Yes. There are a few incest patches around there but most of them are complete fucking shit, specially for the newest version. Try the Lewd Patcher patch and then pretend the game was abandoned.
As for content removal, the current version removes some of the debbie scenes because they didn't fit the new storyline THEN WHY THE FUCK MAKE IT SO IN THE FIRST PLACE!? There's no grand plan and DC makes everything as it goes. The next patch will remove Jenny bed scenes.
