分子人类学是一门非常年轻的学科。和考古学和历史学的交集非常有限。 R1b是安纳托利亚农夫的说法只是一个假说。这个假说被越来越多的证据证明是错误的。亚美尼亚高频的Z2103只是草原南下的，中东农夫基本上都是G或J，没有一个是Z2103也没有L51
