If I were to make my own porn game about Hunter x Hunter for example, could I get sued or not? Keep in mind that other people make money by using Patreon and Paypal, by making porn games about either Dragon Ball or Rick and Morty. Sometimes they get in trouble but other times they don't, Patreon has a rule about adult content and takes action against certain things but other people they don't do anything to them.

parody can generally save you from trouble in most cases but it depends on a number of things, the main issue will be that you are making money off it and if the copyright owner cares enough to do anything about it.
Really though this is something you should be talking to a lawyer about not asking anons.

Basically this, in the case of Injustice Unlimited before it became Something Unlimited, it was making alot of money and people at DC became aware of them. I think they skipped a month of content, renamed themselves but have kept going.
As a general rule though, I do think porn is covered by parody and as long as you don't do stupid shit and draw unnecessary attention, the copyright holder probably won't care. Just name it something ambiguous like "4 elements trainer" instead of "Avatar Trainer" and you should be fine.
