AFAIK Wu's trustfund money may have foot the bill to hire others to do all the heavy lifting, Wu Flynt himself at most did some sketches. Because every claim he made that it was the he that did the 3d modelling, coding, built the computers, all holds as much water as a sieve.
It's likely Wu Flynt 's money funded the studio that created the game. That in itself is not a problem. It's very questionable to believe anything else Flynt claims.
