I personally like shrinking to be between 6 inches and half an inch. Anything smaller doesn't usually allow much interaction besides unaware (which CAN be done well, I only see it occasionally done well) and mass extermination (which also CAN be done well I suppose)

Ideal size for gts would be about 30 ft - 50ft or so and shrunk would be about 2 inches.
Anything too small or big and there really can't be too much interaction.
