CPU can handle it)

If you still need streamers, I might be able to help you out. I've got the connection and the rig for it. Fuck, I might even be able to stream to both Twitch and Hitbox at the same time, and because Hitbox doesn't have a retarded delay like Twitch does I might not even need to niggerrig a cam for commentators. We'll see what's possible.
I've never done anythong with PES before though, but it seems like there's enough time left to fix that.
