so as an example "emoney = 500" (without the quotes ofc) will change your money in the earth book to 500, as a side note "obsidian = x" is the command to give obsidian for upgrades in the earth book

I just want to say that I wouldn't try messing with the obsidian variable.
The game is designed in a way that you get all the obsidian you need, but you get it at story critical moments, meaning you might glitch out your game and locking yourself out of progression by building something you're not supposed to build before progressing to a point in the story where you're supposed to set a flag or receive an item or do something else other than get the obsidian, and you never get/set that flag in the story so whatever it is meant to fire off is never fired off because upon using or just building the house you're progressing the story and disabling the event where you would have gotten the obsidian.
Generally stuff that can't be farmed shouldn't be added to your inventory in any game unless you know it has no bearing on story events like say Titanite Slabs in Dark Souls which are limited not for story but progression purposes.

Either unpack the .rpa (use google), or:
1. Copy the following into a file called options.rpy:
init -1:
python hide:
config.developer = True
config.rollback_enabled = True
2. put in the game\ folder
3. start game
4. shift-o
7. vars()
Take it out when you reboot the game, as saving with this file in the game folder will bug the game if you restart it. You need to restart the game without the .rpy, (and the delete .rpyc it generates), save again, quit, put it back in game\, then start it again.

Found a bug that might be helpful for people who want to stock up on money and obsidian fast, without using console, cheatengine or other stuff: go to the tavern, host a 10 minute quest, wait until it's done and then check quest to get your rewards.
