Ah, my apologies. I didn't even think to add that. With such a small community on the site (nowadays), I figured the only ones interested would be the ones already aware of the mod.

Features

Adds a new option called Loaded Dice under the inventory. Simply right-click/double-click the option to view the menu for the mod.

Patreon Mode

Allows you to choose the patreon mod you want. No matter what, it defaults to blacktouch/transformed so the baseline patreon content can be accessed(such as super negative traits).

Character Creation

Select CHEAT when at the full custom character creation will allow you to choose a couple of options. This includes increasing trait selection to allow for you to take them all, resetting the value of negatives to allow for more to be taken, and allowing for limitless Aspect acquisition.

The last of which is, for the time being, permanent.

RNG/Dice Mod

Allows you to control the result of an event/assignment, so they always come out as crit success, success, fail, disaster, or even remove the chance of a disaster outcome while allowing the rest of the options to persist as normal.

Biomancy Mod

An option that allows you to ensure that biomancy succeeds, as well as allowing you to choose the target. This makes backfiring or using biomancy on yourself marginally easier.

Also adds the Race Change and Create Futa options, something I felt was long overdue in the base game. Which, really, while it was a hassle, there is no reason they shouldn't be added yet.

Oh, and futa cock shrinking. Strangely enough, this is impossible in the base game.

Currently the exceptional outcome works most of the time. Some biomancy options don't use this modifier, and while it shouldn't interact with them, it can cause issues.

Corruption Mod

Similarly to Biomancy, this mod allows you to set the target, but also adds additional menus when attempting to use corruption, so the player can choose the exact outcome. However, using this does require a touch of foresight. Some corruptions don't work on certain people for obvious reasons, such as trying to remove a trait they don't have, or enlarging wings when they don't have any, etc. Just be rational.

Add gold and supplies

As it says. Located under Quality of Life.

Add to the Slavers/Slaves Total

Allows you to manually increase the maximum number of Slavers/Slaves you can have. Located under Quality of Life.

Dominate/Hypnosis Mod

Allows for the player to hardlock Domination and Hypnosis, ensuring they either always succeed, or fail (to allow easier access for Slaver Takeover events). Comes with an anti-mind break option for use with Dominate, should you desire to avoid turning your slavers into mindless slabs of meat.

Reset Day

Does as the name implies. Resets the day so one time events can be done several times without going through the new day wall of text.

Respect Mod

Locks Slaver respect so they always agree with you. Unless it's an event controlled by other variables (a slaver can refuse a position or sex for reasons beyond respect), then the slaver should agree with your whims.

Crafting Mod

Adds an option under Encampment for your slaves/slavers to craft equipment and potions upon your request. While still a work in progress as I try and allow for softlocking when designing the clothes you want, it does function.

Leader Slavery

The most experimental mod at the moment.

Adds an option for sending you, the PC, the lead slaver, through slave training. Your slaver has to have a submissive trait (secretly submissive or obedient) to be able to turn it on.

A fair warning! There are bugs and it is not a flawless option. As it is, it's going to take a few updates before something that is usable released.

The corruption mod is very unreliable. A lot of times corruption will fail for no obvious reason. The Sinful Enlightenment Aspects basically don't work? When I tried it arch practitioner granted mad schemer instead, practitioner did nothing. I couldn't get debauched exaltation juggernaut or cloak of living shadow to work. For some reason while Anointed One and Inquisitor normally work, if I tried to use them AFTER extensive (modded) biomancy they did not work. Appearance changes also often didn't work after biomancy.

Once in a while the guaranteed success just fails and the corruption or biomancy works the next attempt. Exceptional results from Biomancy don't always work even when they should and are "guaranteed". Sometimes I'll get a double and sometimes I won't, even loading the same character and trying again. Seems to work fine for effects that can only succeed on exceptional results.

Good thing my job took time away from the mod, or I'd have posted the update without catching your bug report.

Define very unreliable and a lot; is it failing 4/5 times or 2/5? If the prior then that's an issue I'll need more information on in order to replicate, however the latter is, for the foreseeable future, normal. There's a very long reason why, but it boils down to how corruptions framework is handled. If I place too many hardlocks in to prevent failures, then corruption will crash the game. Failures and loops are used by bedlam as an "oh shit" mechanic, which is necessary with something like RAGS. Right now, until I find a way around that, the best I can do is ensure that the desired target is targeted, and that it succeeds under normal circumstances. Normal meaning that the target can be affected by the specific outcome.

Arch-Practitioner causing mad schemes is certainly quird. I'll take a look at it and see if the variables got jumbled somehow.

Practitioner requires the character to have magic in their character description(so does arch, but that's not relevant). It's sounds rude to ask (to some), but I do need to double check if you were aware and if your target possessed that quality. That's the only requirement left in place for it, and if it's not firing despite meeting that requirement, then there's another issue afoot.

Juggernaut as well has prerequisites, but I can't quite recall exactly what they are, I'll have to take a look once I'm off work. Till then, and unless I'm confusing it with another trait, I believe the subject can't be taller than 7, which, as numerical values aren't tracked, is two below max height, a feat measurable through biomancy's size manipulation.

Cloak of Living Shadows… This thing was a problem back in the early days of the mod. However, that was different than your issue.

As it applies it's own prerequisite trait (stealth) so there shouldn't be any reason it isn't firing unless there is a problem with the corruption dice. I'll take a look.

Which changes to their appearance are you making with biomancy, and which are you attempting with corruption? The two don't overlap (much, and only under specific conditions), and as such shouldn't be causing one to prevent the other. If anything, the latter would overwrite the priors changes.

Biomancy being the cause of anointed one and inquisitor failing seems strange, as neither are physical traits. Hell, I don't even think either of them have any prerequisites. They're pretty basic as far as Aspects go. Do you remember what changes you made to the target before attempting to grant them either trait?

"fails and then succeeds"; I've been trying to figure that one out. I've no idea what causes it other than the common rags issue issue of missing timer executes and skipping to the end. Yet, while it does happen with the base game, it's significantly more frequent with the mod in place. I probably won't get this fixed by the next update, but it is known and is being worked on.

I did mention that biomancy's Exceptional are a touch fucky. The reason it works fine for results that can only succeed on exceptional results is because that's all exceptional does; allows for those events to procc. Normally they're random and can even happen when using the mod for normal biomancy, but it's low chance. Hence the option.

Unfortunately, it can cause grief with other functions in biomancy, something I've been trying to find a workaround for, it's just proving a challenge finding a method that doesn't cause more issues.

I wrote this up pretty quickly, so I missed a detail you brought up, my apologies. I'll get to it as soon I am able.

Unreliable here means it works most of the time, but occasionally fails without reason. I understand you can't fix that right now, but what's annoying is that sometimes it fails without reason and then works the next time, and sometimes there is an unknown reason for it to fail meaning it will never work, and there's no way to know the difference other than to keep re-trying.

Character had magic. I was using these mainly on my cheated main character who had nearly everything, including the unlimited aspects cheat. I suspect the issue may have been related to the fact they were eligible for Practitioner with a currently queued level up.

When I say extensive I mean extensive. I basically went through Biomancy and finished nearly every option (images related), and then when I started doing ALMOST everything fails. As I post this I'm going through a bunch of corruption selections to see what works. So far Inquisitor (aspect) failed, anointed one (aspect) failed, juggernaut (aspect) failed, regen ("aesthetic") failed', slutty (trait) failed, Fel makup (aesthetic) succeeded, after that thing started to work again. Artful whore (aspect) succeeded), forhead brand succeeded, both inquisitor and anointed one succeeded, juggernaut still failed. Went back to biomancy and height increase failed, back to corruption juggernaut still fails, cloak of living shadows fails.

I'm going to try again from my starting save and record the exact order of operations

So starting point, pics related. I really have the majority of purchasable traits, mainly avoiding aggressive-type traits and a few that otherwise limit me.

Starting with Biomancy. Set Loaded Dice: Always Succeed, Target You, Exceptional Result. Talk to my Biomancer Slaver and begin targetting myself.

First I'll do Enhanced Resiliance because that one broke the last time and wouldn't finish. Two attempts at biomancy (resetting day in between for everything) and that's Completed.

Next, we'll increase Height to maximum. Attempt 1 fails. Attempt 2 enflames senses instead. Attempt 3 double success, gained Monster. Attempt 4 expands ass. Attempt 5 Fails. Attempt 6 fails. Giving up on this.

Next we'll take our Ass out to heart shaped and lips to maximum. Attempt 1 ass fails. Attempt 2 ass Enhances Lips instead. Going to go through the Loaded Dice settings again just to be sure here. Yes, You, Yes. Attempt 3 Ass lengthens tongue. Attempt 4 expands breasts, lost Agile. Attempt 5 double success, ass is now heart shaped.

Now we need to fix our breasts so we can get agile back. Attempt 1 double success, but now we have to put them back. Rig Biomancy: Yes, You, No exceptional. Attempt 2 success.

Now for lips to max. Rig Biomancy Yes, You, Yes. Attempt 1 success, completed.

Strength to max: Attempt 1 success, lost strong, gained mighty strength.

Increase flexibility: success, regained agile

Enflame senses: success, completed.

enhance beauty: attempt 1 fail. attempt 2 success, completed.

pleasure enhancement ass (already anal slut, but the base level is incomplete): Attempt 1 reduce strength, lost mighty strength gained strong. Attempt 2 expand breasts: lost agile. Attempt 3 reduce height. Attempt 4 success, completed. We're going to have to fix those fails later.

Pleasure enhancement: throat. attempt 1 success, completed.

increase height again: attempt 1 fail. Attempt 2 success, stopping here.

Reduce breasts, rig biomancy yes, you, no. Attempt 1 success

increase flexibility: attempt 1 fail. rig biomancy yes, you, yes. Attempt 2 double success (don't know if this does anything, description sounds nice).

Finally finished. Time to move on to corruption:

Loaded dice: tweak corruption: yes, successful (you). Talk to my corruption slaver.

Debauched exaultation: aspects: anointed one: success

Debauched exaultation: aspects: juggernaut: fail

Realized I didn't have Mighty Strength, only Strong and Monster, so one more time to Biomancy. Rig biomancy Yes: you, yes, Enhance strength success, back to corruption. Tweak yes, target you.

Debauched exaultation: aspects: Juggernaut: fail

Debauched exaultation: aspects: Cloak of living shadows: fail

The arguments I've heard for not moving to a new engine are either "that engine isn't any better for this" for easy text engines like Inform and Twine (which is pretty much true) and "it's better for him to focus on updates rather than porting," which is true if he's has no time to learn Godot or something. There are probably fucking VN engines that could do this game better than this, though, and at least with something like Twine you CAN work outside its limitations, even if it's janky. I like an awful lot of the ideas this game uses, too.

People have made brothel-like slave trainer games in Ren'Py, yeah. It's still not really the best tool for this kind of thing, since the text and menus are the main game UI and the images are important but not really related to the gameflow. Then again, people do all sorts of things in various visual novel engines. My guess as to why Twine was used is that it's easy to learn, but I'm guessing he's going to have to take the FS route and do a bunch of the work outside of what the framework provides.

He has done twine conversion work on his other game, whorelocks, as well, and posted wip builds of that publicly.

I think that the no_haven twine build is both quite far from the full complexity of the RAGs build, and also barred to patreon patrons, of which I am not part of.

Speculating based on the whorelocks conversion, the UI will probably be somewhat better, and the loading times immensely better, once everything is in place, but UI and menu design I would say aren't one of orcm's strength as a developer, so that will probably still be ultimately lacking.

But regardless of all that, i'm still a fan of no_haven as a game conceptually and as a player, I think orcm has arbitrary GM syndrome to an extent because he's passionate about the world he's creating, and that leads to certain problems between him and the autistic patrons he has to pander to in order to make money. I feel for him tbh, not an easy position to be in.

Still would be nice if he would actually just release the public builds when they are made rather than making me wait for a patron build to be leaked. Pain in the ass considering the fucking awful bugs that are sometimes present between builds.

But it's not at all like magic or yugioh, the way it plays is just like no haven, there's no collecting or deck building or anything like that. throw me in as another that really likes what you're going for. every time i play FC i always end up doing picrelated. although, i do worry about the idea of scripted characters. you can never really flesh them out all that much in games like this and it seems like you'd be better off just focusing on procedurally generated stuff.

also, the option to do stuff like >>375697 wants should probably be included. while the majority of my slaves get treated well, assuming the procedural generation is good, there are going to be situations where you want to "punish" and be able to treat the ones you don't like poorly as well. godspeed to you whatever direction you take, though.

I actually generally prefer edge too, torturing slaves and treating them like shit etc is the whole point of this thing really. You can still prostitute them if you want, just me personally it doesn't feel like my ideal power fantasy if I need to rent them out for money, makes me feel weak? Like I'm still in the rat race giving my women to other dudes who I'm serving. I think it's hot if the person you're treating as a commodity has high external value in other context, then owning her as a slave is a huge signal of your power. But I understand the other perspective too, if she never has any value and is utter garbage. For sure both types of slaves are represented in this game, and prostitution is still available if you're into that.

I don't intend to write anything along the lines of romancing slaves. The romance I envision is more like tricking employees into falling in love with you so you can turn them into slaves.

Procedurally generated stuff should be finished first before scripted content as I view that as easier. Scripted content will be filled in over time, we'll see how far we get with that. Can't help you with your second question, but most things are done in this particular game by right-clicking on stuff because it has a very nonstandard way of using RAGS's interface. Right click on your portrait and examine yourself, and I think that gives you all the info you can get on yourself.

I very much like the qualitative trait-based system for successes and so on in this game. It's a refreshing change from strictly numerical systems and if I were to make a game I'd probably steal it. It results in an awful lot of comparing abbreviations, though, which gets very old after an hour or two.
