When Rika agreed to do a cosplay photoshot with her Mommy, she didn't know that her Mommy had bought them very "special" outfits for them both to wear. It was alot of screaming & arguing in the begining but eventually Rumiko was able to put the Renamon outfit onto little Rika, she just had to take a pair of scissors & cut all of Rika's clothes straight of her. Rika cried very hard when he favorite t-shirt, pants, socks, training bra & panties were cut it to small bits of fabric right infront of her. She cried so much that she didn't even realize that her mother had removed her shoes & had started to put her into the outfit bfore she was almost fully suited up, by that point she didn't have the strenght to fight back. Once they both were fully suited up, Rumiko told the guy who was going to take their pictures & record them that they needed to wait a little so as to dry up Rika's face & make it look pretty again. After an hour had past they were ready. At the begining Rika tried her very best to cover herself, but her Mommy quit took her hands & held them with 1 hand against her back locking them ito place so Rika was 100% exposed, things only got downhill form there that was only the beginign of all of the kinky stuff Rumiko had planed for her & her little Rika that day, the Photoshoot were to go on for 10-Hours in total that day.

There haven't been any new pages. There's someone claiming on the pal forums that the Digimon paysite may get spun off into a new property, but that's just talk. Other than that the actual Pal loyalists are just as confused by its absence as we are.

Well if you think about it. For Digimon they only have been working on that comic. I mean, When was the last time we saw a few standalone pictures? or any other digimon comics?
The happy Birthday Rika comic has been going on since January, 2020 split in 4 comics (for a total of 5 comics since the first happy birthday Rika Comic was released a few years ago). Other than that they haven't released any other Digimon material.
I think their mistake was to be stuck on a single work.
Also their prices for commissions are kinda high (I don't know their current prices, but they were kinda expensive last time I checked in my opinion).
Also, if we add this pandemic times, I guess they haven't gotten much comissions and that is less money for them which can result in them doing adjustments even if that means turning the Digimon paysite into a new property.

Allegedly the webmaster BBMBBF is also going through an awful lot of shit IRL right now (apparently a family member died from the pandemic, and do it himself has some unspecified health problem) which is interfering with officially publicly announcing whatever their "big plan" is, but they're going to totally be doing stuff you guys! Like, the IRL crap sucks, but I've been around long enough to say that I have basically no confidence in whatever this new project is going to be. Once bitten twice shy, Palcomics's done things shittily for long enough it's safe to assume that they started as they mean to go on.
And you are completely correct that their commission prices are probably too high, and more importantly you are simply not getting value for money if you actually pay them. You get a page a week on a single comic in a fandom and that's it. If the comics they are running aren't your cup of tea (for instance I hated Happy Birthday Rika) then you get nothing for actually giving them money. Or, to put it another way, is it really a surprise to hear that they've been freaking out over their finances for the better part of a decade now? Frankly I'm still slightly amazed Pal remains in business. They've got some serious whales in their pond.
And of course related to that is that the whole Pal group is unbelievably bad at transparency, public relations, and generally just being responsive at all. That thing about the Digimon website being part of some vague relaunch was not official information given by staff at all, it wasn't on the front page of the paysite or the front page of the main site or an official announcement on their dead forums, hell no. I had to dredge through one of their dozens of vacant sub forums to find one guy stating that he had heard there is a secret plan that was apparently shared on a Discord somewhere and knew what it was but couldn't say anything, and this wasn't actually an official person working for them, they were just some random hard-core whale who cared enough to put that information out there. And heck, about a week ago the same guy posted an update to confirm that yes, this thing was allegedly still probably going to happen! You would think an organization with the smallest smidgen of wisdom would try and get ahead of the story and announce the hiatus properly and give some idea of what was coming back and in what form, but you expect way too much of Pal and BBMBBF.
And the hilarious bit is that their drama queen of the webmaster wonders why people think he's a shit businessman who does shoddy work.
