Okay I'll give you some of the voicework is grating and takes you out of the experience, but some other parts got me right in the dick, man. And the Epilogues got me because I have a thing for pregnant chicks and don't feel like denying it.
I guess it varies from girl to girl, but in general I didn't mind and often liked Noelle's voicework and some of Kira's. Jane and Sarah were very hit-or-miss in retrospect, but give me that big titty mommy slut any day.
In general I would say the pregnant epilogue CGs and the better part of the voice work took it from a 3 to a solid 6/10. I don't think I'd go any higher due to the fact that half of the voice work can be god damn boner-killing, the Jewry, and the fact that you basically have to do all the routes at once to get any of them.

Just finished it… The android version.
Last time i played Snow Daze i think Jewpussy was at day 2 or 3 and the game had a different name back then…was kinda meh.
Fastforward now…wow, must say that it kinda payed off. The voice acting sometimes was mediocre, but i liked Jane's voice and some of Kira's lines and the puppy sounds worked for me.
Call me a normalfag, but through the whole playthrough i felt that our protagonist is an asshole. Yeah, ok i wanna bang my hot family, i get that. But the whole "making a slave, stripping them of their responibilities and even humanity in puppy girl's case" was fucked up. Especially that talking about never going back in the enc and brain melting….it just did not sit right with me.
The main artwork was curvytastic and Thicc… The ending CG…everyone but Kira and puppy one seemed kinda fat and not exactly lime the same character they were. Don't know what was up with that style change…different artist?
Also theres basically no likeable character,everyone had their…fuckups.
All in al…i liked it. Right after 4 elements book 2 love route, Something Unlimited and Rouge Like its probably up there among the best games.

They moved a lot of it around for some reason. The game has three folders that matter (once you extract the .rpas), /images/BGS, /images/CGS and /images/Character_parts.
Character_parts was untouched from 0.9.20 (though they scaled all of it down to a quarter of the original images back in 0.9.20 in order to get the game to run on Android).
BGS stayed mostly the same, 1-0.png, 1-1.png, etc. (external shots of the house) were upscaled to 1280 and had some minor color correction applied to them (which imo looks worse but whatever). The room images like BG06 - ROOM - MOM NOELLE 02.png in the same folder were all renamed to follow the same convention and moved to a subfolder named "new", and all of them have a "night" variant now which are identical copies with a blue filter applied on top of them (and they somehow fucked that up, because Kira's night images for instance use the filtered versions of Jane's room instead).
CGS is where the interesting shit happens. The folder named "Chibis" was split into BadEnds and Popups, and they deleted the alternate versions in "2nd Chibis" for whatever reason (artist copyright? old art that they thought was bad? no idea). They also categorized the scenes by day and moved them all to a Day# subfolder respectively, with a Day0 for a new image of Jane in the shower. Pic related is what the changes look like when you move things around the same way in 0.9.20, the directories with a purple stripe are the ones with new images in them, gray are the ones with no changes and red are the ones that were modified. Which is pretty much everything, because they scaled all of the CGs uniformly up or down to 1080x720, don't ask me why. Other than that, they did some really minor changes to a few scenes (one line of shading on somebody's hip, a blush is darker in one image, etc), and replaced the CGs in a total of four of them, listed in >>45875.
A lot of the code was also moved around, though that matters less since Ren'Py doesn't care where the .rpy files are and what they're named as unless you explicitly tell it to. You can find most of it in /code and the root folder now. Image definitions were moved out to separate .rpy files, and a lot of the sprite code was changed because of the outfit system they introduced. Not sure what "gallery hacks on the other chan" is, but the gallery code seems to have been left untouched for the most part, other than a few renames (see https://i.imgur.com/dqJHpYD.png). I'm not that good with Ren'Py but let me know if you need help with anything. If all you want to do is unlock the gallery, running something like https://pastebin.com/QkpdBZfi in a Python block or changing lock_me = True

If I were you, I'd personally just scrap the whole fucking gallery, write a new one from scratch that simply has a jump point for each of the scenes (1 - JaneShower, 2 - JaneGirly, 3 - KiraPanties, etc.), and add a "modded gallery" option in the main menu that points to yours instead (by adding a new file with an init priority of 999 that re-implements the main menu screen). Jumping back to the gallery after the scene ends without overwriting the day#.rpy files would be trickier, you might be able to use some internal Ren'Py function that watches for a label to be reached and throws you back into the main menu once that happens.
You could also just overwrite the script files of the game as they are, but I don't like doing that since it feels buggy and weird.

Then he announced he's opening a patreon and hiring a second artist. 6 months later artist leaves and all those CGs he's drawn have to be redrawn by the first artist, taking even more time. He announced a map redesign to ALL THE MAPs, doing them by himself. Then he hired an actual map designer and redesigned them all again.
