I can't believe we had the perfect opportunity to deal with big tech after Trump got banned off Twitter and GOP did literally nothing, besides DeSantis's half-assed bill that only applies to statewide office candidates, doesn't work retroactively and only prevents companies from banning them for more than 2 weeks at a time.
It's only been like 4 months since trump left and the GOP is back to its usual self.

I agree 100%. The GOP is full of fake populists.
If there is anything that may whitepill you however, it's that the most agressive RINOs are being kicked out (see lizz cheney)
Perhaps down the line someone like Ron Desantis would be considered normal, and the RINOs would be your average republican today, or perhaps even more of an Overton window shift.
