2) Disbarment in Canada is for the most benign shit, but it only prohibits a person from acting in a power-of-attorney representative capacity.
Disbarment in America is, despite over a million lawyers, rare, requires a serious fuck up, and defacto bans you from contributing to the work product of anything in the legal profession.
I mean fuck, even Jack Thomson had to be systematically disbarred on a state by state basis until he was disbarred in his homestate, which was the basis of his license to practice law in most other states. He sent fucking porn to a Texas Judge and even after that sanction *still* was able to practice law in other states.
This on the otherhand, the lawyer who was disbarred in Canada, was for a mere accounting recalibration error from improperly marked hours that is rampant in the US and at most gets you a sanction here that waives any financial liability of the relevant client.
There was even a dissent when his review for appeal was denied (arguably the only instance in modern Canadian history) which basically argued the other judges only approved of the harsh penalty because they politically disagreed with his activist efforts.

1) By denying they made a contract with Aniston Teman, theyou are forcing the Honey Badgers to clarify whathe entity signed the contract. As currently Allison signed it, but it was basically shared between a comic artist and the badgers, skewing the legality.
