Ok, so I actually sat down and played through the entirety of the game. First of all, I wanna start with something positive and say that actually having a clear indicator at the top of the screen of how much content is unseen is a genuinely good development that should be emulated in other games. The art from all the artists is good, though of course tastes vary.

These two good points are overshadowed by the fact that the game is simply put a fucking mess. I'm not sure if the problem is bad planning or overambition or whatever but the game is confusing at the start and stays so because it randomly has you looking for things that then just appear in places.

Storylines are brief, all of them. There's very little content as such for any of the characters. They also don't make a lot of sense whatsoever: on one hand people are fucking in public and naked a lot, in the other the MC is able to blackmail a woman with pictures.

The thing people whine about here the most is Marcus, who is black, that a black dude fucks a storegirl and that the game is cuckshit.

Right now, I can say that while it's obvious the game maker is a cuck, there isn't a lot of actual, direct cucking thus far. The lunatics who see it everywhere can certainly see it but anyone sane (for a given value of sane: we are on an imageboard) is able to ignore it.

The funniest thing about Marcus is probably that nothing the guy says or does is in the least hugely irritating unless you decide the shit personally. He is directly insulting you, the player, which obviously riled people up. Also he's black and a buncha people here are yanks and therefore super uptight about that.

Overall though, he's not the real issue, which is confusing and badly made gameplay, with dull minigames and weird progression and lack of content.
