I'll go through the games I've played, except what >>63721 mentioned. These are not necessarily recommendations, but I'll try to give as much information as I can.
'A New Home' is quite heavy on the family-fucking. There are two sisters, but this also involves your character's mom, aunt, and two cousins, and it's more or less unavoidable in all cases. Also open relationships everywhere (it's kind of a plot element). It is, naturally, incomplete, and hasn't reached the point where this has come up regarding the main characters, but it's inevitable. The dev is also, shall we say, transparently 'progressive'. It's quite on the nose.
'Freeloading Family' has a step-sister as the main love interest. It's not the worst thing I've ever seen. Also incomplete.
'HS Tutor', from the developer of the aforementioned Solvalley School, has a maybe sister (the relationships are left vague to avoid Patreon's Gestapo, but clearly a sister). This one is more of a side project and is still rather bare, though (and as with many of the more open games, having many characters means that development for any one will take a while).
'Life With Pleasure' is some weird Russian shit, but the sister is existent, cute, and you can't fuck her yet. Also unavoidable sex scenes with older, crustier ladies (mom and her boss), so if you're like me, that might be a negative.
'Perverted Hotel' had the potential to be this, but it's early development an d the dev is MIA. Three sisters here, plus mom and some side ladies.
'Waifu Academy' has a step-sister, but also a whole lot of other things. It's neat, but probably not what you're after. (Obviously still in development.)
…and this is only a small part of my list. I have not spent my time wisely.
And since I'm at it, I might as well share my thoughts on some of what >>63721 mentioned.
Dreams of Desire: I thought the younger sister was kinda cute. She reminds me of Willa Holland.
Sisterly Lust: I think that some of the earlier renders were remade, though I've not replayed the game so I don't know what they're like. The older sister still looks odd, though.
Offcuts: The way the story is written now, Nina is more like a cousin, but it's still not mentioned. I didn't mind her character.
Love and Submission: I liked the sister in this one, in a weird anorexic space alien kind of way. I haven't touched the game since it went sandbox, though. Fuck that.

It's a plot element. The details might be off, as it's been a while, but I'll try to recount it as well as I can. The character's family has this tradition where they fuck one another, dating back to Biblical times or whatever. Both the father and uncle are out of the picture now, but they were in an open relationship with the mom and aunt (who are sisters). For the time being, there's no one else, so the MC is the only one, and you do go on a bit of a defloration frenzy, but there's mention of a grandfather in Australia or something. One of the 'rules' is that you can't have an exclusive relationship with a family member, so who knows where that will go, but at the very least your patented 'optional' cuck shit is likely.
Also, the lesbian (but totally hot for the MC) best friend is in an open relationship with her negress wife, and your 'love interest'(?) employee is an incest baby from another open relationship (or actual cuckold or something, who cares). Unless I'm forgetting something, that's every notable relationship in the game (past and present).
Other things of interest include the therapist, who is either just hideous or a tranny, and the right-wing strawman the MC executes for some plot reason (I can't remember). It's a ride.

It really isn't. I played the game and the build up is really solid and it's pretty fucking good for anyone who likes hypnotism. Then the game was pretty short and I didn't really see some of the scenes I saw during development and half my gallery was empty. Turns out most of the CGs are GAME OVER SCREENS, special game over screens at that, so you have to fail in specific ways to get them. THAT'S GENIUS GAME DESIGN THERE!!!. Yes, Jewcat is an incompetent faggot for doing shit like that and in the end all "end routes" are pretty much the same with a bit of varation and the true ending is just all the end routes together, which is extremely lazy.
The game could have been better if he didn't focused so much in shitty game over screens, but that's Jewcats fault. The game is pretty dissapointing considering dev time and useless shit like voice acting, but leaving the development aside, the game is pretty good.

My initial intention was to do something vague that would accept multiple interpretations. I thought it would be a smart way to offer a game that could contain incest (if that was the player's interpretation), even without being explicit. And the game would also work if the player decided that incest is dated and he wants a game where you are a guest of the house or something.
But… the players did not seem to like it very much. For them, these things need to be explicit, otherwise they don't feel engaged in the game. And I think they're right, to be honest.

There are several examples as to why that doesn't work. I can give you a pretty quick, simple one with Summertime Saga. You have the ability to "name" your unrelated landlady at the beginning of the game, but you only change the name, not the title or "role", she is still referred as "landlady" by others and more often than not your own character. There's also Town of Passion that tries to achieve the same gimmick I actually liked that one but the gimmick ruined the game for me. You can select your "mom's" role and name, but the way everyone refer to her is awkward or non existence because of that limitation, if you decide her role is "mommy", then everyone refer to her as so, even when it is awkward to do so.
It's good to know you acknowledge your mistake and I hope it's not late for you to change it.
Honestly, whenever I get to actual interact with devs either here or outside of here I think to myself" this guy is not that bad", specially starting projects, but I already learned with Long Live the Princess that it's a matter of time before you succumb to patreon cucks and add cuckolding yourself to your game or some sort of sex outside the MC doing it himself, and the reason is really simple, you stop thinking about doing a good game and more how to draw patrons in, and then how to keep them longer.

I also do not want too many patrons, even though my games are of low quality, I use stolen assets from Illusion and I have no interest in trying to persuade people to play.
