Maybe the MC could have mind control/brainwashing powers (like that guy from the "sports" festival), but with two versions:
First could be the classical "BAM and now you are my slave/have to do what I want" but ofc the target would recognize and remember that after the quirk stops affecting em, and would require some time to "activate"

The "drawback" of the quirk could be permanently raised lust or making the MC horny when he uses the Quirk.

Regarding MindControl being the easiest (and most boring) way. Isn't that what you do either way in such games? Get em to do what you want, even if they don't at first IS mindcontrol/brainwashing. I think that double mindcontrol/brainwashing power would fit rather well. The "active"/overt part could just force em to do what the MC wants (and would be heavily controled by the school), while the slow covert brainwashing isn't that obvious and nobody (besides the MC) knows about it.

1 and 3 would be under rather heavy scrutiny of the school, due to directly obvious potential of abuse. 2 would get less attention, BUT if its behaviour changing ability is found out the backlash would be massive.

Why do you need to find a writer? Although I fancy myself a writer, pretty much anyone can hammer out a decent story for a project like this. The story in eroge is usually just a delivery system for porn, anyways. Were I to work on this, the first thing I'd consider is emulating an arc or two. Since you're working with an existing IP, you don't need to start from scratch and it's probably a good idea to take as much inspiration from existing content as possible. Don't really need to be a writer for that.

4 Elements Trainer have an OC in the bodies of Aang and Zuko and in the slave route is another OC. Zuko was used in the love route to use him as an excuse for shit like incest with Azula and Zuko's mom, but the person is essentially not Zuko nor Aang, which gives the player a lot of excuses to not act or even talk like Zuko or Aang, even in the love route.
