It's one thing to steal art from some random hentai artist but using Blizzard's stuff is pretty dumb if you're on a site like Patreon. Blizzard have been rather aggressive in the past by threatening people with lawsuits and throwing around C&D's.

Data and all, just because the original creator used a cutscene from Warcraft 3. Keep in mind this was a not-for-profit mod without even any way to donate money to the project.
Luckily some people picked up the work again, this time avoiding any of the copyrighted content that the original mod had snuck in. I think they had to start from scratch and weren't even allowed to simply remove the contested content.[/spoiler]
