Not a doctor, but my suggestions:
1. Exercise, eat right. It really does make a difference. Drop the caffeine if you can.
2. Depression can lead to lack of energy and motivation. No clue if that's a possibility on your end and no real clue of how to fix it if so.
3. Sleep study. You might just have really crappy sleep. There are cheap oxygen level detection devices sold that can get you a quick-and-dirty view on whether this is an issue or not.
4. You might just sleep more than others. It isn't super rare for a person to sleep 9 hours. Beyond that is unusual though.
